    Unique Abilities:
The Flames that Freeze: Takeo's able to lower the cost on Hyouton and Katon techniques by one rank, while raising the cost for Fuuton and Suiton by one rank. This can be toggled on and off once every two (2) posts.
It's Far From Over: When long-range fails, sometimes close-range is a necessity. By reducing his Perception by one tier and neutering his senses partially, Takeo can in turn raise his Coordination by 1 tier. This can be toggled at will.
Defense Over Offense: When being on the offensive doesn't cut it, Takeo's able to go on the full defensive. This drops his Strength by 1 tier, but in turn raises his Constitution by 1 tier, as well.
Banned From the Casinos: Takeo starts off with five hundred thousand additional ryo. But he's in a crippling debt from then-on, and has to pay off 150% that amount. Half of what he makes until the debt is paid off automstically goes to it.
Experienced!: Takeo has 850 more EXP to start off with. He has to pay it all off by contributing any future EXP gains to the debt until it's been paid, though.

Appearance: Takeo stands at exactly five foot nine and weighs roughly one hundred and thirty eight pounds. His skin by nature tends to lack blemishes or anything of the like, appearing neither pale nor tanned. Takeo's hair spikes upright in an untidy nature, with his bangs framing his face and coming down the center of his forehead in an unkempt manner. A reasonable amount of lean muscle is compacted upon his physique's entirety, giving him a good enough amount of mass to indicate that he at least takes care of himself physically.

His eyes match the honey-hazel tinge of his hair, contrasting with his skin tone. His attire tends to compliment his overall appearance instead of conflicting with it, as he seldom wears anything that's out of place or too casual for the liking of others. Beit blue, orange, yellow or even on the rare occasion purple, his more casual attire tends to be dress shirts, or the occasional shirt/hoodie/jacket. He maintains the usual dull or even dark shades of gray, black and occasional white when it comes to pants.

Takeo's more formal tends to be tuxedos or suits, mostly black or white, with ties of varying dull color. In terms of accessories or extra garments, the Yuki occasionally wears a high collared cape of sorts on occasion, generally reaching down to his ankles, as well as simple black gloves.
History: Born two years after the foundation of Kirigakure, Takeo was able to live a life in the sanctity of the also recently-born village, still getting on its feet. Early on his life was rather normal; he had just one sibling amongst his two parents, born a few years after him. Growing up, the Yuki always was passionate towards shinobi and kunoichi alike, seeing them as hard-workers that helped contribute to the growth of the village. As a naturally-introverted individual, he typically shied away from expressing this aloud, however, and instead expressed it from the time that he joined the academy.

He worked hard in the academy, both on his craft as a shinobi and as an academy student. His grades were good and he got along well with his classmates and teachers, typically sticking out of trouble. It was easily a year within his first year in the academy that over eavesdropping on one of his parents' conversations that one of the important figures in their clan had disappeared after being summoned by the Mizukage at the time. Days following that, a prison break occurred, and shortly after, just a headband was found on the trail out of the prison.

The whereabouts about the fellow Yuki clan member were still left very much unknown, and it stayed that way well past the day of. Takeo never inquired upon it, or uttered a word about it to anyone else after overhearing this. For a total of eight years, he continued to hone himself, having graduated at the age of twelve and moved on to become a Chuunin just three years later after demonstrating his unordinary talent with an element in particular despite being a Yuki; Katon. He'd made a small name for himself, 'Flame Emperor' over the course of those years, and steadily growing.

Over those years, the Yuki had come to respect the Shodaime, seeing him as a role model in spite of how very little he knew about the atrocities the Hozuki had committed on his own blood. And it wasn't long before the very blood that had been betrayed had showed up months after Takeo's promotion, slaying any and every guard belonging to the first Mizukage in his path, and then doing the same to the Mizukage personally. Unknowing of what occurred behind the scenes, it was only natural that the man who had slayed Takeo's role model was also a man he grew to hate.

Even as he'd emerged days later from a private meeting with the Council as the Nidaime, what he had done hadn't gone forgotten by the young Yuki. Feeling disgusted that the man was even related to him, Takeo had begun to refuse using his kekkei genkai as a whole, ultimately discontent with their relation. And yet, he continued to work to the best of his ability, simply striving to hide this grudge he held against his own blood. As time went on, he slowly started focusing on trying to find out more about what had happened--and more specifically, why it had happened.

It was difficult, though, considering so much of it was probably kept in the dark. It didn't stop him from trying, though. Eventually his side quest as he continued trying to contribute to the village in whatever way he could--to eventually get closer to the man that he'd misconceived as this horrible person, ironically enough, lead him to his second promotion. Within the same amount of time, Takeo had worked his way up from a Chuunin to a Jounin, being promoted after numerous recommendations. Even as the promotion was bestowed upon him, it still didn't fit right with him when he considered who it was coming from.

He stayed in his lane, though, still plotting the day he'd either confront the fellow Yuki or enact vengeance for it. Biding his time proved to be inefficient, at least for the goal he still had in mind, as the man up and disappeared again. Some said he was hospitalized, and others said he'd just stepped down. Regardless though, the Flame Emperor was left astray without one of the few goals outside of providing for the village going up in flames for whatever reason it was. Shortly after, the Kereko twins took over management---something that brought ease to Takeo as he continued on in his career, seeking a distraction from the ordeal that lead him astray.
    Personality: "What's up?"

From first glance, Takeo's a rather composed, and calm individual. He often times reflects upon the days when he was much younger, occasionally reminiscing on how stoic and evasive he was of interacting with others. He had trouble expressing his genuine feelings to others, so he preferred to express how he felt through actions instead of verbalization. Even now, it still remains, but with maturity he eventually stepped out of his shell and learned to express himself a lot better than how he used to.

    "You like that too?"

Takeo seems fond of discussing things with others (though he'd never admit it), and this fondness grows when he's around people that express the same interests as him. He's particularly interested in nature and reading alike, though he also is fond of fishing as well. They're relatively dull hobbies to take part in, but he tends to be open to other things as well. He likes being open-minded to new possibilities and new things, and isn't afraid to express that by partaking in them.

"I'm... not like them. Or him."

One of the things that Takeo dislikes, surprisingly enough, is his own clan. He dislikes the kekkei genkai as a whole for reasons that he never discloses. Despite learning to speak up over the years, this is one of the few things that he never speaks up on. He's more likely to deflect his dislike towards his clan and change the subject than admit it. He also seems to dislike the former Mizukage, the Nidaime, whom is one of his own fellow clan members, and seems to lack faith in the village's Council.

    "... Get lost."

A negative personality trait of Takeo's is his hidden temper. He usually keeps it under wraps, since there's a select few things that can trigger it, but once it's brought to the threshold in which he can't contain it, it's hard to quell. The triggers in specific tend to be excessive addressing of things that he dislikes the most (i.e Nidaime, council, clan, Hyouton). This side of him seems to contrast well with his Katon, despite how he typically maintains a cool and composed nature despite using such a hot element like it.

"Goals? I couldn't tell you half of them."

When it comes to goals, Takeo only has a few to name, while the rest are typically cast aside. He has a strong sense of morality, which attributes to his desire to help those around him that are in need. It's for that reason that he dislikes failure, and dislikes facing it especially. Despite disliking failure, it's one thing that pushes him to work even harder, rather than just sitting down and letting it control what he does. His temper and tendency to hold grudges bleeds into a stubborn-ness that's prominent in this personality trait, while also being the one thing that makes him throw said morality out of the window when provoked.

Kanna strolls on into the hospital, though her purpose on the premises isn't as a helper this time around. Instead, it's as a patient. After talking some things over with nurses here and there, she confirmed her purpose in being there was for an examination. That's all she needed. All she'd need to get a better interpretation of what she could do with this kinjutsu of hers. As per usual, her hair's done up in a simple black bun, with a spider hairpin. All she's wearing at the moment though is a standard, navy blue sweatsuit covering her legs, torso and arms, as well as sandals, a hip pouch and a kunai holster.

After getting in the examination room, Kanna waits for the time being, elevating her arm upright and arching it, so that she has direct eyes on her palm. As per usual, the center of her palm is stitched up by the very threads making up her body. Harnessing control over the inky black jiongu threads once more, they remove the stitches upon the wound on her palm, allowing the threads to ascend and come to life by her conscious command. They shift about and such, wriggling oddly amidst her control. There was something more to it. That was already a creeping suspicion from the time that she'd managed to use them to mend her damaged muscles after the use of the Gate of Opening. It wasn't a complete repair or anything of the sort, but it was just as effective as receiving actual medical attention. So apart from stitching bodies, the ability itself had a purpose that came to use when concerning muscle structure. With that confirmed, there was only one other thing that she had to consider, bones and nerves. Now, there was a dumb decision to make, solely for the purpose of discovery.

'It's worth it. I swear to whatever god it's worth it.' Kanna thinks to herself, as she stands up and heads over to the counter. The female reaches down to remove a kunai from her holster, spinning it briefly before lining the blade up with her other hand. It's then that she rests her hand upon the countertop, and tucks all of her fingers, aside from her pinkie in. With her pinkie extended out, she hovers the weaponry above it, her eyes half-shut as thoughts race through her head. 'It'll only hurt for a moment...' She insists to herself, before gulping. A pregnant pause precedes her next motion. She swings down, severing the part of her pinkie just past the fingernail from the rest of it. The female slams her teeth together, resisting the programmed urge to shriek in pain, her body clenched up while blood sputters free from what's now the injured fingertip. "C-c..." She can barely get a single word out, but she knows exactly what she wants to do. Exactly what she must do. Control. Control the black threads. If they can stitch shit. Do it right now. Under pressure! Do it, Kanna!

Try as she might, the pain is just too intense for her to manage it. The kunai slips free from her hand as soon as it loosens its grip enough, allowing the tool to clang onto the countertop as she falls forward, leaning against it while woozy. She hasn't lost enough blood to be lightheaded, but the situation she's quite literally cut her way into leaves her in a state of disbelief. Slowly but surely, though, the pain seemingly begins to numb---in fact not numb, but fade away entirely. Her fingers curl upon her left hand, pressing upon the countertop with not four fingertips, but five once more. In shock, her teary, blurry-eyed gaze peers down at her left hand.

As she suspected, the threads did have some sign of life to them, and demonstrated their self-preservation that she mentioned to Kazuya. While she was writhing in pain, they moved out of the open wound and latched onto the severed part of her pinkie, reattaching it. Of course, the stitches are now visible on the exterior, but are perfectly in place both externally and internally. Sure enough, there's no numbness in the re-attached body part. She can still feel the tip of her pinkie touching the cold countertop. It was a breakthrough. A breakthrough in Ijutsu itself. Bone, muscle and nerve tissue were all able to be reconnected without so much of a flaw to any of the three. With the pain gone, Kanna slowly comes to her senses, and wipes the tears away, clearing her vision up.

She removes a handkerchief from her hip pouch, cleaning the blood off the kunai and wiping it from the countertop, before scrunching it up and tucking it away with the aforementioned tool into her pouch. Luckily she hadn't been caught doing that, but now she had more knowledge on what she could do with it. Naturally, the examination shortly after ends up the same way the previous one she had back when hospitalized, in the sense that it was still appalling to see that her body was basically just... threads on top of threads, covered in even more threads. It was ghastly to still see how much of a monster she'd become, but maybe that's just exactly what she needed to face one three years down the line. Kanna was willing to put lots on the line just to be able to bring justice to the atrocities committed on that day. The only thing she wouldn't do is betray Konoha or Hi no Kuni.
