2018 Halloween Contest
Hello, hello! Welcome to this year's Halloween Contest here at Gladius. As you're probably aware of, we are a role-playing community and by nature we are all writers. This year the contest will reflect exactly that! You will have the opportunity to create a thread in the event area where you can write your very own SPOOKY STORY.The idea is to write a scary story according to the following guidelines:
- Your Gladius character must participate in the story. (You may submit 1 story per character)
- The story must happen within our site's Naruto Universe and be your original stories. All stories must be horror/scary.
- Your post in the event thread should have [Halloween Contest 2018] in the title.
- Any story may be considered canon for the character but you can't gain any knowledge from which to benefit later on. You are allowed creative freedom to come up with creatures/spirits/whatever.
- Stories must be a minimum of 500 words.
The event will run until November 7th. Submissions will be reviewed and winners will be picked by public vote. Everyone may cast a single vote to elect the best story, but you can't vote in your own story. Submissions admitted until November 5th, vote casting will be admitted from the November 5th to November 7th.
The prizes are the following:
- 200 experience (counts for total) and 1 free Custom Building with a Spooky perk (Can be registered and placed anywhere without paying the cost, capped at A-rank). Perk must be spooky/halloween themed.
Winner was Calin Kaguya - 150 experience (counts for total) and 1 free A-rank enchantment (Can be registered and placed on any item without paying the cost). Enchantment must be spooky/halloween themed.
- 100 experience (counts for total) and 1 free B-rank enchantment (Can be registered and placed on any item without paying the cost). Enchantment must be spooky/halloween themed.
