One-handed Seals: Pretty straightforward. A player may weave hand seals with only one hand. This results in a one tier loss of Coordination for that hand regarding hand seals.
Learning Class Advantage: A player may have access to learning technique one rank above of what their class allows. This early access must result in stunted growth forcing the player to spend an additional 10% experience to advance into the next class. This *can* be stacked with other modifiers (Sensei, Intelligence, etc..)

History: Born in Konohagakure, at a young age it was Joji's path to become a staple in the Hyuuga clan. Within the Academy he was shown to be a prodigy, and it was his parents that were to be most proud of it. So he was trained harshly and frequently, so that one day he would be an heir to the clan. He has two brothers whom are younger than him, and he visits them frequently, but has a tarred relationship with his parents.
Their push for superiority over the Uchiha clan remained hole in their entire relationship with the clan. Most had forgotten the bad blood between the Uchiha and the Hyuuga. However Joji's was kept fresh into the loop by his own parents. He began to have some sideways feelings towards them, but he remains conflicted with their influence of perfection.
Personality: Joji believes himself one of the best among his peers. Coming out of the academy with flying marks only boosted his ego. Inflated with the consistent prodding of his parents to be superior, he can be usually seen training hard. Making it one of his focus on life, and berating others for not following the same regime. He's usually serious and doesn't take to jokes very well. This has led others to believe he is quick to anger.
When in reality it makes him care not to engage more. Joji also has a disdain towards Uchiha, instilled in his mind by his parents. Working overly hard to show he was superior to them in anyway. But he also fiercely determined, taking his role as a Genin seriously. Though his means can be intense, and brutal. He will do whatever he can protect his family and his friends.
