"As for me, I'm going to fortify our nation's defenses and monitor movement from within. I intend to get our flunking Genin to Chuunin status so they can be of more use to this operation while putting our Kirigakure guests to work. Whatever troubles still remain in Konoha will be ratted out. Whatever tries to enter our borders without permission from their Administration and approved by ours, will be captured and questioned. Resistance will be met with death. I will make sure our neighboring lands that we have contact with will know of this protocol." Masuyo turned her head to the side as her students were already down the main street on their way inside the village. The atmosphere in the village was still bright and cheerful as it always was. She'd shift her attention back to the young Uchiha boy. "Well, I'm going to assume the end of this conversation for now. If you have any rebuttals or suggestions I will be in the office. This is not the place to be talking about these matters. I'll send Konami on her way and get her room and escort organized. I'll be seeing you."
Masuyo would split off from Akihiro and around the corner to the front gates where she saw Konami waiting patiently. The guards seemed to have never taken their eyes off her in their same position since she left to talk with Akihiro. They were certainly conditioned to act like tools of war. Masuyo respected their service, unsure if she could ever live the life they chose. Masuyo approached Konami and smiled, beckoning her to follow her further from the gates. "Walk with me for a moment." She'd say drawing Konami roughly fifteen meters away from where she stood still on the dirt road. "You won't be seeing Lord Satomi. He has been deemed missing for over a month now. From the looks of it his business trip in the Land of Grass did not go so well. As you understand, because of this, foreigners are no allowed within the village at this time. I intend to find out what happened, and if you are willing to cooperate, we can still keep in touch. I plan to send you to Tanzaku Town with a contact to help get this mess ironed out. Otherwise, if you have other matters to attend to, we can bid farewell. The choice is yours."
