Description: This is a simple seal formulated from the combination of Marx's knowledge of chemistry and his knowledge of various seals, blending them seamlessly together to forge a rather unique seal. This seal does not work on sentient living beings, however is perfect for when one wishes to combine the strengths of multiple materials into one. "Materials" doesn't simply refer to purchasable items, as the user's own chakra or blood can take the place of a material for fusion. The new material can only be obtained when the seal is released, and this seal fades after one usage, requiring it to be replaced if one wants to fuse more materials. Description: This technique is an advancement upon the Chakra Strings method of Puppetry, using instead chakra sensitive nodes within a puppet's body in order to pick up on pulses of chakra from the user's form. This method of control can only be exerted on puppets with a minimum of four rods placed somewhere within their frames, making the user incapable of manipulating the puppets of others without the proper set-up. Other than being an alternate method of control, this technique follows the Coordination requirement for the Chakra Strings and Puppetry techniques in determining movement, while leaving the user's hands free for other things. Due to the nature of this technique and not maintaining a physical connection with the puppets like the Chakra Strings method, Coordination receives a - drop for every 10m beyond 30m away from Marx, reducing the speed and accuracy of the puppets due to the weakening of the pulse due to range. The maximum amount of puppets capable of being controlled through this method is determined by Marx's intelligence, while he receives a - drop in Perception for every puppet that exceeds this maximum.

So does this allow you to craft things such as poisons and drugs instantly? Because the way I'm reading this, it sounds like it would be able to do such a thing with chemicals consisting of only a few ingredients which circumvents the entire crafting process.

For being able to wirelessly control your puppets, the range is going to need cut by half so that you aren't tossing puppets at people further away than you can accurately make out fine enough details to fight them. Either that, or a drop to Coordination for determining the speed and accuracy of the puppets of one minus every 10 meters once past the 30 meters threshold up to the maximum of 60 meters as the edge of the range would be where the pulses are weakest, meaning the puppets would operate near full capacity but not at it. This might seem a bit harsh, but the ability to control your puppets and still being able to weave seals is a very good ability that's going to need a bit more to its drawbacks than just destroying the rods. For clarification, are those rods visible to other people or are they hidden within the puppet somewhere?

I also feel like there needs to be a hard limit to how many puppets may be controlled via this method. It would likely need to be based on Intelligence for the ability to focus on that many things at once while in the middle of combat. Any exceeding that limit would probably hamper your Perception too, if you choose to make that an option. I'm open for other suggestions on this though, but the range reduction or Coordination penalty is necessary.

No, this can only be used to fuse two raw materials into another raw material. Chemicals will still need to be made as per usual.

I added in the debuff for Coordination at longer ranges and the maximum for controllable puppets based on Intelligence, along with a debuff to Perception when exceeding the maximum.

Description: Marx has stumbled upon a powerful combination within Shurikenjutsu and Fuinjutsu, wherein he is capable of unleashing a torrent of weapons from seals in order to bombard his enemies. Though rather than simply unleashing his weapons and letting them fly, he has found that sometimes complete control over them is required to ensure that they hit their mark. Some ninja prefer to do this with Ninja wire, though Marx finds it cumbersome as said wire is capable of being detected easily, and it forges a connection with him than can be detrimental should the tools be caught by his target. As such, he has found a way to modify Chakra Strings in order to make as many threads as he requires from his hands, at the cost of incurring an Upkeep Price for the manipulation of the weapons. Marx is capable of manipulating a base 10 weapons through this message, and for every 10 weapons above this the price is increased by +3.

How many strings can be used per finger with these techniques?

The first jutsu will be fine once the above is defined.

The second jutsu will need some specifications if it can control more than one weapon per finger; it would be in groups of ten that can moved in unison by one finger. To have more than ten chakra strings active and control them individually generally requires some form of modification using the Human Puppetry Technique.

For the base Manipulated Tools, one weapon per finger when using Ninja Wire or Chakra Threads.

This technique splits the chakra string of a single finger as many times as needed. It does however dilute the control greatly. With great amounts of weapons, the control is reduced so much that one is only capable of controling the direction of the weapons, and is incapable of performing more complex maneuvers.

I can have this cap at ten split threads per finger and have some form of Stat reduction to convey the reduction in control of the weapons. Also this technique will not be able to be used on anything other than weapons used through the Manipulated Tools line of techniques.

I really like the idea here, but there's a couple issues I had with this. Controlling more than one thing per finger with chakra threads to the extent this technique wants to do has only ever been done using Performance of One Hundred Puppets which is an exclusive technique. Being able to directly control that many things with chakra strings is a very powerful ability, even if it's just weapons being controlled. Toning the number of weapons able to be controlled down to five per finger would be acceptable, but ten is too many.

The other concern I have is the potential for this being kinda autohitty. With the drawback to this, the increased stamina cost isn't that big of a deal. 15 points of stamina lets you manipulate a couple dozen weapons in whichever direction they need to go to hit somebody, which is my concern. People still need a way out, as this is only a C rank technique. Instead of an increased stamina cost, I'd like to see each additional weapon on a finger lower your Coordination for that finger by one minus. This would cap at one tier and a - with five weapons as your maximum per finger, giving people a better chance at not dying and saves you stamina too.
