    Description: Equilibrium is Nee-san's specific interpretation of the Yin Healing Wound Destruction. Whereas Yin Healing Wound Destruction aims to preemptively heal major instances of direct damage, Equilibrium functions so as to keep the user's body in a constant state of equilibrium by maintaining a background healing factor. The user essentially disperses their chakra across their body and preemptively heals or alters their physicality to avoid environmental and miasma damage. This has the effect of partially immunizing the user to debuffs resulting from ninjutsu. This technique also has the effect of protecting from the negative effects of drastic shifts in the environment from area of effect ninjutsu. The user's immune system and overall body hardens itself and responds to changes in the body's feedback loop so as to put its functioning right back where it would normally be. This immunizes the user's Coordination stat up to a maximum of four minuses.
    Weaknesses: This technique cannot heal direct and concentrated damage the way that Yin Healing Wound Destruction can. This technique only applies to area of effect ninjutsu and does not immunize debuffs from other sources. This only affect Debuffs that apply to the body in a harmful way for example techniques that hurt the user by drastically changing temperature or Body Pathway Derangement. It would not prevent debuffs that attaches stones for example.

    How exactly does this lower an opponent's strength? I feel like it would read better if it said that it disperses the force better and makes any blows hit at one tier lower strength rather than actually lowering their strength. I know, it's just wordplay, but the wording as is just doesn't feel right to me. Also, what does Yin Wound Healing Destruction have to do with this? You're not healing anything, just making some spikes to deter physical contact. How large are these spikes?

    One puppet per seal would make it essentially the Generic Sealing technique. Would reducing it to ten puppets per seal work?

    Edited. Removed Yin Healing Wound Destruction. I personally plan on them being 3 inches-6 inches but Impervious Armour by itself allows free form creation of minor ninja tools so I guess they could also be significantly larger up to the size of katana but that would be fairly unwieldy.

    Focus- You could do a 0.5 upkeep due to the high Int Req, but the Activation will still need to be 3 pts to balance the boost.

    Lightning Flash Puppet Creation- This is fine.

    Gentle Steel- I'm assuming this effect stacks with Impervious Armor, which has its own cost, and that this style is replacing Gentle Way. If that's true, then the Upkeep needs to be increased to 5 pts and it'll be good to go. This is functioning as a B-Rank Debuff, but as a Tai Style, it just needs the C-Rank upkeep.

    Minor Reinforcement- This is fine.

    Nimble Fingers- You've got an E boost in one part of the body and a D boost in another. You can have a 2 point Activation for that.

    Equilibrium- The way this reads, it should only affect Debuffs that apply to the body in a harmful way. You could somewhat recover the damage caused by Pathway Derangement, for example, but if a technique directly attaches stone to your body to slow it down, then you're getting Debuff no matter how much you heal. So, reword it to clarify the specific field of Debuffs that it can prevent, and in that case, you can increase the protection by one.

    Since this is also making blades and can actually cut through materials, you're gonna need to make this A rank in cost. Additionally, that's 3 tiers of debuffs which is far too much for the cost even at A rank. Tone it down or add a lot more drawbacks.

    This doesn't really heal anything, but I like the idea. Take out that part about it healing to clean it up. You could also lower the cost a lot since you're giving yourself a minus while using this. By keeping it at this level, you could actually get away with an E rank activation and 2 pluses to Constitution.

    I should probably be a lot less vague in writing my techniques lol. I fixed the jutsu but I re-wrote because I think the way I wrote it before insinuates its a lot less powerful in that it only trades a single + for a single minus when in actually its meant to trade as many minuses for as many pluses as the user needs.

    I disagree that Raiton is need for Bulk Apperception. Any technique that increases Perception will undoubtedly affect neurons in the same way that any technique that affects strength will affect muscles. Making Raiton a requirement for a Perception boost is not necessary.

    The maximum debuff for an A rank technique is 4 minuses according to the debuff guidelines, so those will need edited accordingly. Since you're still cutting through material with miniature blades, I'm going to have to ask you to make the cost 18 rather than 15.

    Cap it at one tier and 1+. Being able to do this indefinitely makes stat allocations pointless. You can, however, make the cost D rank as you're doing an even exchange for the boosts so the cost doesn't need to be as high.



    You still have B listed as the speed for Fragmentation in the Speed field. As to Bulk, there are other ways to boost Perception than by directly affecting the neurons with chakra. However, if you relate this to Steel Release and use Ijutsu with your S rank intelligence I can possibly see you being able to make the neurons more conductive so as to make the signals travel faster. A bit of a change for description, but hey, I'm picky. Sorry haha.

    That was under the assumption you edited your debuffs to suit the cost along with this additional ability. You still have it as an A rank debuff, so your 15 activation pays for those four minuses. The ability to cut through C grade materials as you have listed I'm willing to give to you for a rank less in cost compared to what it can cut through. That is D rank, which is an additional 3. My apologies for not being clearer with what I meant, I'll be sure that it doesn't happen again. Thanks for pointing it out.

    For Bulk, I forgot to add that you'll need to cap this to one tier and one plus for the same reason as Neurokinesis. Cost may be reduced similarly. Once that's done, it'll be good to go.
