A Taijutsu school that leans heavily on the skills and chakra control usually found in practicioners of Ijutsu, the Jgoku no Ken utilizes precise and unrelenting strikes and kicks with minimal movement and maximum output, combining the strength of taijutsu with the precision and coordination of Ijutsu. When utilizing the Jigoku no Ken, it grants ++ in strength and coordination.

Whenever someone using this style hits someone twice on a limb in a single post, that limb will be paralyzed for one post.

Weaknesses:Users that do not have both taijutsu and Ijutsu, only get a + boost to Strength and Coordination.

When facing a low ranked (D at most) attack or technique of a solid nature (won't work on raiton for instance) the user rather than defending with their hands, raise their leg and use the soles of their shoes/feet to defend and redirect the attack to the ground.

For the Jigoku Style you are boosting two tiers (one for str the other for coor) that's an S Rank boost which means its pretty powerful. It will need a higher rank and chakra cost.

It needs a description on the method of fighting that includes the reason those boosts are there and why it can be used with just Tai or just Ijutsu. Higher requirements do some good for making a technique more powerful than it would be without them, but the difference shown here is too much. By having both Skills, you would be getting an S-Rank level Tai Style booster at a rank less cost than normal. That's too much of a perk for this kind of requirement to apply to.

You could make the Con Debuff apply whenever both boosts are active, but other than that, you'll probably have to increase the cost and go for another aspect to represent the dual nature of the style. It's hard to offer suggestions when there's no description for how it works.

Seeing as this combines Taijutsu and Ijutsu, it could yield a greater effect. You can combine the paralysis effects of Serpent Jab to this fighting style overall, and then register Serpent Jab as a technique that will actually grant you a statistical benefit, like a buff to Coordination and/or Perception.

1.Water Release: Marine Battle Formation Jutsu, it's an actual jutsu on the wikia and used in the anime. the dragon fang bullet doesn't need someone to direct it with their hands and just their mind, that's the difference.

2. Jigoku no Ken [Hell's Fist]: as seen in previous comments, this technique had to be toned down, so "upping" the boost would make it a discussion for staff again...which might be a good idea in time, but for now I'll keep it as is.

3. Serpent Jab: I actually think in it's current form it might be better as a D rank with D rank cost, any thoughts?

1. If that's the case, and seeing as you had the classification as Open, I will add it to the library.

2. I would not suggest upping the stat boost. My suggestion was to apply the paralysis effect, like you mentioned in Serpent's Jab, for the fighting style in general. So using this fighting style you can induce paralysis on an opponent after successful, consecutive attacks.

3. As for this I suggested this technique can grant a stat boost. Something like "One tier to Coordination for two strikes with the fingers." This will stack the boosts granted by the original fighting style, as well as carry over the paralysis effects.
