Description:  A simple jet of water shot from the mouth. It can hit with enough force to stun you if it hits properly. It can be done up to 5 times in succession, or one jet can be shot. To give an example of its power, Mist academy students usually use this technique to play a game much like tag.
Weaknesses: Limited to 12 fet

Trick of Water- This looks like it'd behave under the projectile guidelines. Coordination would be the stat it uses as a base, though, since that determines arm/hand movement speed.

Water Mirror- The range is self, but it targets water outside of the body. That doesn't leave a lot of possibilities.

Fish Spit- Seems like Strength would be a better determining factor for the speed of the water. Also, we use numerical values in meters or feet to determine range. Short, Mid, and Long are too vague.

Water Manipulation- This one goes beyond the level of Suiton. Freezing is an aspect of Ice Release and boiling is a part of Boil Release. Pulling moisture from the air is fine; a lot of techniques do that already, but if this applies to techniques that normally require a source, it'll need to specify costs associated with drawing large amounts of water from thin air to circumvent a known weakness to many Suiton techniques.

Trick of Water: Should say User's Coordination under Speed. You don't need to mention Coordination in the requirements; everyone has Coordination. Note somewhere that it follows normal projectile rules, or just say Varies under Range. Saying 50m implies that it always travels 50m, which is crazy.

Water Mirror: This doesn't appear able to move the water that's turned into a mirror, so the Speed should be either N/A or however fast the water becomes mirrored, which I'd assume is nearly instant; either way, I don't see it relating to User's Speed at all. Drop the range to 15m or increase the rank by one.

Trick of Water: Range is going to need way reduced on this. Like, 2 meters at most if it's a flick of the wrist. 25 meters is usually D or C rank elemental ninjutsu minimum.
