Poltergeist Seal: Projects Soul out of body temporarily. Making a Kage Bunshinesque, body for the soul. And allowing out of body travel.
Suuin: Fuuin using Sutras (Aphoristic Teachings of a faith / Spirituality.) as a base. But Fuuin symbology to use it. Is able to imbibe Holy or Unholy effects.

A Suuin created to allow a person to enter the inner MindScape of another who also holds this seal. The seal can only be attached to those willing to connect with the other Player, and once applied allows instant communication in one of 2 forms.
Telepathy: The user is speaking mind to mind. But only surface thoughts, and only if the person they are speaking to "mentally speaks" the words.
Full Meeting: One user, or another enters the other's MindScape, a mental landscape representing their inner mind. And can speak to one another. If one of the holders is a Jinchuriki, the other person can enter inside the Seal's Mindscape to talk to both Biju and Jinchu.
Weaknesses: Must be willing, and can not hear anything the other doesn't want them too. It's basically a Fuuin Phone with VR Chat Capabilities.
And can't "see through another's eyes". It's purely in "one's head."

Description:
This Seal is placed on a willing person's body. At activation it creates creates a mass of chakra much like the attacking doubles and Kage Bunshin. To store the soul. As long as not at the exhaustion threshhold. The ghost form can travel in two forms: Ghost, or Bunshin.
Ghost:
-2 tiers (min E) STR, CON, and Coord. (Min E).
-Can't interact with anything, or be interacted with. .
- Exists on the Astral Plane (sees the world of chakra Doujutsu users see.)
Bunshin:
- Has the above Debuffs.
- Same rules as Kage Bunshin. For dispelling.
- Can touch and feel.
- If the Bunshin is killed or dispelled, the user's awareness and half remaining Chakra returns.
- Cost 20 chakra to go between forms. And 15 chakra for every following post as a Bunshin.
- Can't manifest within 5 meters of any PC / NPC.
Weaknesses:
- User's physical body has 0 awareness.
- User's body can be killed.
- Undoing the Fuuin, sends soul back to body.
- 2 Tiers Str, Con, and Coordination when out of body (both Ghost and Bunshin forms).
- Likewise the further one travels from the body, the easier it is to get lost (D6 days), and Perception becomes hazier (-1 Tier to Perception when out of a Village the main body is within.)
-Exception: Going to places or people one knows (IC).
- When taking the -1 Tier to Perception, colors, sights, and sounds become distorted, as the brain can't accurately grasp the new area (not counting the above Exclusion). Making Scouting, or Recon completely unreliable.
- Also from the -1 Tier to Perception erases the ability to auto-hit.

*The Holy / Unholy Energy is pure RP Flavor. And has no effect on the character outside "Certain" Jutsu using it. "Holy" = "Good / Light / Helpful / Etc."; "Unholy" = "Evil / Dark / Harmful / Etc.".
But actually doesn't do anything beyond itself other than aesthetic / RP Fluff.
