Her first mission of the day was one that she was all too happy to handle as she moved through the streets in the early morning dawn. Akari was wearing her usual attire of a red blouse and black skirt with black hose. Her hair had two black ribbons in it and a wooden sword was belted at her waist this morning. She didn’t have a metal one yet, it was something that she was desperately saving up for. She intended to order one from a rumoured master weapon crafter from somewhere. She would order one from one of the Konoha smiths however the best one seemed to be lazy and didn’t want to put forth the effort. So she would have to go to more expensive efforts.
Her mission this morning was to take down a group of junkies in the backstreets that were behind a few breaking and enterings as well as robberies. No one had been hurt but with actions like that it was only a matter of time before someone was. Akari was sent to take them down. Since they were simply drug addled civilians it wasn’t put higher than a D rank. This was nothing more than a ‘chore’ for any shinobi worth the name. It wouldn’t take her particularly long to track them down. All she had to do was wander around a bit and before long a group of teenagers had accosted her in an attempt to get her to ‘go to a private place’. They were all too happy to tell her about how ‘bad ass’ they were and they bragged about what they’d done over the past few days as if it made them cool. Some swift strikes from her bokken was all that was required before she called for the police. Before long they arrived and took the junkies off to face punishment for their crimes.
