With most of her days uneventful, the young Hozuki's ultimately submitted to the ideals of brainstorming. Over the course of the week that she's spent doing next to nothing, Nami's come up with several inventions to try her hand at. There were plenty of ideas she had that she had to discard along the way, but she's finally managed to come up with ones that were simple enough for her to give a go at. And maybe if she did succeed at what she could do so far, she'd eventually be able to push to something a little more than what she was capable of.
A sunny yellow hair band is accentuates her usual wild, wavey hair while it's pulled back, contrasted by a tank top of the same color. A pair of black shorts and bee-themed thigh-high stockings accentuate her person while she's sitting upon an orange pillow. A table's seated in the center of a total of three more pillows that are on each side of it, and upon it is a decent amount of clay. Apart from the clay, she's got several other things in the room, such as some materials here and there, and tools to help her put the materials to good use.
After a brief inhale, Nami ultimately elevates her hands and gets to work, tasking herself in cutting out a piece of the clay. Near her in a plastic bag are several door handles, complete with sample locks upon them. Once she's cut out the piece of clay, she works away at squeezing it into every nook and cranny of the lock upon it. It was easy enough, but the hardest part would be getting the clay out without it cracking apart.
Long story short, it'd take a few hours for it to fully dry like that, and a few days for her to go through the trial and error process of making it work.
