Notte is a 5'1 fair skinned 13-year-old, Notte's classic trademark is his slick pink hair he ties up his hair when he wishes to concentrate. Casually he regularly wears quite a simple outfit consisting of shinobi sandals, black trousers with a bandage keeping the bottoms from scraping the ground, an orange bandana to keep his hair from falling on his face, a navy blue shirt that helps with blending into the dark and finally a light green jacket to match the villages clothing style. As it stands Hachimon's style is near identical to Notte's, however, his hairstyle and facial expression are much more menacing.
History:
Notte was presumably born in the village of lightning or more commonly known as "Kumogakure". His mother was named Rin Inazuma and the peculiar thing about Notte's mother is that she has brown hair which could only leave Notte's pink hair to come from his father, however, the problem is Notte doesn't exactly know his father which since a very young age left him without a father figure, Notte's hair set him apart from the other kids in the academy as much as his mother tried to guide him to try to become his own individual, he was still different. Over the years Notte has gotten used to hair but the inevitable question popped up. Who was his father? why did he have pink hair? Did Hachimon have anything to do with his father?
There was nothing peculiarly special about Notte other than his pink hair but what it did give him was drive. Drive to find his father, Drive to work up to be the best he can, Drive to take back his own life and not allow other people to control it. However, Notte had always looked up to someone. The Raikage. His Kage was the greatest of them all focusing on healing them all; always being concerned with her followers not even seeing them as followers but instead comrades that she wished to protect. He knew his path would cross the Kage one day it felt like destiny.
Personality:
Notte's personality is quite calm and collected for his age, he does make stupid impulsive decisions at times due to his lack of experience however he does have potential. In addition to that Notte is quite an active person he hates the concept of doing nothing he always has to be doing something. Due to Notte not having a father figure he gets easily attached to men older than him however he does have the potential to have close relationships with women as well. While he does prefer to be in a group over being by himself due to his early childhood he has learned to function and be perfectly comfortable with himself. On the contrary to Notte, Hachimon has a sadistic, violent and quite a disgusting personality.
