Shinoskay casually walked into the training grounds, no description is really needed as it is just him entering the area.

Once he reached the strike post training stand he would look make a tired glance over the first angled strike protrusion, already he didnt want to be here to do this but he knew he needed to in order to insure he had as much training for going out into the land of earth to investigate as he could. He felt scared, apprehensive, he knew it was going to be dangerous but then it wouldnt be a punishment if he didnt have to face the risks. This trip was definitely going to teach him the importance of protocol, sure he discovered something by breaking it this time but what if he hadnt...

The boy looked at the strike post guide, written on a piece of paper and then plastered onto the post just under the strike protrusions... explaining how to effectively move and impact in order to condition ones arms and body to the appropriate motions. He would move his arms in, first making a point to slowly move them into what the paper showed as he stared at it for ease of reference. His focus was on coordination, moving more slowly to concentrate on the actions and motions to increase coordination by one and decrease speed by one, as he placed his for arms in.

Once he had gone through the series of motions as the paper showed, making sure he could do the motions in general, he would step back from the post to then practice the same motions in the air. It was a little awkward trying to feel the motions without the impact of resistance from the protrusions but not terribly so.

He wasnt a hand fighter, and it felt strange to use his hands for anything other then hand seals, chakra threads, and similar complex and constant motions so as he took a moment to reflect he felt that his hands had locked up a little. He glanced warily down at them as he forced them open and closed again... In combat, locking up could be death so he felt this was more reason to not rely on such techniques... Regardless, he stepped back over to the post and with his fingers curling instinctively, he placed his palm against the center post and as his mind focused in on the sensation... he slowly widraw that hand before replacing it with the other in the same formation. He wasnt actually striking, just feeling the movement out.

Slowly, his mind began to focus in on the concept of striking and he could feel his body tensing more as he grew in intensity. His tensing gave the sensation of resistance and pressing through that resistance. slowly, he charged his arms with electricity to improve the power of his muscles as he pushed them to repeat the motion over and over to enhance his strength.
