Array of Skills: Due to his many adventures and his fairly wide selection of abilities, Kazuya has accustomed himself to very specific uses of his skillset, weaker than normal in some areas but stronger in others. When using Genjutsu that don't involve his Doujutsu, Kazuya's Intelligence increases by one Tier, but his Perception decreases by one Tier. His Intelligence also increases by one Tier when using Fuuinjutsu, but his Coordination decreases by one Tier -this is also true when tampering with other people's Fuuinjutsu.

Power Unleashed: As one of the first people to master the Eight Gates, Kazuya has learned to manipulate their power in a different way. Being of lesser durability than most, he has devised a way to redirect that power inward and enhance the time with which he can use it. As Kazuya opens his inner gates, he can devote 30 points of Stamina to his body, increasing his maximum usage of the technique by two posts for every time he does this. As this is a costly move, he can quickly exhaust himself just to maintain that hidden power.
