The scarlet eyes meet: The raising star meets the Legend.

It had been weeks now sense he had even attempted to do any training, he was wanting to spend time with his parents and he was also going on lots of missions so this would put a hamper on his training time. Opening up the doors zenaku walked up into the training area, if he was not mistaken Rin was also in this building being held under protective custody but the only problem was that even tho zenaku was a chunin he was not high enough rank for that kind of information so he put that out of his head for the time being and went to one of his favorite spots in this training facility which had a rocky field, a small stream running though the center of the room.

Zanaku stands 5:10 and weighs in at 195 pounds. His face has a pale complexion which with his black hair and black eye's makes him look very handsome to the lady's.
Zenaku black hair is a bit bushy; although it’s a little neater in the front, the sides are messy and overall there’s little locks going every which way. There’s a large chunk of hair in the middle with two sides framing his face and messy locks off the side.


Zenaku wear's small round beads around his neck, they come to the size of large marbles and are pitch black. For his top Zenaku wears a long sleeve jacket that has a silver line that is the zipper, on the left side of the jack on his chest he has the symbol of his uchiha clan marked there. But now that he is a chunin he also wears the green flack jacket that is given to chunins and above.

The jacket has a hood attached to it, his forams have black protector guards.
He keeps the sleeves of the jacket pulled up to his elbow as he has a pair of finger less gloves that reaches all the way to his elbow. On his right arm he has white bandages wrapped around his peck part of his arm.

Under the jacket he wears his steel mail shirt that is light weight and over that he has his light chest plate. He wears a pair of pitch black pants and a pair of high top black boots that come up to knee, he keeps his pant legs tucked into the boots.
Around his weist he has a white cloth that holds a thick blue rope which hangs out dangles by his side.

It was nice being here, you could hear the sound of birds in the area tho he always wondered how they did that, you could also hear the sound of the stream running as the small fish slash out of the water. Zenaku would sit down and began to meditate.

Satomi strode into the facility. Looking upon the structure was always a new experience for the former Hokage. In his time the village was just that...a village. Now technology had blossomed in the time he had been away.

Wearing white and black robes with the Uchiha symbol behind his back. It was time to stretch his legs, exercise his lost power. In the field already was Zenkaku. The Chuunin was out getting some practice in today as well. Walking up to him he greeted Zen, "Zenkaku, it is good to see you making use of the facility to hone your craft. I've heard of your exploits already and I'm pleased. You may make an excellent ANBU operative. Though I would have to test your abilities myself as ANBU Captain. Would you accept this proposal?" Joining the ANBU was voluntary as it was a specialized position often given to the darkest of ninja. They were usually tasked with difficult missions and decisions.

As zenaku was meditating he was making sure to be taking every thing in from his surroundings as he was trying to hone his concentration and the ability to pick up on things. Just then he could hear some foot steps coming from behind him so he turned around to see Satomi standing there, he was the guy that he saw at the last uchiha clan meeting and from what he knew this man was a legend to the uchiha name and to the village hidden in the leaf. " Thank you sir, i like to keep my self honed cause you never know when danger is gonna jump out at you. I like to think of the ninja like a knife, if they do not continue to train and get better then they get dull and can not cut down there enemy but if they keep training and continue to hone your skills then your blade shall be sharp and precise."

Zenaku said as he stood up and bowed to satomi, that was when he was a little surprised that satomi said that he had heard of the things that zenaku has done already and thought that he would make for a great anbu member. But as the anbu captain he would need to test zenaku to see what he could do. Zenaku thought about it for a moment as he crossed his arms and closed his eyes. He stood there for a good minute thinking it over before he smiled and looked back at satomi. " I shall take your test, i think this shall make for a good test of my skills to fight a legend of the hidden leaf."

Satomi nodded. Zenkaku seemed as if he was well versed in combat already. Not hesitating to go against the ANBU Captain. This was good to see, because Satomi provided a different type of mission. Satomi had a do no not engage order against him during the 1st battle of Iwagakure. Let's see how Zenkaku attacked against one of the most powerful ninja in the world.

The Ghost of Konoha began create some space. Giving them both about 10 meters from each other. Holding a seal, he created a Shadow clone. It popped up a few feet next to the Professor. "Let's see how you fair against my clone. Since it is a clone, use whatever means possible to defeat it. I want to test your genius in this situation."

The real Satomi backed off retreating well out of the way. At the moment, Lord Ozai was incredibly strong at the moment. The Chuunin would be pressed from the beginning. "When you are ready, let us begin. " The Satomi clone said to Zen. It's eyes activated with the Sharingan.

Just then after saying that he would accept the Anbu captains offer to a fight the legendy ninja preformed the hand sign for shadow clone jutsu. The original and the clones eyes would then activate the sharingan, Zenaku would also acivate his sharingan also as he looked onto the original and then the clone, as he did he used a instant genjutsu of sorts, he was trying to make the clone have a little fear. He knew that he was going up a legend of the hidden leaf and he was surprised that the captain of the anbu would be willling to test zenaku him self.

He needed to think of a good way to deal with the clone and maybe if he could do that then he could get the real saitome to fight also. But he also knew that a clone was never as strong as the original but he would give it his best shot. Well the first thing he should do is test the waters so he just waved his hand as he did he fired out 5 waves of wind that as it got closer to saitome it compressed into one single slash of wind that had some strength behind it. " Wind style wind slash jutsu" Zenaku would say before he waved his hand towards the legendry ninja of the hidden leaf.

Techniques used

Just as Satomi expected. Zenakaku took the challenge. This was no small feat at that. To take on the former Hokage, one who would be pressing him in many different ways. The clones 3 tomoe Sharingan bore itself bare. Zen responded in kind with his own 3 tomoe Sharingan. Satomi was proud to see it, however Zen made a classic mistake.

Attempting to cast a Genjutsu against a Uchiha was basically for naught. As the Satomi clones eyes formed into the Mangekyo Sharingan, then they reflected the Coercion Sharingan technique back at Zenakaku.

This would catch anyone off guard, not expecting their own Genjutsu to be cast on them in an instant. Zen would instead be facing that fear albeit a quick fleeting emotion. More than enough for the clone to read the boys movements using the Sharingan.

The clone covered the distance pretty fast by dashing forward to appear in front of Zen. He would perform a side ways kick to Zenakakus midsection, followed by a powerful palm strike as well to his chest. Though he greatly lowered his Coordination (B-rank) and strength (C-rank).

It was only once he activated it that he could have kicked him self in the ass if possible cause being a uchiha he should have known that using a genjutsu of any kind against a uchiha was just asking for trouble, now it would come back to bite him in the back end cause his genjutsu was then reflected back onto him. The view of satomi sharingan could be felt bearing down onto him and this caused him to take a step back out of fear. Being a former hokage was bad enough but he was also the captain of the Anbu black ops, Zenaku would really have to put all he has learned into this fight if he was gonna want to win.

Zenaku was keeping a close eye on saitomi, just then when he reflected the genjutsu zenaku noticed that his eyes changed from the three tomo to something else but he could tell that he was still using the sharingan, was this the legendary sharingan known as the Mangekyo sharingan. Well what ever it was the clone that satomi had created rushed towards zenaku and stopped inches in front of him. Well first zenaku used the half tiger seal to gather up chakra into his feet, this would allow him to gain a boost of speed. Zenaku then quickly preformed the hand signs of Snake → Ram → Boar → Bird then in the end he clapped his hands together as he zoomed backwards away from the clone. It was a good thing he did cause the clone had attempted to kick him. His speed was luckily fast enough to get him out of the way in time tho it was to close cause his foot grazed his sternum.

Zenaku only moved back from the clone 30 meters, he knew that he was gonna need to use a good enough jutsu that he would be able to take down the clone so he used the Horse → Monkey → Bird hand signs. " Wind Release: Dust Cloud Technique" Zenaku said and when he did he creates a stream of high-velocity wind containing dust particles in it, from what he saw of this technique when he was learning it the jutsu was very powerful and fast so he was hoping to be able to catch the former hokage off guard with this jutsu.

There weren't many ninja who could keep up with the Ghost at this time. It was quite an unfair matchup between the former Hokage and Zenaku. But that was the exact reason why Satomi thought this was the perfect test. Famous men could still be felled by a lesser individual. He had learned that lesson first hand. However the life of the ANBU shinobi was difficult. They were chosen because they specialized in something that their peers could not. Though this directed at some of the most chaotic missions. Meaning, you know never knew what you were going to get.

The clone pressed the attack with its immense mastery of Taijutsu and the Sharingan. The Ghost's clone read his students movements. This bait move by Satomi would catch most off in its attempt to move them into his pattern. But Zenaku was a powerful Sharigan user. He would surely read the movement before it happened. Something Sato had also planned on, he wasn't going easy on the Chuunin either. The clone would simply have to be faster. He attempted to move backwards gaining ground between them, but the clone kicked off tracking him down for a more explosive move.

Moving even faster, he performed the Leaf Great Flash. This move projected the Satomi clone forward, catching the Chuunin before could make handsigns. This time sending a much faster and stronger kick. This time to his abdomen, which would send him reeling backwards for about 10 meters. If connected the clone would pause and wait for the Chuunin to continue. The real Satomi looked onward. A face showing no emotion. But he was liking what he was seeing already from Zen.

He knew that fighting against the former hokage was gonna be hard i mean hell he had enough strength and skill that he was a hokage a ninja that all fear and respect as the strongest ninjas in the land and here he was sparing against his clone for a chance to become a member of the Anbu black ops. Zenaku was able to get back enough space or so he had thought, for as he had got back and was trying to preform the hand signs for the wind style jutsu he saw that saitomi came rushing towards him and he then came in with a kick towards his chest.

Zenaku was not really sure what he should do cause the speed that the legend was coming at him at was pretty fast and he was not sure if he would be able to do the hand signs quick enough so he decided that maybe it would be better to just take the hit but it would not be with out gains as he suddenly had a idea that might help out. So instead of preforming any signs he brought up his arms to block the attack as the ninjas foot smashed into zenaku's palms but as he did zenaku managed to hopefully stick a paper bomb to the bottom of the guys foot with out him noticing or so he hoped he did not notice. As zenaku was about to go tumbling back tho he would spit out a senbone needle from his mouth towards the clone, but if the clone dodged it the needle would head straight towards the original ninja.

Zenaku went tumbling back about 10 feet away from saitomi but he was quickly able to get back onto his feet and as he did he already had a bunch of air in his lungs but before he did that zenaku would use the half tiger sign as he would activate the paper bomb that he had tried to place on to the clones foot when he blocked him. If succesful then the explosion would hopefully take the clones leg off or even disspell the clone. : " Wind style Drilling air bullet jutsu" Zenaku would say as he would spit out a large volume of compressed air that was like a bullet that went hurdling towards the ninjs clone.

Zenaku's attempt at slapping a tag on his foot wasn't the best idea, seeing as the speed he was dealing with was quite formidable. It gave up his chance to defend by going for the tag in the first place. The clone would of course interrupt this movement, and he send a resounding kick to the sternum of the Chuunin. This would be no glancing blow one could just roll up from. The amount of strength would have at least winded the Chuunin. Giving him no chance spit a needle at him. The clone could see the adjustment the Chuunin was willing to make. But it most fights did not last a prolonged time. In most times, they could be concluded in a few dire moves.

But ANBU Captain would react from his station. "Enough. I've seen a great deal." When Zenaku would get back up from the attack, Satomi would continue. "I think you have what it takes to be in the ANBU Zenaku. That quick thinking is what I was looking for. Consider me impressed. And I don't impress easily." He had already read the mans next movements, and it was promising.  Sato would end the clone jutsu. "This will be your formal invite. Report to the Defense Center tomorrow morning for your training, under me of course. Welcome to the best and brightest."

With that Satomi would take his leave.

It would seem that even tho his quick thinking was not working for him cause the clone was able to stop every one of his techniques the man before him was impressed by his quick thinking, so after being kicked to the ground zenaku coughed up some spit as he laid on the ground. Satomi would then say that zenaku had what it took to be invited to the Anbu black ops and this made zenaku have a smile on the corner of his lips but he did not want to seem to happy but instead he bowed to satomi when he told him to report in to the defense center for his training under the former hokage him self. This was something that he had not expected but he was happy as hell that he had actually made it into the legendry order the Anbu.

Zenaku then watched as satomi disbanded the clone jutsu and then he would vanish, the young uchiha was tired as he deactivated his sharingan then he would vanish as well, he decided that he would need to head back home so he could tell his parents the great news and he bet they would be very proud of him as he was starting to walk in the same foot steps as his parents before him.
