Couple things. In your first post, starter exp and exp gained from skill trades do not count towards total experience. This means you have 250 (spendable)/250 (total) experience plus what you earnes in this thread. That does not leave you with enough experience to get to D class, meaning all techniques C rank and higher can't be learned by Yui as of yet. Your first post will need edited to reflect all of this, and I'm approving this update on the stipulation that you can't use any techs learned so far above D rank until you meet the requirements for them.

I was taught ic by Fenrir and as far as I know someone of higher rank can teach it, also my UA allows me to learn Taijutsu a rank earlier.

Eager Learner: When her Tomoe active she is able to understand the movements as well as how the chakra flows in the libs to better understand Taijutsu. Due to this, she is able to learn Taijutsu a rank earlier than normal, this does not copy the taijutsu it simply makes her able to learn Taijutsu sooner.
Flaw: When not using her Tomoe she learns Taijutsu fifty percent slower, this increases the word count needed to learn Taijutsu techniques not using her eye cost 50 percent more word count. This also comes at the cost when she learns copy technique she cannot copy Genjutsu at all.

Then you can learn C rank taijutsu, B rank is still too high for a fresh genin.

Yui is correct. As per sensei rules, you may learn technique two ranks above what your class normally allows when being taught. As an E-class Genin she can normally only learn up to D-rank technique. The sensei bonus increases that to B-rank.
