Whenever his sand strikes an enemy physicly he will drain 5 CP from him that will be transvered to him. THis comes at the drawback that adam cant utilise any form of Taijutsu in the same post. The amount that this UA allows for non-tech absorption in a thread is capped at half of Adamns base stamina cap, even if taken from multiple different people. This can not set him over her maximum pool of chakra either, however he can choose to drain chakra (just for the sake of weakening the enemy).

Furthermore i would like to change this UA:

Cost reduction: Magnet release (including the freeform manipulation) costs 1 rank less cp, however doton techniques cost one rank more.

To this here:

Army of 1000: Adam has gotten so proficient in his magnet release that he is able to permanentely empower all his magnet release attacks by 1 rank for a 1 rank cost increase in all doton techniques.

Since the character is not a crafter, it's reasonable to assume they're simply getting 50% off supplies at no cost to them. (Since they're incredibly unlikely to purchase something that isn't useable as a particulate.)

Blood in the Sand: Chakra drain requires physical contact. Like to skin to skin contact (or through a single layer of clothing). Being able to drain chakra through freeform manipulated sand is too strong. Denied.

Army of 1000: We don't allow UAs to increase the power of jutsu.
