Purpose: To create items that are useful to Konoha and to create a peaceful atmosphere to relax and socialize in.
The organization is extremely Konaha loyalist and will not sell to supplies to shinobi who are not from Konoha. The only exception is that friends of CEO's can typically buy stuff if they get promission.

They plan to create tools and poisons to incapacitate instead of kill, but you can purchase any variety of weapons from the shop. They have three locations in their headquarters that provide a space to socialize in, the fanciest of which you must buy your way into unless you are famus.
