Appearance: Standing 6'2" or 188cm tall with short shaggy blonde hair, Raphael has an athletic build, weighing 175lbs or 80kg. His is typically seen wearing a black undershirt with a white half Gi only covering one side of his torso and black Gi pants whenever he is out training, while wearing a white button down shirt with a red tie and black dress slacks on other more social occasions. The most unique thing about Raphael's physical features is that he has a rare condition called Heterochromia Iridium, which results in his eyes being two different colors. His right eye a vibrant sky blue, his left eye a bright almost emerald green.
History: Being raised in the land of Waves, Raphael had a rather mediocre childhood. His parents while neither wealthy or poor, were capable of providing him with everything he needed for a comfortable childhood. Though due to his intellect he was quickly viewed as a prodigy by his clan when he mastered the Clan Hiden Sealing chains technique. When he came of age to join the academy he was brought to Kirigakure, often viewed as the class clown, he passed with full honors from the academy in record time. After being made genin he was placed on a small team that complimented his skills as he complimented theirs, however this was when the first tragedy was struck for the young Raphael. Shortly after the whole team had been promoted to Chuunin they were sent out on a high priority mission. While on the mission out of the country, Raphael's teammate, Aurora was captured and killed before the team could rescue her, their Sensei Kamei was also killed during the mission. This was the first time the male lost control and blacked out, when he awoke those that had taken Aurora's life were dead or at least he assumed they were all dead as they weren't attacking. With Ryuoh gravely injured, Raphael would give his fellow Shinobi several pints of his own blood to revitalize the other male. After their return to the village though, Raphael and Ryuoh would part ways, though they would still see each other on occasion, the Shinobi life proved to be to much for Ryuoh and the young male retired to life as a merchant like his father. Raphael on the other hand continued his training and soon his intelligence as well as skill in Fuuinjutsu saw to his rise to Jounin.
Personality: Raphael is a pretty easy going individual, tending to go with the flow of things. He is a fan of music and the arts, and prefers conversation over combat, though he is quick to defend those that cannot defend themselves. He is fully aware of his own limitations when it comes to combat, though that doesn't stop him from pushing them. He doesn't get angry, even when insulted he simply smiles and thanks the person. Though he has the persona of relaxation, he is a calculating strategist and quick on his feet, he never jumps into a fight without some type of plan even if that plan is still being worked out.
