Mission Board:

Kitsumi would stretch his arms out wide as he exited his house, feeling the vertebrae popping as he did so. It was hard to believe that just a week and a half ago he was in the hospital twice within two days, but today he was finally cleared and could return to active duty within the village. It was a bright and sunny day, with scarce clouds in the sky today. It was as if the world was welcoming him back warmly, though in truth it was just a nice day, to Kitsumi it was as if his life was beginning anew. He knew he had to earn the respect of the Kage to get assigned the good missions, but it would seem that after his trip to the hospital he might have to work harder than he thought. It would seem after his hospital episode, he was not fit for most requirements yet so he got stuck with the job that no one else wanted. Normally, he would complain that such tasks were beneath him, but there was nothing like another man crushing your spine to let you know that you were above nothing. The only thing that seemed to be good that has happened to him since he woke up from his coma, at least in the man's opinion, was that he met Yasuka who was actually assigned to be his partner. He wasn't sure if it was because they were on a team together already or if he just got lucky, of course there was also the option that the village assigned her to his mission as a babysitter as they didn't trust him not to get hurt or something. Though the last thought would be bothersome, considering the result of his last spar it was not unwarranted. Still the man would shake the thought from his head as he moved to where him and Yasuka were supposed to meet.

They were assigned two missions for today, the first was finding this nincat that was apparently running wild and causing problems. The second wouldn't be until later tonight, when asked why, he was told that it was that way in case they took too long to stop the cat. This would confuse Kitsumi slightly, how could a cat be that hard to catch and control? He would think to himself as he stood next to the large clocktower that stood in the center of the village, waiting for Yasuka to arrive. His long silver hair reaching down to his back, his attire as well as his hair making it so that he stood out in a crowd. Wearing similar attire to when he had first met Yasuka, consisting of black pants, black trench coat, no shirt. He would get the occasional stare from the citizens as they passed by, but he would not pay any attention to them or their thoughts. He was comfortable and that was all that mattered to the male, well that and hopefully rising to the point where he would be giving good missions to go on. Of course, his new sensei could take them both on missions, but in all honesty the man still frightened Kitsumi. Everytime he saw the man now even though the man was named his sensei by the Raikage, the sight of the man would just remind Kitsumi of his own weakness and the fact that the man broke his spine. It was not something that one got over easily, it was not going to happen overnight, or even over ten nights for that matter. That is not to say that he would not eventually come around to the demon man, but for now he was trying to keep his distance from the other man. Instead, he would do the small missions the village would throw at him whether they were solo missions or ones where he was paired with Yasuka, until he could finally conquer his fear that seemed to cripple him whenever the other man came around. He had gotten himself some chakra drones the other day when him and Yasuka were in the market, though he had not used them yet, and actually had decided to leave them at home today as he figured that they would not be needed. Not to mention the fact that he had not trained with them yet so the use of them would be awkward and possibly a hindrance on the mission, so until he had time to properly train with them, they would remain in their box on his table.

Yasuka makes her way up to Kitsumi's home, having been given the odd job of keeping company with Kitsumi during the simple missions. While she assumed he could do them on his own, she had accepted the work with the understanding that she would still be receiving the payment for the missions, since they would have effectively both done them. She sees him at around the time he might, and she waves at him to greet him from that far away, at least until she reaches him. Her white Kumo flak jacket under her orange fur-lined jacket that was flapping behind her, she had to be fairly eye-catching, although underneath she was just wearing the typical tight black second skin that most ninja wore. Her matching orange pants were fairly loose and made to let her legs move unimpeded. Yasuka's long blue hair trails behind her as well as she runs before she finally reaches him, giving him a polite smile.

"Hi again, Kitsumi. I guess we'll start with the cat mission, since we're not supposed to start the other mission until night."

She shrugs a bit, not sure how catching a feline is supposed to be difficult for them. She'd seen him just the other day at the open-air bazaar, but now they were going on their first mission as two genin on the same team. Yasuka, despite being fairly calm most of the time, bounced from foot to foot, clearly warming herself up before she notices that Kitsumi is shirtless, and she has to wonder for a moment how he kept himself warm wearing only a jacket like that. But instead of worrying about it, Kitsumi seems just fine, so she ignores her own worries for now.

"First thing's first. I've got some sensory ability, and you've got your Ryuzoji eyes, so finding the cat should be the easy part. I guess the only difficult part of this first one will be in the catching... What's the difference between a cat and a nin-cat anyway?"

She starts walking towards the hospital, where the nin-cat is supposedly still causing trouble and making things difficult for the hospital staff. It was somewhat ironic, but she seemed to think that the hospital was still somewhat chaotic the last time they'd been there. The little spat with Kyousuke had been odd, for one, but at least the thief had apologized quickly and returned the sword. Yasuka still didn't trust him; how could you when the first thing he did when he woke up was to try and steal someone else's sword? In any case, it struck her as additionally ironic that Kitsumi was going back to the hospital, but at least this time he wasn't going as a patient.

He wouldn't be waiting long for his mission partner, when he felt the familiar and sporadic electrical current of his friend. Yasuka's arrival would be met with a smile, "hello to you as well, Lady Inazuma. Yes, I suppose it's for the best not to waste time. Dealing with the cat shouldn't be too hard for the both of us, though I am sorry they stuck you on baby sitting duty." Kitsumi replied, his smile falling as he spoke the last sentence. He did hate the fact that he was forced to be chaperoned, but he hated that he was essentially dragging Yasuka down with him. Though if he had to pick someone to do missions with, it would be Yasuka, he really wished it was better missions. Something challenging for the both of them, rather than forcing Yasuka to do these minor things with him. He was just thankful they picked Yasuka rather than their newly appointed Sensei to chaperone him, as he wasn't sure how much work would get done with him fearing the man.

As they began walking and Yasuka asked him the difference between a cat and a nincat, Kitsumi's mind would draw a blank. Before today he had not ever actually heard of the term nincat, so he could not be sure what made them so special. "In all honesty, I have no idea. I was actually hoping you could tell me, but it seems we are both in the dark on the matter." The man replied with a shrug and a small chuckle, "though I suppose if it's capable of causing enough problems that they are asking for help catching it, it might be more annoying than a normal cat." He would add as the thought popped into his mind. It was still early in the day though so he wasn't too worried about it, either they catch the thing easily and then spend however many hours before the next job relaxing or something or they take their time catching it. Of course, this is all assuming that they are able to find the cat easily. He had never really attempted to track an animal with his Denkanryū before, but he did suppose it was possible considering that they like everyone else so once he finds the right source keeping track of it should be easy.

As the hospital came into view down the street, Kitsumi would let out a disappointed sigh. "Can't say I'm happy to see this place again so soon," he would say in his normal tone with just a slight hint of disappointment in his words. He was beginning to wonder if maybe he should just move into the place, with how regularly he was here, still at least this time he wouldn't be stuck here for long, at least he hoped.

Yasuka kindly waves away the remark calling her role in this mission "baby-sitting duty", smiling at him as they continue to move towards the hospital. Although she'd thought of it that way in her own head, she wouldn't allow her own teammate to think that if she could help it. She made sure to face him so he would see that she's not bothered at all by the suggestion that she was baby-sitting him.

"It's not like baby-sitting at all. For one, you're good company, Master Ryuzoji. For another, this is just as much a chance to prove myself as it is to show the kage that you're also capable of handling missions. But you're welcome for accompanying you all the same."

Yasuka returns to her spot walking next to him during the discussion of the nin-cat and what exactly that meant, but neither of them seemed too sure. At least they could agree that the nin-cat was likely a problem; nobody would ask for the help of ninja if the cat were simply a normal feline, that would be a job for the small animal control squad. So it was likely that they were out of their depth and requesting help from at least a genin. It must have been harder than something a civilian could take care of, but easy enough for a genin, at least. That was reassuring.

She lets out a giggle when Kitsumi seems to have a moment of exasperation once they actually reach the hospital, apparently thinking the same thing she was about how often he'd managed to come back to this hospital. In any case, she pulls the senbon launcher off her wrist and places it in her right hip pouch, shrugging if Kitsumi noticed.

"The mission doesn't say to kill the thing, and even if it scratches me, I'm not willing to end its life if I can help it. We'll just have to corner the thing until it gives up. With your eyes and my chakra sensory, that should actually be the easiest method we have."

After saying this, Yasuka activates her chakra sensory skill. Thankfully, the drain this sensory skill causes is quite miniscule, and she knows she can keep it up for hours if need be. She turns her head and gives him a smile before leading him into the hospital, immediately asking the first nurse she sees about the nincat.

His smile would return to his face as Yasuka stated he was good company, though he knew others that would probably disagree with that, he would simply nod his head in acceptance of her words. As she giggles at his last statement about the hospital, he would look to her, seeing her place the senbon launcher away. After Yasuka finished explaining why she put it away, Kitsumi would nod. "Yes, I suppose you are right. We just need to get it away from the hospital, and hopefully be able to keep it away from it." He would reply brightly as they continued to walk to the hospital.

The closer they got the more and more of electrical current from people and machine both would flood Kitsumi's senses as they came into his Denkanryu's range, he would wince slightly and stop walking, as he put his hand up to his head. He had been too distracted to mentally prepare for this, not to mention the fact that he was far too out of practice in his training. Taking a moment to steady his breathing he pushed back the onslaught of electrical signals, slowly identify the sources and somewhat silencing the electrical signals. Still able to sense the current itself but no longer blinded by its wavelength, as he exhaled a third breath Kitsumi would look to Yasuka with a smile. "Sorry, about that. The sudden sensation of all the electricity in the area can sometimes be overwhelming for how my clan senses through our Denkanryu, when we aren't prepared it can cause minor headaches. I'm all good now, we can go on inside."

As they entered the main lobby the sound of metal bedpans and other hospital items could be heard crashing to the floor, down a hallway in the far distance. Not yet within Kitsumi's range, though he didn't know Yasuka's with her ability. He was beginning to think that he should have brought his drones, as they would have helped in the search, when a woman behind the reception desk would wave him and Yasuka towards her. "Thank goodness you are here. That thing is a menace, please get it out of here before it causes any more damage." The woman would be hysterical as she spoke, with scratches covering most of arms and her hair a mess. "It's ok ma'am, just tell us where to go." Kitsumi would reply in an attempt to calm the woman down, the woman just frantically pointed down the hall that the noise was coming from, "just follow the chaos." Kitsumi would look to Yasuka with a shrug, "well how do you want to handle this?" he would ask not because he thought she was in charge necessarily but because he didn't have the faintest idea of what they should do first.

Yasuka notices that Kitsumi pauses in his approach to the hospital after a few more steps, and she looks back at him, worry suddenly showing on her normally stoic face when she sees the expression of pain, but then her face becomes controlled again when he explains that his clan senses had been temporarily overloaded. She gives him a quick, silent nod at the explanation, feeling calm again now that she knows that he's fine now.

While Yasuka's range is only about 25 meters, she is certain that her sensory ability will be able to help her locate the cat if it goes around corners or inside vents, much less if it attempts to hide. In any case, she feels badly for the nurse that waves them on in with scratches all over her arms, and she knows those probably hurt quite a lot. She even takes a sharp intake of air between her teeth at the sight of them. Then they're both pointed down the hall to where the ruckus is coming from, filling the halls of the hospital with clanging and clattering as she's asked what they should do.

"Well, right now, it doesn't know either of us is here, and that's a pretty good advantage. Technically, just getting the nin-cat out of the hospital is good enough to count as a mission success. We have two options, and those are cornering the target into either one of us, or corralling it out of a door or window..."

She sneaks closer to the hallway, but stops at the corner while pressing her hand flat against the floor of the hospital, focusing her senses along the floor to feel out even further, pushing out to a 50 meter range to sense the nin-cat as it runs towards the furthest corner of the hospital from the door. Yasuka gets back up, wiping her hands together to clean them.

"It's at a corner now. I'll approach it from the South wall. Think you can catch it along the East wall?"

Kitsumi would follow Raika towards the hallway, listening as she stated they had an advantage in the cat not knowing they were there as well as how they could get it out of the hospital. Waiting behind her as she knelt down to the ground for a minute, before standing and explains where the cat was and her idea, Kitsumi would nod and smile. "Yeah, I think I can handle that." After all it was just some cat, it couldn't be that bad right. "Let me go around the north and circle back around," he would quickly add before turning to head to another hallway that would connect him to the same hall that the cat was in without the cat seeing him. He would walk at a fast pace, realizing shortly after he left that he did not have a way to signal Yasuka once he was in position. He really wished there were radios or something that they could use to communicate with each other back and forth, unfortunately the village no longer seemed to have them since the eccentric inventor was killed several years ago. He was beginning to wish he bought some when he could have, but he couldn't change the past. As he neared the east wall from the north hallway, he would creep towards the corner just barely peeking around it to see if the cat was still where Yasuka said it was. If they both ran at it at the same time it was possible that they could get it in the corner and catch it, but considering they had no real way of timing this strike, it would all come down to luck.

He would inhale a slow breath as he focused his Denkanryu upon the nincat, he had a plan he just needed to touch the cat and shock it a little bit. Not enough to hurt the thing, but enough to stun it so they could get it out of the hospital and complete the mission. He would quickly form a string of three half seals as static would spark between his fingers, young lightning was a simple yet effective jutsu and all it would take was a touch to do its work. Kitsumi would dart out from around the corner and of course as he was moving towards it, he realized it was no longer in the corner and moving right towards him. Kitsumi would go to grab the cat with his static hand when a doctor came out of a nearby room and walked right into his hand, as if shocking the man wasn't enough, the cat would jump up onto the man's head afterwards before using the height advantage granted by the man to leap over Kitsumi, past him and down the north hallway back the way Kitsumi had come from. The doctor he grabbed would fall to the floor, he would be ok, at least Kitsumi thought he would be. If Yasuka was there, Kitsumi would shrug before moving to follow the cat. "Sorry, I guess our element of surprise is over." Kicking himself for letting the cat slip past him.

Learning  Lightning Release: Young Lightning (150/150)

Yasuka keeps track of Kitsumi as he gets into position, then feels him building up chakra for a jutsu. She's keeping to her edge of the hallway, feeling him approach the cat, but she winces when she feels the jutsu discharge into a chakra signature that is far too large to be the cat, especially as she senses it jump over both her teammate and the doctor he'd just accidentally assaulted. She jumps out from around the corner, and feels her face cringe a little when she sees the doctor laying on the floor, though his eyes were closed; she'd read somewhere that you could tell the difference between someone that was alive and dead because a dead person wouldn't have enough energy to close their eyes. So that was a relief... maybe. She turns to look after where the cat had run, and she follows for a few meters before stopping and thinking for a moment. Yasuka stops suddenly and grabs lightly onto the lapel of Kitsumi's jacket, ensuring he's listening to her next idea.

"For now, you just keep chasing it, as long as you keep it moving, I'll be able to follow both of you with my chakra sensory."

After saying this, she ducks down a side hallway, running along the wall, then turning once more to run along the ceiling of the hospital hallway, able to rush past everyone without having to worry about bumping into them with the surface walking technique. Once she senses that she's nearly next to the nin-cat, she performs a quick single handseal before charging up with Ranton chakra in the palm of her right hand. She gets a little further along, ahead of the nin-cat now before she turns towards the hallway the nin-cat is running down, and thrusts her palm forwards, aiming right at the feline's body. A sudden, sharp shot of Ranton energy catches just the end of the cat's tail, sending sparks up along its body and making it far less agile, thanks to the shocking nature of her jutsu. This makes it even easier for her to follow for a second, and then a third shot to finally shock it enough to stop moving.

Yasuka finally drops down from the ceiling, breathing heavily from the exertion of having to chase the cat all over the hospital and use jutsu while she did it, but she's feeling quite proud of herself now, dusting off her hands as she catches up to it and firmly pins its head and body down with both hands.

Kitsumi would nod his head to Yasuka's words before she broke off from him, that was something he could manage at least. Running down the hallway was simple enough, and although he could not catch the cat if Yasuka was capable of cutting the cat off from ahead then this will be a mission completed despite his mess up earlier with the doctor. He was seventy five percent sure that the man was alright, it was a minor shock so he shouldn't be out for very long. He just did not have the time to check on the man himself, but they were in a hospital so even if the man fell into the other twenty five percent chance, at least he was at the one place built to help. The nincat was causing a ruckus as well as a mess as it moved down the hallway, as if it was purposely trying to slow Kitsumi down by blocking his path more than it already was. The cat would even scratch a few doctors and patients as it ran by causing them to either fall or at the very least move in to Kitsumi's path, it would slow his progression through the hallway down but not deter him from driving it further down the hallway as it continued to try to escape him. The cat would round a corner and he would lose sight of it for a few seconds, but the bright flashes of light coming from the hallway told him Yasuka had caught up to it. He would round the corner just as she grabbed the cat, a small smile forming on his face as he hunched over, his hands on his knees as he tried to catch his breath from the running. Lifting back up after a few seconds as he walked over to her, "excellent job, Lady Inazuma." Kitsumi would let out a sigh of relief, "now we just have to get it away from the hospital." He stated as he began looking around him before grabbing a few large rolls of bandages from a cart that was sitting in the hallway, kneeling down on the opposite side of Yasuka, Kitsumi would wrap the cat in the multiple bandages. Wrapping tightly around the legs so that it would not be able to move them, but not so tightly that it would hurt the cat, ensuring to avoid the claws of it as he did so. It would not take long before they had a nincat mummy, at which point Kitsumi would take the cat in his arms and look to Yasuka. "Let's take this thing somewhere it can cause its chaos without causing problems." He stated with a smile, motioning with his other hand for Yasuka to go first. In truth he did not know much about the village, so hopefully she knew a spot that they could drop it off at away from the hospital.

If Yasuka was unaware of such a place, Kitsumi would ask the desk clerk on their way out of the hospital. Either way it just needed to be far enough away that the cat wasn't tempted to run right back to it as soon as they released it. Once they arrived at wherever their destination was, Kitsumi would carefully loosen the wrapping of the cat to let it free. He would not completely unwrap it for fear of it scratching him, but he loosened it enough for the cat to be able to wiggle free once he stepped back away from it. It was still early in the day, so there was a while before their next mission as bouncers was supposed to start. Kitsumi would turn, after releasing the cat, to face Yasuka to tell her he would see her later on in the day when he felt the presence of someone enter the range of his Denkanryu causing him to turn towards it. The man that approached wouldn't say anything, simply held out a letter and then left when Kitsumi grabbed it. Looking at the contents of the letter before handing it to Yasuka, "Seems an urgent request has come in from a Pink House, and we have been assigned to deal with it." He said slightly annoyed at the fact that they were assigned another mission rather than being able to rest before they had to be bouncers.

Yasuka smiles and almost laughs a bit when she sees how Kitsumi is huffing and puffing from the effort of having to chase such a fast and agile nin-cat throughout the hospital, and she could tell that the cat had given him quite a difficult chase before he starts wrapping the cat's limbs together with bandaging material, ensuring that it wouldn't immediately escape or scratch them to try and free itself. She was careful while she was holding it down not to put too much weight on it, and now she simply lifts it by the scruff of its neck with her other hand holding firmly to its hips to ensure not all of its weight was on the scruff. She didn't want to hurt the poor thing, although it had clearly been just fine with hurting others in the hospital.

"You ever think we should join the Kumogakure Police Force?"

The suggestion was only half a joke, they did seem to make a fairly competent team at least. Although she thought that perhaps Kitsumi would need some physical training before they got him to that point. That said, she was a little winded from how fast she'd had to move to just get in front of the nin-cat and ensure she could down it without any further casualties.

"Oh, certainly, I do have somewhere in mind!"

She'd originally thought about suggesting her own home, but she knew her home wasn't quite set up for taking care of what was probably a stray, and a rambunctious one at that. But she did happen to live near a delightful old woman that loved rescuing stray cats herself, so she actually let Kitsumi follow her out to the old lady's home, letting her have him to herself and even giving the nin-cat a much bigger smile when the elderly woman lets the nin-cat know that his name is now "Mrs. Boots" from that day forwards. Whether the nin-cat likes it or not, he's about to be pampered, despite the odd name change.

Yasuka starts to say goodbye to Kitsumi when he suggests meeting back up later for their bouncer duty, but then the white-haired man stops suddenly, and she looks towards the stranger approaching them rapidly. She blinks while Kitsumi reads it, then looks it over herself after he hands it to her, frowning a bit while she reads, then smiling at the fact that they'd been assigned an urgent request, although she'd never heard of the Pink House before.

"Oh, but this is good news, Kitsumi! They clearly trust you much more now, they must think you're back up to good form if they're assigning you another mission right away!"

Yasuka looks back up at Kitsumi, her face unperturbed by what seems to be a bit of a sore mood from him, but she's hoping this suggestion might put him to a better outlook.

"Can't say I thought too much about that honestly, but it couldn't be that hard, could it?" Kitsumi would reply with a chuckle to Yasuka's comment about them joining the police force. The fact that they worked well together, it wouldn't be inconceivable for them to be partners. Though he wouldn't count catching a Nincat as being qualified for such a task, and he was pretty sure they would get a pay cut, but he couldn't be sure. Kitsumi would follow Yasuka to the nice old lady's house, though he would feel extremely bad for the cat by the time they left. Poor guy given a name like Mrs. Boots, was just terrible for a male cat, but eventually he would find it slightly funny. When the letter arrived and Kitsumi would force a smile at Yasuka's words, while technically he could see where she was coming from, a pink house was no place for a lady in his mind.

"I guess you could say that, though I wouldn't say a pleasure house really shouts out that they think highly of me. It is more likely due to the fact that no one else wants to do it." Kitsumi said with a sigh, "and it is hardly the place for a lady such as yourself." Kitsumi would then begin walking in the direction of the address that the note inculded for the pink house, so that they could get a description from the owner about his employees that have gone missing hoping that they wouldn't have to actually enter the place when they arrived. "Let's just hope that we can get this done without seeing too many naked bodies." Kitsumi stated with a nervous chuckle, although it would seem that they would get to experience what it would be like if they worked for the Kumogakure police force after all. That thought eased his mind slightly, though the fact of them being forced to deal with a pleasure house was still slightly annoying. "Though I suppose this gives us more time to work with our coordination together," Kitsumi added with a genuine smile. "Going up against this Yakuza, whoever they are should be an interesting test beyond the cat."

Their arrival within the red-light district of the village, would be meet with something that Kitsumi had not expected. He thought there would be women on the street 'advertising', but they weren't. They were all clothed even if it was more than slightly revealing, and they would say rather obscene things as they passed. So Kitsumi believed that they were in the right area as they looked for the 'Pink House' that had requested their aid, he just hoped this didn't take too long as the women kept saying things that he did not think were appropriate to say causing his face to turn pink.

Yasuka frowns a bit when she's told that they're working for a pleasure house, not having ever heard of such a term, but she quickly learns what it is through context clues when Kitsumi tells her that it's no place for a woman such as herself. Her face turns a bit darker from the increased blood flow when she realizes just what the women are doing in such a place, but she crosses her arms in a bit of defiance.

"Well, while they do something that I wouldn't personally choose for myself, they're free to make the choice to work where they like, and if they're kidnapped, they deserve to be saved."

The kunoichi nods decisively, although she has a bit of second-hand embarrassment from the other women who, while covering their bodies, still somewhat advertise their "wares" in such a way that even makes Kitsumi's face turn pink. She points out the place marked as The Pink House, which is an actual neon pink hotel, its lights a dull yellow that almost makes Yasuka feel ill when she looks at it. She smiles anyway when Kitsumi mentions that this kind of mission will help them work on their coordination with one another, and might even be similar to police work.

"Yes, well, if we were on the Kumogakure police force, we'd be allowed to take in the Yakuza by any means necessary to safely get those girls freed. But they need to see their injustices punished, so we'll need to bring in whoever we can alive."

Yasuka takes the lead now, going straight up to the bouncer and explaining that no, she's not here to work at The Pink House, nor for the services of The Pink House. She politely and patiently explains that she's there with a teammate to find their missing workers, they just need a picture of the girls or a description of some identifying marks so they know which ones to free.

Kitsumi would nod at Yasuka's comment, she was right it was their choice what they did, and he wasn't condoning the kidnapping of them either. Though if he had it his way, they would kill the culprits behind this, that was not the scope of the mission which in his opinion was unfortunate. Yasuka's mention of them being able to bring the in the Yakuza by any means necessary would cause the man to chuckle, "well it seems that the police force has a lot of red tape around them. Considering the fact that we have to bring in this owner for evidence against the Yakuza, it would be so much easier to just go and take the Yakuza out in my opinion." His words the same calm as it had been but held a slight coldness to them, he saw what happened firsthand when problems were not dealt with outright. When problems are left to fester and grow, they only cause more damage. It was what happened to the Ryuzoji, and it would happen to Kumogakure if something was not done soon.

After they found the pink house and Yasuka explained to the doorman why they were there, they would be told to wait outside while the man got the boss. Not long after a rather short and plump man with a cigar exits the pink house, the sheer odor of the man enough to nauseate Kitsumi but he would manage to maintain his composure in the man's presence. After the man show them the pictures of the women in question, six of them in total, as well as proof that they worked for him willingly, they got the address of the other pink house. Once they were away from the man, Kitsumi would inhale a deep breath as if breathing for the first time. "Oh wow, are we sure the women didn't just want a better smelling boss?" He stated with a laugh, though it didn't really require an answer. "Right so all we have to do is find the women, get some answers and if their stories match, we take the owner in to the police station for them to question. Sound about right to you?"

Yasuka silently agrees with Kitsumi; it certainly was better, as it turned out, to be ninjas than to be on the Kumogakure Police Force. They certainly got paid more as ninjas, and although the police force had an important job, they didn't see much excitement. Certainly not as much excitement as they got to see during their work. The genin keeps a straight face when the pungent man comes out to greet them. She has no idea if his stench was from a mixture of cigar smoke and a horribly cheap cologne or his own body odor, she just knows that it's strong and it takes a lot of focus to keep from displaying her disgust with his smell. No, almost certainly, the man's stink was actually all three; body odor, cigar smoke, and very cheap cologne. Regardless, her focus is shifted to memorizing the appearance of the women, only after he's proven that they willingly came to work for him at this particular place of ill repute.

She has to hold back a laugh when Kitsumi suggests that they left to find a boss that didn't stink so much, but she swallows it down with only a little giggle. Then she refocuses and her face turns serious as she considers the fact that the women could possibly be in danger if they're working for the Yakuza. Yasuka considers his plan, then turns to look at him with a raised eyebrow and a smirk, finding his plan somewhat laughable.

"Sure, in a fairytale world. Okay, so do you want to be the diversion, or should I? Because they're definitely not going to give up the girls politely and they're not going to let us take them in right away..."

Even as Yasuka goes over the concept of the diversion, she already has another idea, although she doesn't like it very much...

"Another option would be... I go in pretending to be looking for work as a... woman of the night, in order to get the owner alone, or as alone as I can get him, while you lead the kidnapped girls out. You can use a jutsu outside the pink house in order to signal to me that you've got them all, and then I'll surprise them with a Raiton technique to incapacitate them so we can bring them in. How does that sound?"

Hearing Yasuka's response to his plan wasn't that surprising, even as she said the words, he had begun thinking it himself as well. It was foolish for him to think that someone that would hire someone to steal women wasn't just going to let them come in and ask questions. Of course, if they were on the Kumogakure Police Force the owner wouldn't be able to refuse their questions without looking suspicious, they were in no such position of authority. As he began thinking of what they could do for a distraction, Yasuka seemed to already have an idea though he was not a fan of the idea. Sending her in alone to deal with a man like the one that owns it was not something Kitsumi was willing to accept, though she was right they needed to get in and scope the area out. "How about this instead, I go in as a client. Once inside I would be able to identify if the girls are in there, if they are I can signal you with some chakra through your sensory. You can take care of the doorman and then come in and help me deal with any problems inside and get the girls out." Kitsumi would counteroffer, as he would much rather put himself in harm's way than allow his teammate to go into an unknown situation. It wasn't that he didn't have confidence in her, but he didn't know the men on the inside and he simply would rather him be in danger than her.

As long as Yasuka was ok with his plan, Kitsumi would approach the doorman. Paying the man some Ryo as he opened the door allowing Kitsumi to enter the building, a long hallway lined with doors some open some closed. There would be a rather large man standing at the end of the hallway, larger than the one that stood at the door. He had been surprised when the man at the door had let him enter without surrendering his weapon, now it suddenly made since, rather than checking the weapons outside it was done inside. The man would call out for him to come to him, as Kitsumi pasted the opened doors he would glimpse inside see a woman sitting on the bed within each room, each one with less clothes than the one before it seemed like. Unfortunately. as he made it to the end of the hallway where the man stood, he still had not seen one of the girls that they were supposed to find. It was possible that they were in one of the rooms that had the door closed as he could feel the electrical pulses of two within the rooms that had the doors closed. The rather large man at the end of the hallway would look Kitsumi up and down before telling him to hand over the sword and any other weaponry, he wasn't a fan of this but since he hadn't seen the girls that they were looking for yet, he did not see that he had much choice. He debated whether or not to signal Yasuka yet but considering that he had not spotted any of the girls yet for them to start using force now when there was no justification would be bad if the information was wrong. Then from upstairs he heard the faint scream of a woman before something hard hit the floor and that was all the justification the man needed. He would focus a large amount of lightning chakra into his arm, this would both signal Yasuka outside to move in and increase the strength within his arm as he swung on the larger man connecting with his midsection and electrocuting him. With the man slightly stunned he would fall to his knees making him more level with Kitsumi who then would take the pummel of his blade and strike the man in the back of the head knocking him unconscious.

Yasuka almost sighs with relief when Kitsumi suggests that he go in and pretend to be a client instead of her going in and pretending to be a working girl, particularly because she didn't know how one acted and probably would be caught out almost immediately, while it would be easy to pretend to be a man looking for an easy woman; it required no particular skill or expertise to be one, and he wouldn't have to prove much of anything to the owner of the pink house. She agrees with his plan, quickly admitting that hers wasn't so great.

Yasuka watches from a distance as Kitsumi pays the doorman to go inside, then walks off down a side street far from the pink house, travelling the perimeter somewhat slowly as she has to really focus to keep track of Kitsumi's chakra signature at the edges of her sensory range. She circles around towards the back, checking all around with her sensory abilities to see if there are any people nearby, and finding almost nobody, she slips over to the back door, but finding it locked. It wasn't such a big deal; she stood up as high as she could to check and make sure that door had its hinges on the outside; it was a common security flaw that was easily overlooked, and it seemed that the Yakuza had overlooked it here as well. She used one of her kunai to tug out the pin of the upper hinge, then the lower one. She leaves the middle one until she can sense her partner's Raiton technique through her sensory, not wanting to blow her cover or alert the Yakuza to the back door too quickly. It would also likely be their escape route when Kitsumi uses his Raiton technique and reveals himself to be a ninja, after all.

Then she feels Kitsumi's Raiton chakra, and she uses her kunai to tug the last pin from the door hinge, causing it to fall awkwardly away from her as she deftly slips the kunai back into her weapon pouch and breaks in smoothly. She would ignore the johns as they rush past her, her eyes carefully trying to keep track of the women, but finding none of the ones they'd been told to come and get; this would likely mean that they were being held against their will on the upper floors, where she could hear some banging noises. She rushes up the stairs, having lost Kitsumi's chakra signature in the rush of the crowd, and focusing more on the grouping of chakra signatures above as they seemed to be milling about a little in confusion. She's already performing handseals, having the perfect technique in mind as she completely covers the fingers of her right hand with Raiton chakra, gathering it until the bright blue chakra is visible. Once she reaches the room the group is in, she flicks her thumb directly at the doorknob, regardless of whether or not the door is locked, so the doorknob gets blasted out of its hole, and she kicks the door in, likely surprising the other members.

Yasuka already has her index finger under her thumb next, recognizing the girls covering themselves and screaming in fright as the kidnapped women, and aiming at the various Yakuza members surrounding them, not looking to enter until Kitsumi joins her.

"All of you, down, down on the ground!"

She only relaxes once everyone has fully complied with her orders, and she uses the rest of her shots to incapacitate the men and lead the women to safety. With the job done, she pats Kitsumi on the chest lightly.

"Hoooh, that was a lot of work, but I'm glad we finished that one at least. You seem to have recovered just fine, but I'm afraid I'm tired out just from those two, so I think I'll head home. I'll see you later!"

With their mission complete and the members of the Yakuza detained, Kirsumi would wait for the kumo police force to arrive and take them into custody before taken his leave. Like Yasuka he was beginning to question his choices and decided this wasnt the life he wanted.
