He had one kid in his teens, and his child could use wood release, but he could not wield it the way his father could, so his father decided to make something that might help him. He tried for many days with many failed attempts. Still, the difference between the failed ones and this one is that he infused his energy within it for seven days and seven nights without stopping. He also had someone with a solid ability to seal power within the stone after he gave his son the necklace, and it had been passed down through the family tree in which taco was conceived into it. I have added to this as asked. I put in that it cannot be stacked with other means of chakra reduction of the same kind, and I added some description of the ring (it looks like the picture but darker wood)
