Raijin floated into the air beside Shira who was standing on top of a building overlooking the administration area. “Lets see what you can do Shira. We will have no need for soldiers after this war. The Dragon village will be the first domino to fall.”

“I’m not doing this for you Bayushi.” She refused to call him by his Legendary name. It was no consequence, she would forever be his slave. She performed handsigns and said, “Earth Dragon Bullet!”

A Earth dragon sprouted from beside the building. There was pandemonium as they had noticed Raijin flying by in the area trying to escape. The dragon began spewing boulders at the Administration building. The mud ball punched a sizable hole into the building. It was powerful but not all that impressive to Raijin.

“Here I’ll help you.” Raijin offered. Making a single handseal. Rearing his back and snapping it forward yelling, “Great Fire Destruction!”

Dwarfing her attack was a sea of highly intense blue flames. A little stronger than a regular Katon attack. The wave of flames incinerated the buildings there. They didn’t stand a chance. The area was completely destroyed. No more academy’s so no more room to teach ninjas anymore. He would continue firing until the Training Area was destroyed as well. No need for Kumos lost arts to be in the hands of others.

“Thats how you destroy shit!” He laughed and flew away to ravage something else. Leaving Shira heated.

Destroying the regular training area was of no consequence. His Great Fire Destruction took care of that quickly. It was the magnificent building that scraped the skies that caught his attention. This would require his unique destroying capabilities. It was a engineering masterpiece as it was at least 30 stories high. Easily one of the largest buildings he had ever encountered. He would need a hand. Landing n nearby he clapped his hands slammed it into the ground. C sprang to life next to him through a cloud of smoke. “We have to destroy that.” Raijin said pointing towards the Royal training facility. “Go crazy but give me a setup.”

C nodded and aimed his giant mouth up into the sky. Generating a fair amount of Hellfire shot blast of blue fire into the sky. The sky began to darken as the temperature changed drastically. Raijin smiled. He got some chakra ink from his ransacking of Raikage office. He drew the design of the Black Lightning seal on his neck. He had finally gotten it after all this time. He could now be efficient enough to terrify the world with this new lightning technique. The clouds began to form and C began firing GFDs from his position, basking the buildings in fire.

Raijin looked up to the center of the facility. He held a hand up, instantly Kirin appeared in the sky. It was a magnificent lightning Dragon even bigger than C. When he sent it down it was almost instantaneous. The blast was sudden but incredibly powerful spreading out for 100 meters in blast radius. Crushing the facility under its might. A job well done. The skies cleared up after thr attack. Now they could be on there way. Raijin allowed C to destroy the rest of the area as he walked away.
