Description: An offshoot of the Earth Golem Technique, this Kinjutsu was designed by the Tsuchikage to protect the village from attackers while lowering the number of casualties.
After performing the jutsu, the user creates living organisms within 5m of themselves that are made of clay to be weaponized by the user. The user is able to create either 3 human-sized Akuta, or 1 Bijuu-Sized Akuta. All Akuta are able to phase & move through the ground at 1 tier lower then their base speed & coordination, allowing them to drag their enemies with them. Akuta are also able to extend their limbs up to 15m, the extension speed equal to their coordination. While they have no fear, they have a limited lifespan and intelligence, being capable of obeying instructions and mentally communicating with their creator.

Normally, a user will be unable to reuse this technique once an Akuta is destroyed for the remainder of a thread, however If an Akuta Factory Building (S quality, C hardness) is created, they may preform the jutsu to create a single Human-sized Akuta within the 1km range instead of three, as the Akuta is originating from the Factory itself and not the user. Creating this Building costs 2 mil ryo and 14 days to complete.
Weakness: The Akuta's masks (which are not items but a part of their physical being) are their weakness, the destruction of which would lead to their deaths. Any attacks dealt to their main bodies would only temprarily slow or incapacitate them as their bodies regenerates at the end of each round, meaning destroying the mask is necessary to eliminate it. The Akuta form at their speed, making it possible to attack the user or their masks before they are fully formed mid-thread. The golem is reliant on the user’s Perception & Intelligence stats for their own, and as they have no Stamina Stat they are unable to use techniques. If the user is mentally incapacitated but conscious (Genjutsu for example) the Akuta will remain still or obey the last command given to them. As Akuta have an intelligence, they can be affected by genjutsu.
While Akuta may be carried over from thread-to-thread, Only 3 human Akuta or 1 Bijuu-Akuta can be active at any time. If the Akuta is destroyed, another cannot be created within the same thread; the sole exception to this is if the Dwelling the user is in has an Akuta Factory.
