Tenseigan

The Tenseigan is an incredibly powerful evolution of the Byakugan resulting from the combination of Otsutsuki DNA with one that has obtained a Byakugan. The Tenseigan itself takes the form of a blue eye with a silvery flower impression around the iris. The Tenseigan gives a multitude of powers and capabilities allowing the user to gain an incredible amount of power should they master its various powers. The capabilities of the Tenseigan, and the requirements to unlock it, are detailed below.
First, in order to obtain the Tenseigan a prospective user must possess both Otsutsuki DNA and a maxed out Byakugan within the same body. Unlike many other dojutsu both eyes must be a Byakugan in order to obtain the Tenseigan. The Tenseigan itself takes up the users entity level restricted slot, meaning said slot must be available for use in order to obtain the eye. Once a maxed out Byakugan and Otsutsuki DNA has been melded into the same body an incubation period is required in order for the eye to reach full maturity. Said period is three months ooc from the date of the successful transplant. Said physical requirement and incubation period may be circumvented with the free restricted claim. Allowing the user to skip straight to the investment of experience. There can be up to two users of the Tenseigan in existence at a time.
The Tenseigan costs the same amount of chakra per post as the Rank 5 Byakugan, and has all of its normal visual prowess. However none of the abilities listed below can be accessed unless the user has the Tenseigan active. Or the unlock specifies otherwise.
Passively the Tenseigan gives the user the ability to fly at no cost. The activation of the eyes allows the user to levitate themselves and control their flight. The speed of this flight is equivalent to their speed stat while the control is equivalent to their coordination stat.
First the user can spend 200 experience into unlocking a basic element. The user can pay that experience in order to unlock each of the five basic elements (Total 1,000 Exp). Those elements being Fire, Water, Wind, Lightning, and Earth Release. Once the element is unlocked the user does not need to activate the Tenseigan to access these elements.
Secondary activating the Tenseigan gives the users access to an immense amount of energy in the form of chakra. 350 Chakra Points are available for use by the user and can be accessed for up to a number of posts within a topic. That post number begins at 1 and can be increased by 1 for every 100 experience paid up to a cap of 20 posts. Not only that but the chakra the Tenseigan can access can regenerate at a rapid rate, replenishing at a rate of 35 per post. However the user cannot access the Tenseigan abilities during this time. With the exception of the basic elements unlocked and the Truth Seeking Orbs which the user can use their own chakra to power.
Next, The Tenseigan gives the user access to a chakra cloak that cloaks the user in a protective viridian coloured chakra. This cloak of chakra gives the user massively powerful defenses, boasting an S++ level defensive capability and increases the users capabilities immensely. Granting the following benefits

This cloak costs 1,000 experience to unlock and costs 30 CP per post that cannot be discounted in anyway.
Upon unlocking the cloak, the user will gain the option to learn Truth Seeking Orbs so long as they have a free Restricted Technique Slot. In addition, the Tenseigan users orbs will appear as a bright viridian in color, sharing the color with the cloak. The user does not need to have the cloak or Tenseigan active to access the Truth Seeking Orbs.
