As Ren would enter the hallway a small smirk forming on his face as he saw a largely armored individual at the end of the hall, he wasn't sure what was going on with the illusions within the castle but there was one thing that was clear, nothing was getting in his way. He didn't need to worry about speed either, the large heavy armor was sure to slow the guard down, unfortunately for them what they thought would be their protection would in fact be their undoing. Able to close the distance between the two of them in a matter of seconds, Ren would quickly dispose of the guard. Making himself intangible and passing through the armor-clad warrior before forming the Raikiri and striking the warrior in the back of the neck, severing the head from the body as they both disappeared, and a single sealing tag would float in the air in its place. Taking the tag and placing it with the others, Ren would head on down the hall to continue his search.

Ren's path down the hallway would be halted when out of the corner of his eye he saw something in one of the rooms off of the corridor. A fog filled the room and rather than a floor there was water, as Ren entered the room the first thing that he noticed was that the area appeared much larger than the other rooms he had been in. Looking down at the water he now walked upon he saw no bottom to it, only darkness. As he reached what he would assume was the center of this water filled room, three large serpents would burst from the surface of the water. Reacting almost on pure instinct Ren would charge black lighting chakra down into the surface of the water electrocuting all three of them and frying them to a crisp as they crashed back into the water. With the death of the serpents, the fog would begin to dissipate until he was standing in a normal room within the castle walls with a single tag floating in the air in front of him. Adding it with the others just like before, Ren would exit the room and begin searching again.

Ren's search would eventually lead him to yet another room, this one held statues on the sides of the room against the wall, however what Ren found peculiar was the fact that he could see the sealing tag sitting within a case on the far side of the room. He wasn't foolish enough to believe that it was sitting there unguarded, even though he wasn't sensing anything with his chakra sensory, it did not mean that there wasn't a presence protecting the tag. He had been fooled by the castle before, and then something appeared that wasn't there. The illusions of this castle, on top of being deceptive, were real enough to cause damage, so he couldn't take any chances. He would step carefully into the room, his eyes scanning the entire room as he moved into it. It wasn't until he was halfway across the room that it happened, the door would seal and the statues would come to life. Seeing the glow in their eyes as they began moving from the wall, Ren would act fast as he activated his Chidori Current empowered with Black Lightning. The black Raiton surged through the room decimating the statues before they could get close to him and leaving the path to the tag open, retrieving the tag Ren would watch as the room returned to the state it had been in as he entered. Shaking his head, Ren would head towards the now open door to continue his search.

Though Ren thought he was done within the room it seemed that the castle had other plans, as soon as he had stepped off the platform from retrieving the last tag the walls seemed to come to life as thousands of senbons began firing all across the room. Had it not been for his Kamui, Ren might have been worried. Making himself intangible the second he had heard the click of mechanisms, though he could leave the room he couldn't shake the feeling that he was missing something. There had to be another tag within the room, otherwise the castle would not be acting the way it was in trying to stop him from moving forward. Remaining intangible, Ren would use the precision of his Sharingan to scan the room once more, paying close attention to each and every detail of the room. It was then that he noticed a tile on the floor that was ever so slightly higher than the other tiles as though something might be underneath it, he didn't notice it before but it was the only sign that something was off in the room. Moving to it and making his hands tangible, Ren would pry up the tile, pushing through the pain of the senbons striking his hands. Seeing the tag, Ren quickly pulled it from the floor and the senbons would stop, allowing Ren to make his exit of the room.

Back in the hallway, Ren would only make it a few steps past the room he had been in when the walls would begin to warp and shift. The effect was obvious, distorting the area around him to the point of dizziness and confusion. It was then that two individuals would begin forming out of the walls, as it they had been the walls. They looked to be demons, each of them with horns on their heads and fire in their eyes and mouth. It was like something one would see in a manga, it made no sense in reality and yet it was there, made real by the castle and it's magic. Ren would not wait for the demons to finish forming, beginning his assault by using the power of Kamui in his left eye to create a warping portal 10 meters wide that was large enough to encompass half of each of the demons heads. Once it was activated the portal would instantly teleport the portions within its mass to the Kamui dimension, and while it began to pull the rest of them, it did not matter as the demons died the instant half of their head was taken away. The illusion would end and Ren would be standing in the hallway with a tag floating in front of him, taking the tag Ren would push on.
