After finishing the new grand training facility, it was time for Kiyoshi to get to work on building the improved prison for the village. It would be useful for the trouble makers, and help not only contain them but prevent them from being able to hurt others within the prison. While that was mainly for the safety of the guards, it also ensured that the prisoners didn't kill each other. Trying to break out was impossible in Kiyoshi's eyes, a guarantee that once they go in they won't come out.

His final check on the new prison finish Kiyoshi would send his report to the Mizukage and then head to his accomodations, he would not be in the village hidden in the mist much longer and there was still things to do. He would need to return to Konoha soon, finalize his report to the Hokage and then return to his work for Okane.
