S Rank Unique NPC
Description

While others may gain C, B, or A Rank Unique NPCs, this is the coveted S-Rank Unique NPC. Stronger than the rest with no equal (minus plot NPCs). Can be any clan other than any Limited Clan that has locked membership, or Otsutsuki, without requiring permission. Upon choosing this, you can make an S Rank Unique NPC with the following:

EXP: 7650 EXP
Techniques: 10 Techniques up to S-Rank. These can include Exclusive Techniques to the village that you are a part of.
Skill Points: 5 Skill Points
Attunement Slots: 3 Attunement Slots

Your NPC will always start in the same forum that you do (so if you're in Konoha and you create this NPC, it will start with you in Konoha).

Weakness

This unique NPC is hard capped at 20 Stat Raises. Skill Trades are specifically for the additional 500 Spendable EXP.

If your S-Rank Unique NPC dies, you are required to do a Reset to replace the Unique NPC
