| Welcome to the quarterly activity check. Every 3 months, an Activity Check will be held to determine who is active and who is not active. End Date This Activity Check will last until (End Date) at (end time) PST. Not a minute sooner and not a minute later. What constitutes Activity? For the sake of this Activity Check, Activity is determined by your level of activity for the past 3 months since after the last Activity Check. The last 3 months will be checked, by staff, for activity via your Post History. Regular Activity will be determined by the measure of at least 1 post per week (with some exceptions). This will be accomplished by performing the following:
What does not count
Exceptions to the Rule If you are traveling or scouting, these will count as being active. You must show activity before and after traveling and scouting. What is lost for failing an activity check? You will lose a considerable amount of stuff for failing a single Activity Check.
Regaining Lost Stuff You are capable of regaining any of your lost stuff (from above) but you will not regain it right away. You must show activity and succeed the next activity check. If those items are still available and have not been taken, you may claim them back. In Character Explanation for Inactivity If you go inactive, your character will be assumed to have gone into a coma. If you are in a village, your character will be placed somewhere safe for your coma and your stuff will be placed in the village vault or on another person (not of your choosing). If outside of the village, you just kinda fall into a coma where you last were and your items are free to take. Character Storage System If you put your character into storage, you'll still lose all of your limited stuff. So this is no longer a work-around. Only those that roleplay deserve to have limited items. Excused Absence If you have been active and won't be around for an Activity Check, itself, it is behoove you to make a post in the Absences forum about your temporary absence. This will excuse you for 1 Activity Check. You may not constantly spam absences as a means of holding on to your stuff. |
Activity Check Format
Post once in the activity check for all of your characters. Each character will have their own template that needs to be filled out:

<ol><li>Solo Threads</li><li>Crafting Threads</li><li>Threads that start AFTER the Activity Check -- these will not count as being active</li><li>Threads lead by your Unique NPC (without your PC present)</li></ol>
[b]Exceptions to the Rule[/b]
If you are traveling or scouting, these will count as being active. You must show activity before and after traveling and scouting.
[b]What is lost for failing an activity check?[/b]
You will lose a considerable amount of stuff for failing a single Activity Check. <ol><li>You will lose any Limited Restricteds (these are restricteds with a limited number of slots available. Check the <a href=https://gladiusnarutorp.forumotion.com/t7195-restricted-rules-and-list>Restricted List</a>.</li><li>You will lose any Limited Clans you own (click same link). </li><li>You will lose your Limited Clan Slot</li><li>You will lose your Limited Summon</li><li>You will lose any and all artifacts</li><li>You will lose any country that belongs to you</li><li>You will lose any limited positions (Kage, Jonin Commander, ANBU Captain).</li></ol>Even if you are active, but fail to do the activity check, you will suffer from Fail Penalties. Staff will give you MULTIPLE reminders in the discord and each activity check lasts for 2 weeks -- you have ample time. A staff member will make a post in your updates with the stuff you have lost.
