After one meets with the Imperial Jellyfish, Khao, and are granted permission to bond with the Medusozoans, they are gifted a synaptic link, psionically, which awakens the perception of the alcolyte. Afterwards, they are gifted non legal electrical sting from thier Aurical Arms, which graphs glphys of lightning upon the body of the Medusozoan Initiate. A small seal is placed upon thier forehead, chest, hands, and feet resembling the body of the Alcolyte towards the Imperial Jellyfish and his School of Spatial and Intergalactic Quantum Theoretics. The Medusozoans Kinjutsu doesn't hamper the implantation of organs and Kekkeï Genkaï or the activation of Curseseals or techniques. If the wielder decides to dismantle their Contract with the Protopolypian Medusa ~ The Will o' Whispers of the Abyssian, the graft of the Imperial Kinjutsu disappears and cease to exist.

Lightning Release (雷遁, Raiton, English TV: Lightning Style) is one of the five basic elemental nature transformation techniques that allows the user to generate lightning by increasing the high frequency vibrations of their chakra, allowing for piercing damage and fast movement. The electricity paralyses the target so that they are unable to move and leaves them vulnerable to a finishing strike. While uncommon, lightning can be infused into bladed weapons in a way similar to Wind Release through chakra flow for increased piercing power through vibrations, with the added effect of inducing numbness. When the technique is released from their bodies, and thus not requiring physical contact, it does not move as fast as true lightning. Instead, due to the control the user has to exert over it, it moves far slower, which can give opponents time to still react. Lightning Release is common to the ninja of Kumogakure.

Raiton (Lightning Release): The second least controllable and probably most difficult to master, Raiton involves the heavy vibrating of one's chakra to the point that it becomes electricity, increasing both speed and piercing capabilities. Raiton can act much like real world lightning when wielded in one's hands, but once it leaves the body, it moves far slower than would be expected, similar in speed to Katon. However, utilizing actual lightning can dramatically improve Raiton's potency. When combined with Suiton, its effects can be wide-ranging and catastrophic, but it is weak against the naturally electrical insulating Fuuton. Doton can easily be cut through, however, making it weak against Raiton in particular. Kumogakure, located within the Land of Lightning, is the shinobi village most associated with Raiton.

After the implantation of the Imperial Kinjutsu, the summoner can activate it's ability to conjure the Cnidaria through its electrified seal. Normally, applying chakra through the Imperial Kinjutsu activates the summoning seal which can summon the Medusozoans. If the summoner does not contain the Imperial Kinjutsu, they will require a Summoning scroll, which is gifted upon meeting the Imperial Khao.

The Medusozoan's Kinjutsu doesn't hamper the implantation of organs, Kekkeï Genkaï, other fuuinjutsu, curseseals or other kinjutsu. Spoiler:

The Kinjutsu allows for summoning and unsummoning of the Protopolypian Medusozoans without blood or handseals. Oherwise the Kinjutsu allows for innate manuevering of the conjurations through the contract of the Imperial Jellyfish. While the conjurer has the Kinjutsu : Imperial Medusozoan, they are allowed telepathic sonances to communicate with the Cnidaria species and other Protopolypian sentients. Noticibly, the Kinjutsu : Imperial Medusozoan glows steadily with the beat of the heart of the user, resonancing in a golden crescendo with solating ambiance of thier pulse. The Imperial Kinjutsu glows when in communication with the Cnidaria, basking golden illumination throughout it's patterns. When in utilization of the abilities for the Kinjutsu, with proceeding Ijutsu skill and Räitōn elemental affinity, the glyphs glow golden and the eyes of the caster are covered with radiant glints, emananting electric flare brazzling and cackling beyond the edges of thier eye which are covered in minuscule tentacles and aurical arms.
