Mission: Survive Yuan Ji - The Wind Demon

The stuffed scroll within the armor of the Otsutsuki. The black and gold embroidered armor was discreet, however the mission would probably be the complete opposite. Darkseid had been contracted to take care of a dangerous mission in the shady sector of the Kabukicho region. The area was always covered in underground crime. The Kumogakure government had grown tired of the antics and provoking from the gangs.

Now that he was a Chuunin, Seid was now adept enough to handle missions such as this. Making his way into the region, he was dismayed by the looks of people there. They seemed to be hostile to his appearance. Ninjas were not regarded the same in all parts of this metropolis.

Though the people seemed apprehensive at first. Some began to notice him from the rumors. The boy called, "Darkseid." The voice rang out. It was deep and loud, it made Seid stop in the middle of an intersection. Instantly on guard. His senses were telling him that that voice belonged to someone who demanded his attention. The people began to scatter, they too noticed. Eager to escape the coming disaster.

Darkseid could not figure out exactly where the voice came from. It seemed to reverberate everywhere. Possibly a trick to mask his location. Seid closed his eyes, and when they reopened the Rinnegan had sprouted within them. His vision narrowed as he increased his Perception of all things around him. He frantically looked around the area. There were only a few buildings between a pretty spaced out street. It was midday so he was able to notice anything out of the ordinary. That's when he saw something blur before him. He jumped back. Just as a man draped in all black and purple ninja gi struck downwards with a vicious kick. The ground cracked under the pressure of the kick. Seid looked down as he skipped backwards a few times, gaining about 10 meters of distance quickly. There was a fight before him.

The man was unfazed by Seids sudden retreat, he was dressed in an black outfit. A shirt with purple embroidery, and a tanto on his back. The Wind Demon as he called himself. Was a dangerous Missing Ninja, Seid was unfortunate to meet him in his own very own village. But without proper reconnaisance, running into Seid was also a giant negative. Something Yuan Ji would be facing very soon. Seid was prepared to fight. The citizens deserted the area, so he didn't have to worry about protecting someone. He could focus his attention on the man. The man seemed amused that Seid dodged his attack. "No one has ever dodged my attack without seeing me first. Pleasure to meet you. I am the Wind Demon, Yuan Ji."

His fame was well known. Even Seid had heard of the Missing Ninja before. Terribly fast, not many were able to keep up with him. And he could kill in a moments notice. A Missing nin from the Village Hidden in the Sand. "I don't care. You just earned yourself a swift death instead of a jail sentence."

"Rowdy. Just how I like it." He spread his feet, causing Seid to skip backwards in anticipation. All of sudden Yuan began to vibrate causing a slight distortion around him. It messed with Seids vision for a second. Noticing quickly, he activated his Rinnegan eyes, and used his true sight. Which was good timing as he dashed towards him with blinding speed. Seid waited patiently. Not many would survive what was to come.

Yuan Ji began to dash diagonally, using a zig-zag formation to confuse him even more. But Seid was able to keep up with the Wind Demon. As soon as he got within 5 meters, Yuan Ji would meet someone not from this world and their power. Seids power emanated from him, activating the Deva Paths unique ability. "Shinra Tensei!" An invisible force field jetted out in every direction, traveling the same speed as the Wind Demon. Even though the missing ninja anticipated an attack. None could ever anticipate an invisible attack of this magnitude.

The Yuan Ji's cocky demeanor was knocked from his face the moment he ran into the force field repulsion. He was picked off his feet and tossed backwards almost ten meters. Crashing into the ground once, skipping across the pavement and he flew into a wall. A large crack could be seen on impact. "Now lets see how fast you are when your legs aren't under you." Seid said preparing another technique to end the man.

Darkseid stuck his right hand forward, pointing at the Wind Demon. A black tendril of lightning began to spark before a raging torrent began to form. He fired it at the Demon, a spiraling black lightning attack. Aimed to incinerate him without a seconds pause. It was a large beam and it traveled slowly though, a skill he hadn't quite mastered with his coordination yet. This opened the window for the Wind Demon to act quickly. Visibly hurt, he dove to the side and skidded to his feet. It was no problem for him to dodge even in his state. Though Seid merely controlled the movements of the beam, and it followed the Wind Demon.

He was quick witted and was able to notice the beam changed directions, he jumped backwards. Easily dodging the attack and gaining enough space for him to make some handsigns. A blast of cutting wind shot towards it, he used quite a bit of chakra into the attack. Which luckily enough was the right element to stop it. The black lightning blast was quelled and Seid lowered his hand to observe Wind Demon again. "Not bad Yuan Ji."

The Wind Demon was now more serious than before. In a short span of time Seid had turn the tide of the battle. Somehow he had landed a hit on him with tremendous force. The impact nearly knocked him out, but he was resilient, able to get back on his feet to deflect the Chuunins attack. "You are different than most. I've never seen such a Doujutsu as well."

"I doubt you will ever get the chance to speak about it again. Prepare yourself." Darkseid said. Seid unsheathed his Super-Vibrato Sword. A dangerous weapon in the hands of a Kumo ninja. He began to channel lightning chakra into the blade, giving it a blazing edge of raw chakra. The blade was now immensely more dangerous. Seid dashed forward aiming, covering the distance quite quickly as he was nimble on his feet.

Yuan provided a tanto from behind his back and dashed forward as well to meet him. Their blades collided and they began to exchange blows. However the vibrato blade was cutting a lot of chinks into his sword with minimal effort. To the extent that Seid brought his blade down hard aiming to cut a large gash into the ninjas shoulder. He was quick enough to bring his blade up to meet him, but Seids blade cut right through it, and it slashed down his shoulder to his chest. He was quickly stunned from the lightning coming from his blade.

He fell backwards without control of his body, and he exclaimed loudly. Seid held a hand out, and multiple black rods began to shoot from it. They impaled the man 6 times, completely paralyzing the man, using his own chakra. "Wind Demon. You have been captured. You are now a prisoner of Kumogakure." He couldn't do much talking. Not that Seid would need it, this Missing Ninja was going to be in for one hell of a ride. Time to take him to jail.
