View from the outside, looking into Kirigakure
Fort Yuki operates as one of two alternative means of entering and exiting Kirigakure if the main gate is obstructed by traffic or closed for whatever reason. At the base of the Fort is a tunnel thirty meters long and ten meters wide constructed from one end to the other. This tunnel in the only out, as the outer side of the fort has no doors. This tunnel is protected by two portcullis gates on either side which remain closed unless traffic is moving through.
This passage should not be used unless a lock down is in place or if the main gates are inoperable.
Only Kirigakure Shinobi can use this passage.
