I bring you this message as a formal invitation to the Chuunin Exams brought to you by Kirigakure. I, Hana Kaguya, was recently elected as the seventh Mizukage of Kirigakure and as part of its new leadership I wish to host this event as a notion of good will and to formally meet the leaders of the other great nation, and for you to do the same.
As a personal request from Konohagakure I formally request if you could supply a Jounin Proctor and a Chemist. The Proctor will ensure the safety for all Genin and enforce Exam rules. The Chemist will provide much needed medicine for injured or maimed participants. By providing these both I hope to ensure all participating Genin return to your village safely the same way they arrived.
The first exam will begin January 14th. When you and your ninja depart your land, please transport them on an official naval ship from your fleet. I wish to keep this event among the great nations and do not want to invite any stragglers within the Land of Water's borders. Feel free to arrive at any time. Just ensure you do so before January 14th.
