High Performance Genin

A pair of heavy-duty black combat boots covered both feet made with exceptional craftsmanship and reinforced with steel toe caps and soles embedded in the leather. A set of heavy black pants were worn over her lower body. These were equipped with iron shin guards which were fashioned as bands going across her shins lined up next to each other leaving no gaps for weak points. The knees had hard plastic and cushioning backing it to allow ease of comfort when crawling through tight spaces. Hardened plastic was also sown into the upper legs and hips of the pants as well. Like all Shinobi she wore a utility belt to hold her pants against her body and carry her essential supplies. Hana carried Kurosawa, a double-edged katana sheathed in its scabbard on her left side attached to her tool belt.

A single blue holster was on the right side of the belt and a hip pouch around her back side just above her rear. Both were filled to capacity with ninja tools. A short sleeved undershirt was worn as her first layer. This shirt was one fitted with riveted steel mail designed to be flexible and lightweight providing protection and encumbering her minimally. Her second layer was a long sleeve black shirt similar in craftsmanship of the leggings. It was a heavy and durable top with steel rings sewn at the elbows in a cuff providing maximum protection at the joints. Rings of steels were sewn in at the upper portion of the torso as well providing protection at her upper chest and back and around her shoulders. This top was secured with the final piece of body armor being the Kirigakure standard flak jackets, this one made especially for Hana being much more superior in craftsmanship compared to the regular stock option. Black leather gloves covered both hands being basic in design providing warmth and protection. These came with small steel plates on the backs to provide protection against blades. Over her equipment she wore a brown leather baldric which held Hiramekarei. The wide, curvy flat blades were together and wrapped in white bandage wrap to protect the user.

Like most Kaguya her skin was deathly pale. This was coupled with long white hair which was relatively thick compared to the long, silky strands a lot of the more feminine clan females had, which required day-to-day dedication to maintain. Hers was a bit untamed and high in both length and volume extending as far as her lower back. Her eyes were the only true difference in her appearance compared to the rest of her clan having an alluring golden hue to them.

Description: The older brother to Calis' original Particle Generation technique, Grand Particle Creation begins the process of creating multiple tons of particles of whatever substance the user has on hand in at the very least, a 10 lb increment. Should the user have more than one particle on them in at least that increment they may choose which is used. This jutsu will begin to massively multiple that chosen particle in a grand scale, creating tons of the particle each post. To be precise, four tons is created every post this jutsu is in effect. These particles are used to not only give the Kazehana using this jutsu the ability to utilize their freeform manipulation with their chosen particle. But also give them enough of said particle to utilize their clan jutsu. A few rules regarding this jutsu are listed below.

1) When it comes to the hardness/quality of the particle of choice, it will only come into play in regards to the users 'freeform manipulation' and any jutsu that clearly states it utilizes the stats of the particle the user is using. This means that most jutsu will not inherently possess a durability equal to the hardness of the material but can be overpowered as normal.
2) Once this jutsu ends, all created particles disappear.
3) For the sake of simplicity, the particles created by this technique appear to generate from whatever container the user is using to carry the original 10 lbs. This container must be kept upon the users person at all times and may not be hidden within a seal. The particles will spread out from the user at their normal freeform manipulation speed.
4) Should the user lose the container that contains the original 10 lbs, be it from having it taken, or simply dropping it. The jutsu will not end, but no more particles can be created until the container is retrieved
Weaknesses: User must already be in possession of at least 10 lbs of their chosen particle. User must maintain possession of said particles for the jutsu to be effective.

Description: This technique allows the user to form a shield of sand that can block attacks. The technique is versatile in that the shield can take a variety of shapes and sizes only being restricted to a range of 20 meters from the user. The shield can even take on minor offensive characteristics like protruding spikes. There are two versions of this technique. The first version is a mere extension of the Kazehana Clan's innate freeform manipulation of sand via Magnet Release. This version costs the standard 5 stamina points per post and moves at whatever speed and coordination their freeform manipulation normally operates at (one tier below the user's Coordination stat). Its defense is restricted to whatever grade substance that the user chooses to manipulate via Magnet Release. The second version is designed for high speed movement and rigorous defense as such this version's shield moves at S Tier Speed and Coordination and provides an S Grade defense, however it costs 20 stamina points per post.
Weaknesses: If the user uses the freeform manipulation version of this technique they are restricted to the defensive properties of whatever substance they are using. Note for example that if the user was manipulating regular sand like Gaara with this version, a Chidori would be able to pierce through the shield. Certain techniques of S Rank and higher as well as physical attacks with higher than S Tier Strength may be able to penetrate the Shield.

Description: This technique is a gunshot-like attack which uses Iron Sand hardened into minuscule grains to attack simultaneously across a vast range. The bullets are so fast and small that they are difficult to see. The moment the user has finished preparing the attack, evading it becomes extremely difficult. Using the repellent force of magnetism, the speed of the bullets is rapidly increased after they are shot. Furthermore, the user can also use an attack pattern where the Iron Sand bullets are shaped into sharp needles, increasing their ability to wound or kill the opponent. Since the Iron Sand has a magnetic force defending against this technique can be difficult. This technique is especially threatening to puppet users, since the puppets can be rendered immobile if the sand gets lodged into their joints.
Weaknesses: The bullets move in a straight line unless they are homing in on a magnetized target.

Description: By using a mixture of Black Receiver Make and Black Receiver Launch, Arisu has managed to find a way to weaponize them both further. By breaking down a Receiver rod as it is being made, Arisu can then launch long, thin, senbon like shards of a Black Receiver at someone. This technique creates a 3 meter long rod, breaking up 6 inch sections of it at a tine, into 10 needles each, for a total of 180 Black Receiver needles being launched at a target.
Weaknesses: Like Senbon, individual needles arent particularly capable of dealing a lot of damage, the danger in them lies in their numbers as well as their chakra receiving capabilities. While this technique creates 180 needles out of a single rod, if she uses Black Receiver Launch to remotely send them flying again, they all move in a single direction, so if they get scattered, it becomes harder to determine where they all will launch from.

The maximum range for this effect is 500m, but can be extending up to 3km by embedding black receivers into oneself.

To unlock/learn this technique, the user must spend 200 Experience Points.

Weaknesses: The rods can be snapped by B-Tier or higher Strength and disintegrate if their creator is killed or incapacitated. Embedding receivers into one's own body for extended range reduces Speed by one tier until the rods are removed and their damage recovered.

Description: This technique varies with the amount of chakra invested, but the principal is the same. From any part of the user's body they can produce a root-like system of bone into any medium. This web of bone is merely the foundation of something greater, as it allows the user to create large spikes of bone to impale their foe or designated target. In addition to this, the user and well as other clan members can travel among the system they have created moving. When doing so they get a +1 tier Speed increase. There are two different forms in which this technique can be utilized.

The first version is the most common method. The user can either raise a small cluster of spikes from beneath their target, or maximize the entire range of the technique and cause a massive growth. This cases the Speed of the spikes to suffer, as well as giving an obvious approach due to the amount of earth disturbed by the sudden rise.

The second version is more conservative as the user sends a linear path of spikes from them to their opponent. This is less taxing on the user's ability to produce increasing the overall Speed of the technique as well as being less destructive.

Weakness: The S-rank, first version of this technique is very taxing on the user's body as, unlike standard Ninjutsu where the user is creating something from a preexisting material, the Seedling Fern is something entirely organic from the user. As a result the user suffers a three post cooldown time before they can create Shikotsumyaku again. This does not include part of Seedling Fern which allows the user to move about the created bone.

Description: Using ordinary sand, a perfectly airtight space is created, in which the enemy is captured. An enormous quantity of sand completely envelops the target from every direction and captures them. The speed, hardness, and scope of the sand depend on the amount of chakra poured into it. The user can fine-tune the sand's properties to the target's size and characteristics but the overall size is restricted to that of Deidara's large clay bird. No matter if the target is on the ground or flying in the air. However, even if someone successfully escapes from it, the user can easily use one of his offensive techniques, like the Sand Binding Coffin, to immediately attack the target.

Their suppressing power reduces the Power of any technique used by someone touching them by two ranks -which reduces stat effects as well, and can immediately immobilize Tailed Beasts and their power, locking Jinchuuriki in their current state and negating any Bijuu related boost. The source of these chains can be transferred from the user to the Gedo Mazou, if the latter is present in the topic. Description: The user creates a thin (2 inch diameter) beam of lightning from the tips of their fore and middle fingers which is fired in a straight line wherever those fingers are pointing. Normally the beam can travel only 40 meters from the user in a straight line, striking and piercing a surface with S rank power and speed. However this jutsu has an interesting interaction with Magnet Release jutsu so long as they are utilized with a metallic particle that can act as a conductor.

Should such a particle be in play, and the lightning strikes a particle that is apart of a magnet release jutsu. The lightning will begin to fork and spread between other particles within the same jutsu. This will cause the damage caused by this jutsu to fork out and spread up to 100m away. This forking effect can only occur with a single magnet release jutsu at a time, and the effect will attempt to spread through the entirety of the jutsu in question, effectively electrocuting everyone with the magnet release jutsu in question. Once this is done however the magnetic field this technique rode between each particle will be destabilized and forcefully end whatever magnet release technique it used as a medium.

Weaknesses: The spreading effect can only occur when a metallic particle is in use, as it acts as the conductor. This means things like Iron Sand, Gold Dust, Ebony sand, etc, will work with this effect, but things like precious gem particles, or simply basic sand itself, will not.

Description: The user creates a type of mist followed by rain which devours chakra in its wake. There are two different conditions of the mist rain that the user must choose singularity. This determines what kind of chakra the rain devours as well as the conditions of the rain itself.

Version One: This is the classic Mist Rain which involves a light mist followed by heavy rain. This version devours all Ninjutsu up to S-rank. Fuuinjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu, cloaks, and all other platforms are unaffected by this version.

They are able to convert it into limbs that hold B-Rank strength and durability moving at speeds equal to the user's base Coordination, capable of extending up to twenty-five feet and growing out the users hair or shrinking it as needed.
