    Summon Name: Mikan
    Rank: B
Appearance: Mikan is a domestic cat with black fur. She is a common domestic cat of no particular breed. She has eyes that are of a green color on the inner portion, and yellow color on the outer portion. Mikan appears to be rather young, perhaps being around 7 or 8 months old, and because of this she is still technically considered a kitten. She is very energetic and somewhat immature because of this, but still deceptively intelligent and able to speak just as a human would.

    Element: N/A
    Skill: Fuuinjutsu
    Classification: Secret
Requirements: B-Rank+ Int, Scrolls or Paper, Blood
    Hand Seals: Dragon → Bird → Ox → Horse → Ram → Tiger → Snake → Rat → Monkey → Hare → Boar → Dragon → Ram → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Bird
Description: This technique is used to create legal contracts. A massive amount of chakra is focused into the user, and then following the formation of the hand seals the user will flood this chakra into a scroll or some other medium for a contract through physical contact. Following that, the parties of the contract must be verbally defined. There can be any number of parties involved, with a minimum of one. The user, being the effective notorizor and producer of the contract, may not directly be one of the parties involved. Once all relevant parties have verbally identified themselves, they must place a portion of their blood onto the contract. Once this is completed the writing of the contract may begin.

The relevant parties must come to a verbal agreement on the terms of the contract. As they speak them aloud the agreement will be reflected on the scroll, with the signed blood being used to write the terms. The written text will change and update if the parties change their minds or wish to change the wording throughout the course of the verbal agreement. Once the verbal agreement is completed and satisfactory to both parties, both will have to sign the contract again with their own blood. Instead of a standard signature, a fingerprint or handprint or something along those lines will be necessary.

Once signed, the notorizor (the user of this technique) must sign as well with a finger/handprint, similarly in blood. Following this, the contract will be complete. The scroll used to create the copy will then burst into flames. From the ashes of the scroll, one copy of the contract will be produced then for each signing party, not including the user of this technique.

After this is completed, all parties of the contract will find themselves compelled to follow the terms of the agreement. For example, if one of the parties had their obligation in the contract to be to “never eat pork under any circumstances” they would find themselves physically and mentally unable to eat pork. Their body would prevent them from putting it in their mouths or chewing, and they would find their throat and stomach rejecting it through vomiting. Should the terms of the contract be broken for a party through whatever means, or if they are prevented from obeying the contract, they are if they were perpetually under the effects of Genjutsu: Binding until they return to following the terms of the contract.

Weaknesses: If all copies of the contract are destroyed the contract will be considered voided. Generally as one contract is produced for each signing party, this can result in creative theft and violence being used in order to get out of a contract. Additionally, a sufficiently clever recipient may be able to subvert the instructions to some extent, depending on how they are worded. Because of this, a contract that is too open ended may end up being more or less useless. Additionally, a contract can never compel a creature to kill themselves or perform acts that will result in certain death.

All contracts must be signed willingly, and as such genjutsu may not be used to trick someone into signing a contract without knowing it. Another person’s blood may not be used to sign a contract for them either, and attempting to do so will just result in this technique failing.

As the user is required to be the notarizer of this contract, they cannot directly be a part of any contract they create.

Another method exists to break the contract, although one that is not obvious. Should the user sever the finger/limb that was used to sign the contract they will be freed from its influence.

I really like the Contract Fuuin. One thing though,

Additionally, a sufficiently clever recipient may be able to subvert the instructions to some extent, depending on how they are worded. Because of this, a contract that is too open ended may end up being more or less useless

*^ This will be subject to staff ruling. Overly creative interpretations of words and phrases will not be permitted. If anyone tries to go to Lawyer-y on the Contract, staff reserves the right to void that attempted interp.

    Summon Name: Giant Crustacean
    Rank: B
Appearance: Though resembling a normal crustacean, this summon has a number of chakra receivers one being stuck through the top left side of its back and another in the lower right side of its back also, although if summoned not under the control of the Animal Path these chakra receivers disappear. Around its mouth and all of its underside are colored white while the rest is a reddish colour. It has eight crab-like legs and two big crab-like pincers. It has many large spikes jutting out of its lower back area, most notable the very large spike in the center of its lower back. It appeared very dark inside of its mouth.

Summon Name: The Disputed Spoils of War
    Rank: S
Appearance: The Spoils of War is a name for the skinned pelt of a massive boar. Despite being disassembled and skinned, this boar is still alive, and has been fashioned into a set of gruesome living armor. As a result of it being skinned, this boar is completely paralyzed. Completely unable to move anything other than its eyeballs on its own, this boar functions as a method to accentuate the abilities of the summoner rather than a true ally in combat.

This pelt materializes on Ikomiki's body as pictured.

    Cost: N/A
    Upkeep: 20
    Range: Self
    Speed: N/A
    Element: N/A
Skill: Ninjutsu | Taijutsu | Kyujutsu
    Classification: Secret
Requirement: Ikomiki, The Disputed Spoils of War
    Parent Technique: N/A
    Handseals: N/A
Description: Both a physical style and something similar to a combination transformation technique, Ikomiki and the boar pelt effectively fuse together into a single creature as a part of this technique. While the boar pelt is still living and conscious it is effectively paralyzed, and can only move when Ikomiki wears it while using this technique. As a result this Taijutsu style must always be active when the Disputed Spoils of War is summoned.

This allows Ikomiki to effectively use the boar’s musculature and natural protective hide as her own. Her limbs are wrapped with the boar’s pelt as a part of wearing it as armor, but this pelt contains not just the boar’s skin and fur but also parts of its musculature. As a result Ikomiki is able to harness its Strength and Constitution as her own. When using her limbs she is able to use the boar’s Strength, and any attack that would hit the pelt would target the boar’s Constitution.
Drawbacks: This must always be active whenever the Disputed Spoils of War is summoned. Additionally the summoner may not use any physical styles of their own while this is active.
    Name: Sinewed Toxophilite
    Rank: S
    Cost: 30
    Upkeep: N/A
    Range: Self
    Speed: N/A
    Element: N/A
    Skill: Kyujutsu | Kuchiyose
    Classification: Secret
Requirement: The Boar of Divine Punishment
    Parent Technique: N/A
    Handseals: N/A
Description: From the bones and sinew of the boar a bow and several bone arrows are produced, summoned into the summoner’s hands. These all have been fashioned from the remains of the boar, but despite how they’ve been separated from the animal they are still somehow all alive. The bow and arrows function as though they were S-Rank quality items with a hardness of A-Rank. The bow has an S-Rank draw power. Should the bow be destroyed it may not be summoned again for the remainder of the thread. Ten arrows are produced by this technique by default, however one additional arrow may be created as a part of this technique per three points of chakra spent, and this function may be activated at any point following the summoning.

When fired with the boar's arms and muscles as a part of the Boar of Divine Punishment style, the boar's Strength may be used to fire the bow, but the summoner's Coordination and Perception must be used, and additionally the user takes no penalty to their Coordination while firing this bow as they normally would should they not have the Kyujutsu skill. If the summoner uses the Animal Path ability to take control of their summon and grant it the Rin'negan and shared vision, the boar's perception may be used as well.

Drawbacks: Firing many of these arrows at the same time can become increasingly expensive if combat wears on.
    Name: Grand Catastrophe

    Range: 100 Meter Radius

    Element: N/A
    Skill: Kyujutsu | Ninjutsu
    Classification: Secret
    Requirement: N/A
    Parent Technique: N/A
    Handseals: Boar
Description: After knocking two arrows at once, both are fired in parallel either straight upwards into the sky or in an arching fashion upwards. When the arrows have reached a point in the air that the user finds appropriate they can both be caused to explode with the boar hand seal. For a moment a shining constellation of stars will flash in the sky, and following that a massive torrent of arrows will rain down directly down over where the two arrows were detonated. One hundred thousand arrows rain down, giving the appearance of a shower of raining stars rather than an archery attack. The arrows all glow with a blinding light as they rain down from above, appearing as though they were made from pure and radiant chakra. If used at night time, this technique has the side effect of temporarily producing so much light that it will appear as though it was day.
Drawbacks: If the user is not careful it will be incredibly easy to accidentally fall victim to this technique themselves.
    Name: Second Expungal
    Rank: S

    Cost: 30
    Upkeep: 20
    Range: 30 Meters

    Element: N/A
    Skill: Ijutsu, Ninjutsu
    Classification: Secret
    Requirement: Boar of Divine Punishment
    Parent Technique: N/A
    Handseals: N/A
Description: The summoner of the Boar of Divine Punishment initiates this technique by punching the boar directly in the head which is attached to the summoner’s right shoulder. While the boar is paralyzed it will react in pain at this, and immediately vomit up a massive quantity of blood. It will eject from the boar’s mouth and may be controlled and directed by shifting the summoner’s right shoulder or arm. The blood travels out to up to thirty meters before losing momentum. It can impact targets with an incredible strength, although this won’t do any damage other than potentially knocking them off their feet. The true benefit of this technique is the manner in which the blood will, after making contact with an individual, seep into their body and negatively influence them. Acting like a poison, the blood will debuff the Intelligence of anyone it touches, excluding the boar itself or the summoner, by 1-- Tiers.

    Skill: Ninjutsu
    Classification: Secret
Requirement: The Boar of Divine Punishment
    Parent Technique: N/A
    Handseals: Boar
Description: A thick and sticky layer of dark purple chakra leaks out from the boar’s pelt, bubbling and taking an almost liquid form reminiscent of the Version One cloak of a Jinchuuriki. This provides an A-Rank defense just as a Version One cloak would. This provides a ++ aura boost to Strength and (Physical) Constitution of the boar. Contact with this chakra can inflict A-Rank burning damage on contact.
    Drawbacks: N/A
    Name: Genjutsu Binding
    Rank: S
    Activation Cost: 25
    Upkeep Cost: 15
    Range: 0 - 5 m.

    Element: N/A
    Skill: Genjutsu
    Classification: Open
    Requirements: N/A
    Parent Technique: N/A
    Hand Seals: N/A
Description: This technique is triggered when the user gives off chakra signals from their body by activating the technique and by having the targets look at the user's body. As the name suggests, the user binds the opponent in a Genjutsu, restricting their movement depending on the opponent’s intelligence:

    • Those with E Rank Intelligence experience complete full body paralysis
    • Those with D Rank Intelligence experience a -3 tier debuff to Agility and Coordination
    • Those with C Rank Intelligence experience a -2 tier debuff to Agility and Coordination
    • Those with B Rank Intelligence experience a -1 tier debuff to Agility and Coordination
    • Those with A Rank Intelligence experience a -2 advantage to Agility and Coordination
    • Those with S Rank Intelligence experience a -1 advantage to Agility and Coordination
    • Those with X Rank Intelligence are unaffected.

Weaknesses: The user cannot move faster than D-tier Speed while this illusion is active.
    Name: Tendon Stretching
    Rank: A
    Power: A
    Cost: 20
    Upkeep: 10
    Range: 2.5 Kilometers
    Speed: A
    Element: N/A
    Skill: Kyujutsu
    Classification: Secret
    Requirement: Boar of Divine Punishment
    Parent Technique: Sinewed Toxophilite
    Handseals: N/A
Description: With the Sinewed Toxophilite bow and arrows, a tendon of the boar may be attached from the bow to one of the arrows before it is fired. This manifests as a long and stretchy flesh rope of sorts. It is capable of stretching to an absurd amount, up to the maximum range of an arrow fired from the bow. Should a bow with this tendon attached hit a target the chakra stretched through the tendon can be activated, and should the bow have pierced the target's skin bits of bone at the tip of the arrow may be injected like a fish-hook into the target's body. This prevents the arrow from being removed unless someone purposely tries to remove it and has at least A-Rank strength, although doing so will tear a massive hole in the target it was attached to. It cannot be accidentally removed by the user through trying to reel the target in.

With the tendon and the bone hooks, targets snagged by this arrow may be reeled in like a fish over long distances, with the length of the tendon being able to be retracted at A-Rank speed. Should the target resist it becomes a test between the user's strength and the target's strength to see whether the user reels in the target or the target pulls the bow away from the user.

As the tendon is still alive, in order for it to be destroyed damage is calculated against the boar's Constitution stat.
Drawbacks: If the user misses their shot this becomes a waste of chakra. Additionally, if the target has a higher strength than the user it can easily allow for their bow to be ripped from their hands, effectively neutering their combat potential.

" although if summoned not under the control of the Animal Path these chakra receivers disappear"

^ Aren't all summons under the control of the Animal Path? I don't understand what this clause means.

    Strength: B [3]
    Constitution: B [C] <- Typo
    Stamina: C [2]
    Speed: C [2]
    Coordination: B [3]
    Intelligence: E [0]
    Perception: C [2]

: The Spoils of War is a name for the skinned pelt of a massive boar. Despite being disassembled and skinned, this boar is still alive, and has been fashioned into a set of gruesome living armor.

*^ This is too much even for Animal Path and would essentially be the equivalent of allowing you to circumvent the crafting and equipment system via summons which is largely outside the scope of Animal Path. The only way this would be allowed is as some kind of Restricted.

    Giant-Snake Tailed Chameleon:

Replacing these summons with S-Rank version, will need to be retrained.

    The Animal Path Awc4EPZ

Apping one of these, will do the other at a later date:

Animal Path Mastery: The holder of the Animal Path may have one more summon active than usual. This means that at maximum they can have seven summons out at a maximum instead of six, but the seventh summon will cost chakra as if it were one rank higher than normal.

    Re-apping the following summons

    Giant Crustacean:
    Giant Centipede:
    Giant Rhino:
    Giant Ox:
    Giant Panda:

Also apping a second UA for the contract.
Animal Path Mastery: Due to the ability of the Animal Path to summon all sorts of creatures without any tie to a specific contract, the elements and skills that these summons can have may vary. Additionally, rather than choosing an element or skill they may be traded away for an extra skill raise in a similar way that players can choose to do so. This is decided on a summon to summon basis, and trading away one skill/element allows for one stat raise, and trading two allows for two.

Approved except for the UA unfortunately that's a bit too powerful for what we want to allow w/r/t Summon UAs.
