Unfortunately, as a result of their rage filled fighting style they lose a tier in Coordination and Perception while using Rage Mode.
Experienced Combatant: Makahshi has fought countless battles in the pit and has sparred to the near death with the elders of the Kereko Clan. He starts with 1,999 Experience. The side effect to this that all experience goes to paying off his 2,998 experience debt until it is completely paid off.
Appearance: Makahshi Kereko is a tall shinobi at 6"4. He is thin but extremely muscular despite his lanky frame. He has black skin and sport an afro as well as a beard. His hair is curly, kinky, but well groomed. Makahshi always wears a pair of gold rimmed dark sunglasses. He is fond of wearing leather jackets, long sleeve shirts, and other cool guy clothes. Makahshi has also known to wear a Karate gi, shinobi jumpsuits, and of course elegant robes if the situation calls for it. He sports a gold chain around his neck, a gold wristwatch, a gold earring and a gold pinky ring.
History:
Makahshi was born in the Isles of the Mist in the year 900. The Kereko Clan had long since betrayed their original paymasters the Inazuma Clan in favor of that of the Hozuki. Makahshi was of the first generation of Kereko that would call the Land of Water their home. He was born near the major war between the Hozuki and Inazuma. The boy's father and grandfather would go on to fight in the war on the side of the Hozuki. Makahshi's father would eventually pass away in the war but his grandfather would take him in and train him. Makahshi grew up learning about his heritage as a member of the Kereko Clan. He was taught to respect its history and traditions.
While many considered them turncloaks, the coin that the Hozuki paid them was top notch and as such Makahshi grew up placing a heavy emphasis on money and power. The Kereko were mercenaries and he was raised within that same vein. Makahshi grew up training relentlessly with his clan mates since he learned to walk. The Kereko Clan was wealthy but rationed its funds carefully as a result Makahshi grew up wanting to dress just as nice as some of his peers from other clans. He had a hunger for the prestige and finery that came with being an elite shinobi clan and so that drove him to wish to become an effective fighter.
He was taught the fundamental skills of Kereko Clan warfare and by the time the Village Hidden in the Mist was founded he was considered Chuunin level. Makahshi accepted the post eagerly and continued his training. Makahshi would go on to participate in several missions including a stint as protector for the Daimyo and several other feudal lords. Makahshi was given an opportunity to train several students but he rejected it because that was kinda uncool. Makahshi now spends most of his days training and preparing to advance his rank in the ninja village. He has his eyes set on the position of Jounin Commander and eventually Mizukage.
Personality: Makahshi is fairly arrogant and considers his skills premium. He is a bit of a ladies man and enjoys flirting with all types of women. Makahshi is fairly good natured but can be ruthless when provoked to anger. Makahshi also likes flashy things and standout jewerly, he literally considers himself a King and spoils himself accordingly. He is annoyed but his kin but he is fiercely protective of each and every one of them. He believes himself entitled to all the wealth and prosperity that the world has to offer and knows that all he needs to do is become strong enough to where no one can deny his claim. Makahshi enjoys frequenting brothels, flirting, engaging in expensive leisurely activities, shopping for fine clothes and jewelry, fine dining, and of course besting an enemy in combat. He has no kids to speak of and doesn't plan on having any despite the protestations of the clan elders.

Shirayuri Nyguyen and her entourage of Communist-Nin had arrived at the ceremony in style. The Priestess wore a Gothic dress that was influenced by the foreigner culture that had taken root on the Isles. Some members of her congregation were indeed of the Arventian Empire and those converts had found welcome in her spiritual community. Although many natives viewed them with distrust and suspicion, Shirayuri had never considered Lady Lovely to be a Goddess of favorites. The Lovely people had a special place in her heart but the Mother Goddesses' love was infinite and had a place for all creation. The young woman's uniform was a statement of unity for the refugees and travelers that had made the Reincarnated State their home. Shirayuri had welcomed them to Kiri after peace was brokered but still longed for a time when the people of the nation ruled themselves rather than the cancerous undergrowth that had taken root. Once the Land of Water was united under a native leader only then could true understanding between the nation and her new residents take place.
That time had come.
True to her word, Makita had assumed the title of Mizukage after Saigon Baek stepped down. The old man had realized her popularity and thought it wise to peacefully abdicate the position no doubt due to internal pressure. Makita's favor with the Kage of the world had also worked to her advantage and so the transition was relatively bloodless....For now. Outer Heaven was still operating in the village. Shirayuri was certain of it and what the deep state could not destroy it would undoubtedly try to corrupt. Shirayuri had thus formed the Kirigakure Communist Party under the authority of the Invisible Committee. The peasants of the Mist had for too long been unwitting pawns in the war games played by various shadow networks and intelligence agencies. The Communist Party of Kirigakure would band together patriotic and class conscious Mist shinobi to fight on behalf of those who could not fight for themselves. The main contingent of the Party was dispersed throughout the village, following on leads and attempting to separate friend from foe. Shirayuri did not wish to sour the event by bringing a massive army to the ceremony and so she opted for four A-Rank guards.
The woman walked ahead of them mildly certain that this event would not be marred by the violence of the past. Each of the Communist Party ninja wore dark blue camo and had their mouths covered with blood red scarfs. They wore military beret caps upon their head adorned with the symbol of Communism with shinobi characteristics: a sickle intersected with a kunai. They were fairly generic looking but they all had their pasts and backstories that led them to the attractive ideology espoused by the Party. Each was skilled in a different field and combined they were a decent escort for the Head of one of Kiri's largest churches. Shirayuri herself was armed with nothing but her shepherd's staff, a long black staff with a golden bell and curved arch at the top. The object seemed ornamental and would invoke an air of spirituality as the priestess walked. Shirayuri and her party walked across the square to where the festivities were about to begin but stayed fifteen meters away from where the preparations proper were being made. The ceremony was about to begin and it seemed others were already petitioning the Mizukage. Shirayuri watched as a man approached her and her hawk. The Priestess would give a friendly wave and smile to catch the Kage's attention. A mere reminder that she was here to support her on this day. Shirayuri would not accost her directly though, the time to talk politics would come. Today was all about Kirigakure and its future.
