Description: Tempest is a katana of extraordinary high quality, crafted by Okane Tomi of The Stag Emporium for Akari Uchiha of Konoha. The weapon has a 28 inch long blade, and a hilt length of 11 inches. The entire weapon is formed from Midnight Ore so has the depiction of a starry night upon it. The guard of the katana is shaped like three tomoe, and the wrapping of the hilt is red, matched to the shade that Akari herself prefers to wear. Finally, upon the blade itself are small holes designed to not interfere with the integrity of the blade. These holes cause the weapon to emit a distinct whistling noise when the weapon is swung. The impeccable craftsmanship of the weapon causes the user to gain a +1 tier to their strength for the purpose of any action involving the weapon. Be it slashing, stabbing, blocking, piercing, or any other defensive/offensive action.

Description: Tempest’s Reach is a wind based enchant that allows the wielder of the blade to fire blades of wind at a target. Initially, one must pay one charge to fire off a two meter wide crescent of air with B tier. speed and cutting power/force. For an additional charge, one can increase the power and speed to A tier and for a third charge one can make both S tier.
Furthermore, these wind crescents can be used alongside fire ninjutsu to increase its power following the regular elemental guidelines. The crescent itself can travel up to fifty meters away.
