Chakamatsu returned to the market, this time inside his repaired Yuru puppet. Ever since the incident at Mejing, he'd become a lot more paranoid about people attacking him without him expecting it, including back home. It didn't help he'd regularly turn on his byakugan to check around in case anything may be sneaking up on him, such as right now, or that he needed the puppet for his continued health as the smackdown he was given took time to heal. But he needed to prepare in case another one of those incidents happened. Going to the nearest shop, he'd look around for a while as he used his byakugan to scour through the items, debating on what might be best in a case such as this. Like it or not, he was still better suited for hidden combat, so perhaps the best thing to do was to look for alternative solutions to chakra. Outside of his bloodline and chakra, hell, he already had begun with his eggshell grenades, maybe more of those would work.

Heading over to one of the newer shops, he'd haggle some of the prices and get himself several materials to work with. it wasn't that much, but he didn't need that much. hell, if anything it might have been too much, but it was better if he prepped a little more then if he didn't prep at all. He still couldn't help though that it might not be enough. It just...kept gnawing at him, like some sort of dog. Hopefully this would go away soon, as he didn't like dealing with this feeling.

Chika retured, but this time instead of buying items to make eggshell devices, this time he came to prepare his wooden army. If he was to fight, having a mass-produced Karakuri army wluld be ideal, and if his studies were right he was almost on a breakthrough to improve his taijutsu as well, so having them would be ideal. Gathering up the funds, he had made his way to the market.

His first stop was that of the woodcutter for some wood. Looking arpund he's see many quality types of wood, some including senju, but he didn't have the funds for that today. Instead he took some standard wood of various types. Some oak, some yew, even a few birch as he needed a good sample size for his puppets. After handing over the money he'd make sure they'd be delivwred to the an compound for safekeeping.

Nwxt was that of the miners or whatever they were called, as he neede iron. It wasn't that hard to get what he needed, but he'd use his byakugan to find good quality ore and ingots that he could use in his puppet making, and then he'd pay the men to dliverer those as well. He debated on buying some other items like weapons or ink, but seeing as he couldn't replicate what he did yo yuru quite yet, he'd hold off on that endeavor untill later. For now, what he had on hand would be enough.
