The fence needs decoration too?

Tadara would sigh audibly as the next day rolled around and another mission request was delivered to his apartment door. He still felt exhausted from the night before. Still he would read it and his right eye would twitch. They were so happy with the performance from the day before they had assigned him and the young Hitotsu to paint the fence as well. His chakra reserves were refilled after a good nights rest and a balanced dinner but he still felt sensitive to using chakra today. So he would slip into something fit for painting. A pair of white overalls with a white sweater underneath and his hair tied back with a white bandana. An outfit he would likely never use outside of work that left it permanently stained. He already knew the color scheme was white for the fences too. It always was. Every fence was in the village. Like the Iwa dream was a nice white picket fence house and a perfect neighborhood. It was a false dream in a cruel world but he was less than shocked to see it coming to life. Still he would buckle down and prepare for another day of hard labor. He sure did miss being a researcher.

Still he would arrive first and set about making the task easier. As he had predicted they had white paint to work with. Idly he would set about putting bees wax down at the bottom of the fences. It would peel and fade away over the next few hours but it would keep paint from dripping onto the ground. With that done he would set the painting trays down in even intervals by judging how far one could reach from them and wet the brushes. By the time his mission partner showed up they were all ready to roll. So quickly Tadara would explain each of them taking half and being careful to use the correct strokes for an even paint job. Once they were both on the same page came the tedious task of actually painting the damn fence. Which took some time since Tadara was relatively slow at it. Still once they were finally done he would help with the clean up and explain to the owner the wax would fade before the end of the day. With that he would bid Hitotsu good night and go back to his apartment to shower and send his mission complete notice in via mail.
