Training in the aftermath.

Zenaku was now back from the land of birds as he was standing in the grand training facility that the hidden leaf had been so kind as to make in recent years. It worked so much better then just the normal training grounds as it came with so much to use, it had multiple levels to the thing from stretching exercises for those just wanting to warm up, to weight lefting areas to those wanting to gain on a little more muscle. Then there was rooms where a ninja could go all out with his training so to learn new jutsu to sparing its like this building had it all.

Zenaku decided that it was a good idea to do some more training in the aftermath of taking over the bird village, next zenaku and the Kazekage would need to locate the hidden fang village and the hidden mountain village and once they had those under the sand villages reigns then zenaku would no longer have to help with that and could get back to taking over villages for his own nation to help strengthen the hidden leaf army and territory. Zenaku could tell already now that he was back at his own village that he would need to keep up his training cause if he had not already been as strong as he is now then he would have been destroyed by the ninja of the hidden bird village for they was very strong opponents to not be of the stronger and bigger villages.

Zenaku decided that sense he was there already at the facility he would try and work on his fundamentals to try and make him self stronger, cause you can learn all the jutsu you want but if your lacking in your fundamentals then it dose not help you or any one else. He would sit on the ground as he would work on his chakra build up speed cause he needed to be able to pull out enough chakra to use his jutsu quickly and that dose not work if your busy trying to gather up chakra while in a big fight.

Zenaku training was going good as he was sweating up a good hunger as he was getting hungry and his body was drenched in sweat from his training. so standing up zenaku walked over to a large tree that was in the facility as he sat down and leaned up against it as he grabbed some food from his nap sack and started to eat on his rice balls which was very good cause it was stuffed with some meat and onions all glazed in a great sauce. He had been eating for about 20 minutes and then he finished so he threw away his trash before he would get back to his training.

Zenaku had been busy all day with his training as he was in the middle of training his reflexes and agility cause he needed to be able to stay limber and speedier cause if not then he would just have a hard time performing some of the things ninja do. Cardio was also another important factor cause with out good stamina you will not be able to hang in a fight for very long and then your just gonna crash.

Looking up zenaku could see the sun setting over the forest of death a ways away. He wondered as he stood there if he wanted to stop training or if he wanted to get a bite to eat then continue his training. It took him a few minutes to decide as he decided to continue his training for the time being then when he was done then he would get a bite to eat.

Zenaku could see the sun starting to now raise up into the sky, it seemed that he had been out all night training and now that he thought about it he was really getting hungry so he decided that he would stop his training to go and get a bite of food.

Zenaku made his way out of the building as he would make his way towards one of his favorite places to go eat at which was ichiraku ramen shop. He had just noticed that he had not eat now in a few days, he thought that he had been so busy he just forgot but he needed to make sure he stopped that for he needed to make sure to eat more often.
