One-handed Seals: Pretty straightforward. A player may weave hand seals with only one hand. This results in a one tier loss of Coordination for that hand regarding hand seals.

Stat boost: Kanara learned pretty fast that she could become even faster if she went all out and used her energy. +1 tier boost to speed (cant exceed A-tier), - 1 tier boost to str, 5cp on activation

Stat boost: The faster someone is, the easier they fall. Kanara has lerned to focus solely on her movements, while disregarding her surroundings. +1 tier boost to coordination (cant exceed A-tier), -1 tier boost to perception, 5cp on activation.

Appearance:

Kanara ususally is seen wearing simple dark (black, violet, blue, dark red) robes with geometric patterns on them (if any) that underline the paleness of her skin. Her red eyes (Birth condition) are clearly visible and she sometimes wears glasses (although she doesnt need them really) around her eyes. Her body is extremely pale, with exception of her lips and her crimson red, long hair. Sometimes she can be seen wearing a light set of armour in uchiha style.

History:

Kanaras life was uneventful so far. Born with a genetic disease that makes her skin pale (although not vunerable to sun),her red colours eyes and crimson red hair, she always was some kind of rarity among Konohas children. This, plus her hatred for sunlight, lead to her often playing alone, preferrably underneath or near trees, thus avoiding other children, unless they happened to stumble upon her. She often would spent a lot of time chasing alone through the woods as fast as she could.

Same when she went to the academy, when she quickly became known with teachers, for her unusual speed, compared to other students. While usually avoiding conflict, she didnt hesitate to fight back, in case soemone was to bully on another student or her, and while being introverted, she became respected by a few students of her class.

Personality:

Kanara is a kind person that (in most cases) wont attack someone easily. She is calm and thought through, happy and spark inspiration in people close to her. Just like her (unknown to her) sisters she however like sarkasm and loves to have a good laugh. Although she isnt „evil“ she cant help but laugh at someone elses misfortune (if it isnt too hard). She wears robes because they are cheap, give her the right body temperature and look nicely on her. She loves meat and cooking. Kanara will help a friend in need always and will offer whatever help she can give. While not being a „professional“ shinobi, she also will defend helpless people and will step in, if something is unfair. She can be easily distracted, and fears rodents to the point she will actively exterminate them with anything she has.

Where you have -1(KKG) listed for skill point usage, this should say Skill Trade (since that's what you're doing with the skill point - trading away a skill point in exchange for 500 Spendable EXP and 1 stat raise [Which will additionally put your lifetime maximum stat raises at 21])

Any notation regarding WIP or TBD etc. can be removed.

Just so you're aware: Characters under the age of 16 in Konoha are extremely limited in what they can do. They cannot join squads, gain rank or participate in any dangerous missions or wars (which would restrict the character from participating in most activities). My suggestion is to increase the character's age to at least 16, although most people start their characters at 18 or more.
