Rakuen is described as a wiry, dark haired man, clothed in dark greens, browns and black; wearing a poncho and carrying a quiver of arrows. He is a cautious, wary individual, dressing in camouflaged clothing for combat. Irui distinctly notes the bright shade of green in his eyes.

History:

Born in the Land of Sky, Rakuen has dedicated himself to defending his struggling home and the Village Hidden in The Sky. When he first meets Irui, he holds the Land of Sky's archers at bay, but Irui detects the presence of numerous other shinobi hiding out of sight. Despite his age, he seems to hold immense control over this division of the Village's military.

It is unknown what he discussed with Zephyr, Lord Okane's subordinate.

Rakuen describes the famine and death that has plagued the Land of Sky throughout his short life; describing the floods and mosquitos that laid waste to their population. When Irui approaches Rakuen with an offer, it is apparently so great, and tempting that Rakuen agrees to its terms-- whatever those may be. For now, Rakuen is in the employ of Irui, serving him as a dedicated liason with the Land of Sky.
