Stats
Unique Abilities:
One-Handed Seals: A player may weave hand seals with only one hand. This results in a one tier loss of Coordination for that hand regarding hand seals.
Experience Advantage: Anzo has trained under the Aburame for his entire life, allowing him to focus much more on his training than most other students would normally be able. This grants him 600 additional starting experience, but leaves him with a -600 EXP debt that must be paid back in full before earning any additional spendable EXP.
Field Specialist: Because Anzo spent so much time training in the wilderness of the Senju Forest and even some of the wilderness beyond the Senju forest, he's become far more accustomed to those wild environments, to the detriment of his ability to interact with others in places where he feels uncomfortable, most notably urban areas. When dealing with NPCs in urban/village settings is far less effective at -1 tier, but he's better at interactions in forest/wilderness settings with NPCs by +1 tier.
Stat Trading: By tapping into a more instinctual rather than cerebral part of his mind, he can become far more adept at moving, though his thought process suffers for what is effectively turning off a part of his brain, if temporarily. At a cost of 5 CP, he can trade -1 tier in his Int stat to gain +1 tier in his Coordination stat.
Chakra Drain: Anzo is capable of draining chakra from others. This UA allows him to app techniques that can drain chakra, although those techniques leave him more open to receiving damage from chakra as well.
Without using techniques, he can choose to drain 5 chakra from someone by making physical contact with them using his forearms or hands, although he has to consciously do so. This is able to be used through gloves and clothes, but does not extend to other tools or weapons.
Every time he makes contact with someone, he can draw out chakra from a person (capped at 15 per person per post) or 15 chakra per person if he sustains contact the entire post. However, doing so opens Anzo up to increased damage (+1 rank of damage) from tangible chakra techniques for the rest of the post round. This is all elemental jutsu, and all attacks with tangible chakra, such as Chakra Flow and other such techniques. The amount that this UA allows for non technique absorption in a thread is capped at half of Anzo’s base stamina cap, even if taken from multiple different people. This cannot set him over his maximum pool of chakra either.
Appearance: Anzo stands at 6'5", making him one of the taller members of the Aburame clan. He wears amber-colored sunglasses with a partially zig-zag frame and circular lenses. His blonde hair actually makes him appear taller than he is, as it naturally sticks mostly straight upwards in a spiky fashion. He also wears a large red jacket that covers his arms, torso, and most of his legs, as well as the collar raised up to around his nose and ears to hide the lower half of his face. Underneath this jacket is a black skin-tight bodysuit, with black boots covering his feet.
History: Anzo was born to a pair of Aburame clan members, both of whom lived quite peaceful lives, save for the Uchiha and Hyuuga war, where the Aburame clan mostly did not take part; however, Anzo's parents were paid to take part in the war as free agents instead of as part of the Aburame clan. Both of them sadly perished in the fighting, though they never disclosed to any other person which clan they actually fought against or which one paid them to take part in the war. In any case, the rest of the Aburame clan was left with the raising of Anzo, granting him a much wider, but less focused pool to draw from. Growing up, he often left the village itself to train more in the Senju Forest rather than in the village, becoming accustomed more to the natural world rather than the civilized one. He focused on cultivating his insects and reaching greater heights with somewhat less attention from the clan itself, since he had no direct parents to actually order him to stay put.
Eventually, the Aburame clan saw fit to have him join the ninja world like his parents did, though he'd had to grow up through a highly turbulent history for the Village Hidden in the Leaves. Anzo himself took to the ninja training with the same ease that he showed with the Aburame clan training, taking his experience with several different backgrounds and teaching styles and applying it to his ninja training to rapidly ascend through the Academy and reach the rank of Genin. Despite this, he rarely applies himself after this point, as the Aburame clan mostly leave him be now that he'd attained adulthood and could make decisions for himself; he's only recently actually started to re-apply himself to being an actual ninja and actively work towards ranking up, much to the Aburame clan's delight, as a 30 year old Chuunin is more acceptalbe than a 30 year old Genin.
Personality: Anzo has a mostly laid-back and relaxed demeanor when dealing with most things or interactions with people, almost aloof and lacking in either seriousness or respect for others. Although not outright disrespectful, he speaks mostly plainly to other people, without much ceremony. He has a fair amount of apathy towards hard work, which might make him seem lazy, but he will do the work anyways. In combat, he's often much more serious, and rarely speaks during a fight. Unlike most Aburame clan members, he tends towards direct combat while using his bugs as a support for himself and his own techniques, whittling down an opponent's chakra reserves with the beetles while he personally whittles down an opponent's physical defenses with his own attacks. He has a general disdain for both the Hyuuga clan and the Uchiha clan, though he doesn't express it towards any individual members of either clan; he blames the clans themselves for the deaths of his parents, both Uchiha and Hyuuga, regardless of who had actually hired them, but he mentally separates the emotions he feels towards the clans from how he feels about their individual clan members. His major long-term goal is to make both clans respect the Aburame in general and to stamp out their feeling of superiority.
