Ren would walk through the gates of Amegakure with a sour expression on his face as his foot went in yet another puddle of water, it seemed as though it was the hundredth one though in honesty he had not kept count. He had known to expect rain, given the name of the country, but the sheer amount of it since he crossed the border was as remarkable as it was annoying. His clothes were soaked and his hair was matted to his head, but he would do his best to present an official look to himself as he met with the leadership, after all he was representing Konohagakure on this visit and he couldn't have them say that he acted any less than professional. Presenting the village leadership with the substantial amount of Ryo that Tengoku had given him for the purchase of this rain crazed land, Ren negotiated the terms of the sale and would receive two scrolls. The leader would explain what they were and then take his leave with the Ryo leaving Ren to look over what he had received, he knew this was for Konoha but since he was here he would go ahead and sign the Salamander contract as well as make a copy of the scroll that held the Rain Tiger at Will technique so that he could have one for himself considering it was likely to be expected that he hand the original over to the Hokage. On the way out of the village Ren would take the time to bury the arrow Airi had given him at the gate entrance, ensuring that no one saw him do so to prevent them from trying to dig it up after he left. Once he was done, Ren would take his leave from Amegakure heading back to Konoha to report about the successful mission. Though he had already gotten something out of this with the summoning scroll and the technique, Ren would amuse himself on the way back with different ideas of what he could ask for in return from the Hokage for having done this for him. He was more than ready to get out of this wet country.
