Omicron-Ethereum's next target was the hospital. It moved using its tentacles lashing out and knocking others about as it made its way there. When it arrived, it slammed one of its tentacles into the ground and injected Doton chakra into it. Then, using the Sea Change jutsu it terraformed the earth directly beneath the hospital. It essentially created a mudslide, quicksand earthquake effect that was strong enough to collapse the entire building in one go. The Defense Coordination Center was the heart of a nation's strategic capabilities. Granted, there wasn't much strategic planning being done in Suna anymore, it would still be a blow to the village's morale and defenses making it a hub for future criminals. Additionally, the tectonic collapse would still kill scores of civilians and shinobi that lived and worked in the surrounding area. The Unblinking One then moved to its next target.
