Now that the advanced medical facility was completed it was time to move on to the next two projects that Okane had commissioned for him to build. The first of which was a vault that would be impenetrable the second was going to be a prison that could hold even the strongest individuals, they would both be a testament to his ability as an architect as well as a test of his craftsmanship. This was going to be a long process, but in the end it would be worth it.

Description: Like a Normal Vault, the Cosmic Vault is a defensive structure designed to protect the money of the owner. It can be placed underground, beneath either important or unassuming buildings or even in remote locations or be fashioned into a public bank. The owner can allow Player Characters to store their money in the Vault as well, if desired, and can select the defense protocols for it, from who is allowed to access it to Guards and Defenses. The difference between the Cosmic Vault and the original is the fact that the Cosmic Vault is made from Meteor Metal rather than simple steel and sealed by a combination locking door. Requiring S-Rank Coordination and Perception to crack without the owner makes it near impregnable, if opened through Force (S-Rank or Higher Technique or Strength) a counter-theft measure activates and all of the contents within the Cosmic Vault is instantly destroyed.

Description: Cosmic Hell is a High-Grade Prison that is designed with sophisticated traps and complex mechanics that it requires A or higher Intelligence to navigate without becoming trapped within its walls and activated traps within the walls require A or higher Coordination to avoid. The building is designed so that No technique of B-Rank or above can be used within its walls, this is accomplished through several hidden Fuuinjutsu seals spread throughout the building. Cosmic Hell is only capable of being built underground beneath an already existing building, this means that its Secrecy is always considered S except to those that know of its existence, the owner can decide how entry and exit from the building can occur if the trapped meets the requirements. The walls of the building are also infused with Meteor metal and hardened in such a way that it would require S or higher Strength to break out of it without the use of a Technique. From the outside breaking into the Cosmic Hell requires an S-Rank Technique, however Navigation through its halls cannot be circumvented.
