Nakaba’s chakra efficiency is poor, and he is constantly wasting chakra. In exchange for this though he can cast genjutsu without using hand seals.
Radiant Chakra Mode
For 5 CP and -1 tier to his Stamina, Nakaba can release or reseal his chakra and stripes of golden light appear along his skin. While in this state his chakra appears to have a warm, sunlike glow. The stripes produces light equivalent to a candle that illuminates up to 5 meters. While in Radiant Chakra Mode punches, kicks, or similar Taijutsu attacks from Nakaba treat the target as though their Constitution were -1 less (-1 hardness for objects). (-1 Stm, -1 Con debuff for opponents)
Unrelenting, Unpredictable
Fighting Nakaba requires an enemies entire focus. Nakaba fights unsustainably hard, exerting tremendous effort to subvert expectations and always keep his enemies on their toes. For 5 chakra Nakaba can take a -1 tier debuff to stamina to give targets within 20m -1 tier debuff to coordination when reacting to him or his jutsu.
Appearance: Most striking about Toru are his eye that change from gold to orange throughout the day. The man stands at a relatively average 5'11", and his physique shows signs of hard work more than it does active exercise. Calloused hands show hours of dedication to a craft and focused eyes regard most with cold, uncaring glances. Toru's appearance is well manicured with his dreads typically tucked up and away from his face in a high ponytail. From just above his ears and below, his hair is typically faded and tapered.
History: Ogun was a normal child in the Land of Wind. His father was a blacksmith, and his father's father was a blacksmith. Eventually the Land of Wind came under the control of many outside forces, and Nakaba Toru began working in the underground with rebels. He sold weapons to fences and provided illegal ninja tools to the resistance's forces. Through strife with his father and spats with his family he supported the redevelopement of the Land of Wind, but eventually his side lost. Nakaba Toru starts his ninja career after years being imprisoned in various Land of Earth prisons. Ready to turn over a fresh leaf, Toru is gonna do things the right way this time. He returns to the world after years of solitude to find that all of his family members were slaughtered in Sunagakure while he was gone and unable to protect them.
Personality: Nakaba is a man who wrestles with his neuroticism. A need to mend broken things and his sentiment that things breaking and falling apart is a fundamental and necessary part of life. Nakaba sees a city that is festering with criminal activity or sword riddled with nicks and feels nauseous and anxious at the thought of leaving things be. He is proud of his work ethic, and he values that work ethic in others. If asked about himself, Nakaba would say that, despite any hardships, his personality is as big, radiant, and warm as the Sun itself.
