It was had to believe it had been nine years since Ei disappeared, abandoning him to fend for himself. There were many days when he was sure he was not going to survive, but some how he managed to. Life within the desert was harsh, but it was all he had known and so he stayed within its borders wandering. His final return to Suna was met with the surprising sight of ruins and destruction, he did not know the cause nor the reason, but there was nothing left of the once proud village hidden in the sand. Over the years he had heard others speak of how Iwagakure had control of Suna, causing him to wonder if the stone village suffered the same fate, or if they knew the cause of the destruction. It was time for him to find out for himself, it was time for him to finally leave the desert and venture out to the rest of the world.
