The incident in Menzagakure regarding the Mugen Castle was important, sure, but she was also just as sure that should her assistance be needed, she would be contacted. No, Tadara and Nakaba had gone to assist alongside several other high-ranked shinobi; they would succeed in removing the threat to Kishin and Menzagakure would survive.
No, the problem on her mind was even bigger then that of the castle and those of Bird and Fang. It was that of power. She had become strong, yes, but she doubted it was enough. She held a pact with a beast made to take down jinchuriki and she had even taken down an artificial bijuu, but she wasn't sure if she could take on an entire nation while keeping her own safe. No, like it or not she needed more power to protect those she cared about, those she gave a promise to that she was their leader and protector. That of a Kage.
And to do that she knew she'd have to break one of the rules she had made to herself. It was a line she wasn't willing to cross before as peace needed to be maintained, but peace would stay maintained if no one was able to fight back...right? She was already ageless, all she needed to do was become-
