Character Stats
Maximum Number of Stat Raises
You're only allowed, at base, 20 Stat Raises. Each stat will cost 1 Stat Raise. Raising from A to S, however, will cost you 2 Stat Raises instead of the normal 1 stat raise. You cannot have a Natural X Rank Stat.
Skill Point Trade
You are capable of trading 1 Skill Point up to a maximum of 3 Skill Point Trades. Each Trade will grant you:+500 Spendable EXP+1 Stat RaiseThis means you can trade 3 Skill Points to give you +1500 Spendable EXP and a new maximum of 23 Stat Raises.
Increasing Stats
Now that you know how many Stat Raises you can have, now it's time to increase your stats. Everyone will start with E-Rank in every stat and the user is required to invest Spendable EXP in order to increase these stats. The amount listed below is PER stat.- E to D: (1 Raise) 150 Spendable EXP cost
- D to C: (1 Raise) 300 Spendable EXP cost
- C to B: (1 Raise) 500 Spendable EXP cost
- B to A: (1 Raise) 1000 Spendable EXP cost
- A to S: (2 Raises) 2000 Spendable EXP cost
The numbers here must be purchased, in order. So if you go from E to S Rank in a stat, you must spend 150(to D [1 Stat Raise]) + 300(to C [1 Stat Raise]) + 500(to B [1 Stat Raise]) + 1000(to A [1 Stat Raise]) + 2000(to S [2 Stat Raises]) = 3950 Spendable EXP and 6 Stat Raises
Your Stats
- Strength
- Spoiler:
This is your character's physical strength. Their ability to lift, pull, and push are affected by this attribute. The amount of impact from Hand-to-Hand combat is greatly defined by this stat (similar to Weapon Ranks and the effects ranks has on weapons). Carrying LoadYour ability to carry heavy loads is determined by your Strength stat. You must, therefore, be mindful of this when you describe what your character is carrying. Binding and Crowd Control DefenseYour strength also determines your ability to break out of binds and your ability to ignore Crowd Control effects. Being "Too Strong"- Strength and Constitution: Be mindful that your strength may outpace your body's ability to throw a punch. Landing a megaton punch on a target when you have low Constitution will cause backlash damage.
- Constitution 1 Tier lower than Strength: Will only produce scratches and bruises upon the point of impact
- Constitution 2 Tiers lower than Strength: Will cause, at minimum, lacerations and broken bones
- Constitution 3 or more Tiers lower than Strength: May cause sever internal organ trauma. Damage will increase the further away Constitution is from Strength
- Strength and your Weapons: Having TOO much strength is detrimental if you wield too weak of weapons.
- Breaking Bow Strings: The Draw Power of a bow is equal to it's Grade/Rank. The user is required to have Strength of 1 less rank than the Draw Power in order to draw the bow without breaking the Bow String
Stat Comparison and Description: - Strength: E:
You have JUST enough strength to perform day-to-day functions in a sedentary lifestyle. This is the strength of a young child. It would be smart to avoid close-quarters combat as you will easily be overpowered by those around you. You might have enough strength to bruise the average man. Your best bet would be to wield small weapons like a knife as a sword or club would be too unwieldy for you -- usually requiring two hands to even wield. You also better dress and carry lightly or you'll find mobility limiting
- Strength: D:
The average man would have this type of strength. You can perform laboring tasks such as working at a warehouse without much trouble and have appealing muscle to show for it. Wielding a variety of simple weapons is doable as it has no drawback to your performance. Given you land a few solid strikes in an area you will be capable of fracturing or even breaking bones of the average man. You can carry a sizable amount of gear without feeling encumbered or having it affect your mobility.
- Strength: C: May wield heavy weapons in 2 hands.
Here, you are at your above average, by human standards. Carrying a person on your shoulder does not seem to affect your mobility in any way along with your average carry gear. A solid strike to the average man has a great chance of fracturing or breaking a bone. You can easily stagger someone with a well-placed strike a couple of meters.
- Strength: B: May wield heavy weapons in 1 hand.
You're strong enough for your strikes to throw the human body a good distance and even cause physical impact with what they collide into -- often causing a small crater or imprint where they land. - Strength: A:
Here, you will begin to posses otherworldly strength. Your physical hand-to-hand combat strikes can throw humans great distances to make their body impact on solid stone or concrete surfaces for additional damage -- crumble the structure they impact leaving your opponent lying in rubble. A punch or two could prove fatal for the average man as your fists pulverize their organs. One at peak performance could not last too long in terms of a beating. (Comparable Characters: Kisame from Naruto, Sakura using CES from early Shippuden)
- Strength: S:
Just about anything can fall to your fists. Regardless of your opponent's constitution, they will suffer to some degree from your physical attacks. You can pick up and swing massive weapons and can engage in combat with kaijuu-sized beings (although with limited efficiency). Slamming your knuckles into the earth can also leave a sizeable impression at the point of impact. Those who do not par with your strength in their constitution are in for a bad time (Comparable Characters: Tsunade from Naruto)
- Strength: X: Your fists are capable of generating shockwaves up to 30 meters from the point of impact.
Your strength is truly godlike at this stage. Your capacity to fight with Kaijuu is dramatically increased. So great is your strength that even the Tailed Beast, themselves, fear your mighty fists of fury. Your blows are likely to kill an opponent, even with S-Rank Constitution, and can break through some of the strongest defenses known to man.

This stat is your character's overall life force and their body's integrity. It governs your ability to deal with deadly poisons, deal with bleeding, provide resistance from various damage types and overall pain tolerance. Your recovery is also determined by this stat. Damage by Rank ComparisonThere are multiple references to ranks with regards to stats and techniques on the site. These ranks vary from E (the weakest) to X (the strongest). Damage can compound accordingly to the following chart. - 2 D Rank damage = 1 C Rank damage

Stat Comparison and Description: - Constitution: E: C-Rank damage is considered fatal. Immune to E Rank poisons.
You are severely ill, or perhaps never eaten a vegetable in your life. A young toddle would fall in this category in terms of their pain tolerance and survivability. You easily catch illnesses, your bones are fragile compared to the average person, and a slap across the face will most likely bring you to tears.
- Constitution: D: B-Rank damage is considered fatal. Immune to D Rank and lower poisons.
This is what an average human would normally possess. Your bones hold standard durability and can avoid sickness by following standard sanitary procedures. You are still sub-par in the world of anime as a deep stab would cause great pain and you'll bleed out within a minute. Still, you're not completely useless.
- Constitution: C: A-Rank damage is considered fatal. Immune to C Rank and lower poisons
AT this rank, you are considered to be at peak performance by normal human standards. You are above Heavy Weight MMA fighters in terms of taking heavy beatings. Cracked or broken bones are bothersome, but not an end-game problem. A deep stab will cause agony, but allow you to fight. Blood loss will affect you five or ten minutes later depending on the area. - Constitution: B: S-Rank damage is considered fatal. Immune to B Rank and lower poisons
This is the benchmark for classic anime physics. Your body can break through concrete walls and still have enough willpower to get up and move in time to avoid the follow-up. A simple flesh wound that causes bleeding will start to coagulate itself given time. Simple wooden weapons like oak quarter staff or baton will seem to only fracture your bones now given enough power behind it. - Constitution: A: X-Rank damage is considered fatal. Immune to A Rank and lower poisons
Your body is weathered from years of harsh combat and punishing or you're simply gifted. You are considered to have more durability than the standard anime character. YOu can take on high ranking techniques and still be functional in a battle. Nothing seems to hurt you any more aside from extremely high level techniques or weapons meant to cause agony like Amaterasu. At this level, your bodily integrity is so profoundly durable, it takes on a 'steel-flesh' like quality -- whereby cutting and blunt weapons lower than A-Rank are barely able to damage your flesh. This means a weapon or technique must be A-Rank or higher to do serious damage to you. A smart opponent will target your vital organs or arteries to take you down, as wearing you down will be useless. (Comparable Characters: Naruto from Naruto, Kisame from Naruto, Killer B from Naruto)
- Constitution: S: 2 X-Rank damage is considered fatal. Immune to S-Rank and lower poisons. Immune to all pain.
Your body is so durable that any weapon or technique lower than A-Rank is insufficient in breaking your skin nd those seeking to seriously maim you must use techniques and weapons of S Rank caliber. On the off chance that someone is able to inflict a mortal wound, the pain or shock is a non-factor for you. Not only may you fight without any regard for pain, but your physical integrity and vitality is at such a high level that you can survive dismemberment and mutilation for far longer periods of time than a normal human. You are a legend among people (Comparable Characters: A from Naruto)
- Constitution: X: 3 X-Rank damage is considered fatal. Immune to all poisons.
Your bodily integrity has reached a degree that almost nothing can harm you -- even the most powerful weapons and technique (S-Rank) do mild to moderate damage as opposed to lethal. Anything below that would do non-existent to negligible damage. (Comparable Character: Third Raikage from Naruto)
- Stamina

Stamina is your character's overall energy levels and ability to perform techniques of various ranks. It also governs your limitation on what kind and how many you can use before exhausting yourself. 0 CPOnce you have reached 0 CP (Chakra Points), you will be knocked unconscious and any attempted techniques you try will fail at this point. This will also apply if your Stamina stat falls below (+). It is, however, possible to continue to push yourself beyond 0 CP -- however, doing this will ultimately kill your character upon completion of that technique. If you choose this option, it must be specifically stated OOC in the post you are doing it in. ExhaustionOnce you dip beyond 30 CP, you will have entered physical exhaustion. This will have a noticeable effect on your stats. You will suffer a (-) to Perception, Strength, Constitution, and Speed for the remainder of the topic and/or until you rest. You can forcefully push passed the Exhaustion penalty by spending 2 CP per post. This will push your body beyond it's normal limits and start to cause energy to burn in the process. Chakra Cost ReductionsThere are various means where someone is capable of reducing the chakra cost of something -- whether through Unique Ability, Items, Kekkei Genkai, some Skills come with this perk, etc. These perks can reduce the cost of a type of technique by 1 Rank. So an S Rank jutsu (30 CP) can cost the same as an A Rank jutsu (20 CP) under the right circumstances. However, you may normally only reduce this CP cost by 1 Rank unless otherwise stated. If something breaks the 1 Rank lower note, it will specifically specify that. Stat Comparison and Description:
- Stamina: E: 20 CP
At least level, you have very small reserves of energy. Characters with this Stamina rank are not capable of sustained activity requiring vigorous effort. Physical capability is limited to simple movement and restred to performing lower caliber techniques. - Stamina: E+: 30 CP
- Stamina: E++: 40 CP
- Stamina: D: 50 CP
This is considered the stamina level of a normal human. You are much more capable of exerting yourself to perform extraneous activities for longer periods of time but are subject to baseline human limitations. You have a slightly larger pool to draw from for the purpose of using various techniques. - Stamina: D+: 70 CP
- Stamina: D++: 90 CP
- Stamina: C: 110 CP
This is considered to be above average for a single person. Your character is capable of performing sustained activity of high exertion for abnormal periods of time. As a result, you have a pool of energy that makes the usage of higher level techniques much more tenable. - Stamina: C+: 135 CP

- Stamina: B: 185 CP
This is the threshold at which your stamina is considered on-par with an Olympian. Those characters at this level can perform high-intensity actions for long periods of time -- pushing the human body to it's utmost realistic limitations. At this level, one's energy pool increases to an even larger capacity - Stamina: B+: 210 CP
- Stamina: B++: 235 CP
- Stamina: A: 260 CP | The user is immune to the Exhaustion penalties.
This stamina level is considered to be superhuman. Those who have this stamina are known to be able to fight for hours at a time without slower down. They are capable of pushing their body to extreme limits and as such have some of the large energy reserves known to man. - Stamina: A+: 290 CP
- Stamina: A++: 320 CP
- Stamina: S: 350 CP | No longer rendered unconscious upon reaching 0 CP. Just cannot use techniques until they regain their stamina.
This stamina level is considered elite -- the stuff of legends. A person with this Stamina has enough physical energy to fight for days on end without exhausting themselves. They have stamina reserves that allow for an expansive list of options regarding techniques and abilities. - Stamina: S+: 365 CP
- Stamina: S++: 385 CP
- Stamina: X: 425 CP
This is the pinnacle of development. Their stamina be not be equal to a full-powered Tailed Beast, but they are the closest thing man will ever know to such levels on his own strength. With this they can fight for a week relentlessly. - Stamina: X+: 450 CP

This refers to the full body speed in relation to the environment (running, walking, jogging, jumping, tunneling, flying, etc). This speed stat governs how quickly you can move your body across a fixed distance and how fast you are with respect to the environment around you. Perceiving SpeedHaving high perception is PARAMOUNT when dealing with speedsters. Your perception is required in order to track down the speed of opponents: - Speed = 4+ Tiers over other people's Perception: Others will perceive your movements as teleportation
- Speed = 3 Tiers over other people's Perception: Others will perceive your movements as 'skips' or significant lapses in visibility as you accelerate and decelerate
- Speed = 2 Tiers over other people's Perception: Perceived as a blur and although your overall form will still be visible, everyone else will not be able to accurately tell what you are doing or where you are going
- Speed = 1 Tier over other people's Perception: Can track you with adequate visibility, but they require constant focus on your body to do so.
- Speed = other people's Perception or lower: Capable of tracking you perfectly without extra focus
This also affects yourself as, if you are faster than your own perception, you may suffer from tunnel vision and blurriness around you while moving -- incapable of focusing on anything in your peripherals. Technique SpeedsAll techniques will have their speed in meters per second. Techniques will also travel at the same speed as people can. So a technique traveling at A Rank speed will travel at the exact same speed as a person traveling at A Rank speed. Stat Comparison and Description: All Speeds will be in Meters per Second

You move at extremely slow rate akin to that of a normal elderly human. Physical motion is impaired and you are mostly unable to respond to any degree of rapid stimuli. - Speed: E+: 5m/s

You move at the speed of an average human. At this level, you are capable of running and moving your body with basic competence. - Speed: D+: 10m/s

At this level, you are at an above average speed. This is akin to the level of a prestigious athlete. You can react to decent level of threats in time, but the truly swift may trip you up.- Speed: C+: 20m/s

This is the threshold at which your speed can be considered borderline superhuman. You can blitz the average foe before their reaction time kicks in. And your maximum acceleration is fast enough to react to the vast majority of stimuli found in nature as well as combat interaction (Comparable Characters: Rock Lee from Naruto, Haku from Naruto)- Speed: B+: 60m/s
- Speed: B++: 85m/s
- Speed: A: 100m/s
A growing master of speed and celerity. Your physical movements are considered so deft that man would consider you a true force of nature. At this level, your speed is such a thing to behold that it is capable of unnatural feats; such as running on water or vertical surfaces without the use of supernatural sources of energy -- just using pure acceleration to do so. You can even create small cyclones and strong gusts of wind with your speed. (Comparable Characters: Shisui from Naruto, Minato from Naruto)- Speed: A+: 125m/s
- Speed: A++: 150m/s
- Speed: S: 175m/s
A true speed demon. You move at such a high rate of speed that you can cross massive distances in an instant. You can perform feats of high speed movement on-par with the most legendary of heroes. At this level, your speed is so prodigious that, to the untrained eye, you may appear to be using teleportation. Even those who are not so easily fooled will be hard pressed to match your ability to move across the battlefield. (Comparable Characters: Lightning Chakra Mode A from Naruto, Kyuubi Chakra Mode Naruto from Naruto)- Speed: S+: 185m/s
- Speed: S++: 200m/s
- Speed: X: 250m/s
As far as most people are concerned, this is the pinnacle of acceleration. For most people, the speed you move at is perceivably inseparable from teleportation. Time and space are distorted to such a degree that many question their sanity when fighting you. This level of speed allows you to bed the laws of physics to some degree because it gives you the capability to jump off of the air.- Speed: X+: 275m/s

- Coordination

Coordination is your character's overall balance and accuracy. Activities such as leaping between debris after a building was crushed, accuracy when striking a target and your ability to do dexterous stunts are all governed by this skill. This skill also determines your weapon swing speed as well as the speed in which you can form handseals. Coordination is also tied to reaction speed as well as Full-Manipulation techniques. Full Manipulation TechniquesFor the most part, the speed of your Full Manipulation techniques are generally determined by your coordination. Your coordination stat will replace the Speed Stat (see Speed above) when it comes to using Full Manipulation. Main Stat for CraftingThis is the main stat used for crafting Armor, Weapons, Puppets, and Engineering. Your will need a specific threshold of Coordination in order to perform higher ranking crafts. Perceiving CoordinationHaving high perception is PARAMOUNT when dealing with speedsters. Your perception is required in order to track down the speed of your opponent's arms when they swing their weapon and their hands when they are weaving handseals. : - Coordination = 4+ Tiers over other people's Perception: Others will perceive your movements as not moving with how fast they are moving
- Coordination = 3 Tiers over other people's Perception: Others will perceive your movements as 'skips' or significant lapses in visibility as you accelerate and decelerate
- Coordination = 2 Tiers over other people's Perception: Perceived as a blur and although your overall form will still be visible, everyone else will not be able to accurately tell what you are doing
- Coordination = 1 Tier over other people's Perception: Can track you with adequate visibility, but they require constant focus on your arms and hands to do so.
- Coordination = other people's Perception or lower: Capable of tracking you perfectly without extra focus
Stat Comparison and Description: - Coordination: E: 1 Handsign / 2 seconds.
This is compared to the handiness of a child or elderly person. A stationary target is troublesome enough to hit, let alone get a bulls-eye. You lack any degree of accuracy and can often trip or fall when transferring rugged terrain while not paying attention to your surroundings.
- Coordination: D: 1 Handsign / 1 second.
You are average by the normal world standards. Although you are not perfect in terms of accuracy, you get close enough to be competent and even score a bulls-eye every so often. You can balance yourself fine when treading all types of terrain such as mountains or snow without paying much attention to where you are stepping.
- Coordination: C: 4 Handsigns / 1 second.
You are considered perfect by every-day normal standards. You have 100% accuracy when dealing with stationary targets -- you are able to pin-point a weapon or yourself to a location accurately every time. This is useful when considering leaping between tree branches or rooftops in/out of battle scenarios. At this point, you are also capable of parrying thrown projectiles at you considering they're thrown by someone with lesser accuracy. (Comparable Characters: Tenten from Naruto)
- Coordination: B: 7 Handsigns / 1 second | May now begin to fluently wield more than 2 weapons at a time using other parts of your body | May also throw or protect weapons using cervices of your body such as your mouth or other parts.
All ninja, at least most of them, consider getting to this point by general standards. After years of practice you now have 100% accuracy when dealing with moving targets. This does not mean you auto-hit, you are just capable of getting 100% accuracy on a moving target. In a battle, your body can be going through some insane acrobatic maneuvers fluently with little to no effort. (Comparable Characters: Genma, Shikamaru, Haku from Naruto)
- Coordination: A: 10 Handsigns / 1 second.
If competent shinobi hit the previous tier, exceptional shinobi are at this rank. Accuracy and balance is a foundation that you have already mastered. You can perform impressive feats in combat such as blocking a thrust using the flat portion of your sword as a 'shield' or other features that seem impossible to execute. You can stop a fully-dedicated attack a literal millimeter from an opponent consistantly or kick a weapon mid-air perfectly so it flies towards the target with 100% accuracy. (Comparable Characters: Kakashi, Might Guy, Sasuke from Naruto)
- Coordination: S: 13 Handsigns / 1 second.
Having this legendary status, you can perform unusual and irrational maneuvers that very little people get to witness. In general, people of this skill can use any lapse of spare time between an action to do another -- constantly switching between different focuses while doing so. This includes wielding and coordinating multiple weapons using the cracks and crevices with your body while remaining mobile (think of Killer B using Acrobatics), or constantly throwing projectiles while weaving handseals as you reach for another weapon. There is nothing that limits you in correlation with your body. (Comparable Characters: Itachi, Killer B from Naruto)
- Coordination: X: 16 Handsigns / 1 second.
This level allows you to flex and manipulate a sea of weapons (literally dozens) through your body alone. Your accuracy is so unmatched that you can bend and curve your projectile in ways that most people would consider categorically impossible. Throwing, wielding weapons, and weaving handsigns can all be done with little issue and zero inaccuracies.

Intelligence governs your character's intellectual capacity as it relates to logic, reason, creativity, and learning. It encompasses your character's IC knowledge of the physical and metaphysical mechanics that makes the impossible possible. Intelligence also governs your knowledge of various techniques, your familiarity with global political landscape, and your ability to learn and master new skills. Intelligence and GenjutsuIntelligence plays a large role in one's ability to sculpt and shape reality via Genjutsu. Those with high intelligence are more likely to craft their genjutsu, in a way, to be convincing and persuasive whilst those with low intelligence are less likely to craft persuasive Genjutsu due to their weaker understanding of the world around them. See the Genjutsu Rules for more details. Main Stat for Fuuinjutsu and IjutsuIntelligence also affects skills such as Fuuinjutsu (Sealing) and Ijutsu (Medical). Seals and Seal BreakingWhen it comes to breaking or manipulating seals, the intelligence of the Seal Breaker is pitted directly against that of the creator of the Seal. The successful cracking of the seal depends on the complexity of the seal in question and the difference in intelligence between the two Fuuinjutsu users. - Seal Breaker's INT > Seal Creator's INT: Takes almost no time at all to decipher and break the seal with the appropriate unsealing technique.
- Seal Breaker's INT = Seal Creator's INT: Takes 2 Posts, with the appropriate unsealing technique, to break the seal
- Seal Breaker's INT < Seal Creator's INT: For every 1 Tier lower than the Seal Creator's, it will take an additional amount of posts to break the seal
- 1 Tier Lower: Takes 4 Posts, with the appropriate unsealing technique, to break the seal
- 2 Tier Lower: Takes 7 Posts, with the appropriate unsealing technique, to break the seal
- 3 Tier Lower: Takes 10 Posts, with the appropriate unsealing technique, to break the seal
- 4+ Tier Lower: Cannot break the seal, regardless of effort.
Main Stat for ChemistryThis is the main stat used for Chemistry similar to how Coordination is the same stat used for smithing. High Intelligence and TechniquesThose with high intelligence are also well-informed with all techniques from all skills. General information encompasses all the information that can be surmised from looking at it's registration. E-C Rank: This is limited to canon techniques that are not exclusive or Restricted- B-A Rank: Includes not only canon techniques but customs and exclusives
- S Rank: Include all the previous mentioned but also restricted techniques
General knowledge does not confer permission to learn said techniques -- it's just knowledge of said techniques. Learning TechniquesHaving at least D Rank Intelligence will allow you to learn techniques 1 rank above your class and also extends to the cap on techniques for those that don't have Genjutsu, Taijutsu, or Ninjutsu Skill. - B Rank Intelligence allows you to learn +1 Rank higher than you normally would.
- A Rank Intelligence allows you to learn +2 Rank higher than you normally would
- S Rank Intelligence allows you to learn +3 Rank higher than you normally would
This only applies to skills with 'Freebies' that lets you learn skills at a certain rank. If the skill doesn't grant any freebies, it doesn't work. Mainly only works with Ninjutsu Skill, Taijutsu Skill, and Genjutsu Skill. E Rank Intelligence and Learning TechniquesE-Rank Intelligence can be an extreme hindrance to your ability to learn techniques. You are capable of learning techniques up to C Rank by yourself. B, A and S Rank techniques of Skills you have MUST be taught to you by someone else (someone possessing at least D Rank Intelligence). PrecognitionsPeople with especially high levels of Intelligence (B and higher) are able to 'predict' their opponent's movements after they've effectively analyzed them long enough. The amount of Analysis time are in posts with the higher the intelligence requiring less posts to analyze them. You are required to Analyze your target prior to being able to use any of your Precognitions against that particular target. You are capable of analyzing more than one individual in a post. AnalysisSimply put, is the act of following the patterns in physical cues: movements of a user's body, twitch movements in the user's arms and legs, the subtle movements in a user's eyes, the pace of their breathing, etc etc. For the sake of simplicity, rather than trying to state that someone does something that counts as a cue without them explicitly stating it in their post of attacking -- this is moreso the act of simply stating that you've begun to follow what they do and the actions preceding it. State AnalysisYou must post, in an OOC section of your Post, that you are analyzing people in the topic. If your Analysis will take a while, state the countdown each post. Being able to SeeAs long as you can see your opponent, you can analyze them. Whether it's in lapses (such as 3 tier difference between your perception and their speed), you can still analyze them based on their bodily positioning. This can be mostly interpreted as a pre-emptive assumption on what they're doing next because of the position their body is in. Even in the case of that brief visual you have on them, allowing you to capitalize on it. You can use other senses other than site (for example hearing and smelling) but your ability to substitute site for precognition analysis will depend on your Perception Stat. Your Perception must be high enough so that your other senses are effectively just as good as your visible sight. What does Precognitions Do?It's basically an auto-save from an attack. It lets you bend the rules of godmodding and metagaming in order to predict an enemy's action and attempt to defend against it pre-emptively. Debuffs to IntelligenceIf you suffer a debuff to your intelligence, you will no longer be able to recall how to perform a technique if it was learned outside of your +1. In the event you are a D Rank shinobi with B Rank Intelligence, you'll be able to learn B Rank Genjutsu. If your intelligence is dropped below B Rank, you will temporarily 'forget' all of those B Rank Genjutsu. This will not make you forget techniques that were learned normally (+1 your rank or below). You will eventually get to 'remember' this technique once the debuff goes away. Mental DamageIntelligence also works similarly to Constitution but against Mental Damage. Stat Comparison and Description: - Intelligence: E: Cannot learn B Rank and above techniques and must have someone of, at least, D Rank intelligence teach them.
Your character is of below average intelligence. At this level, their intellectual capabilities are severely stunted and are akin to someone with a mental handicap. They cannot recognize other techniques unless they've seen them personally and have no understanding of the political landscape of the world they live in.

This is the level of average human intelligence. At this level, one's intellectual capabilities are more attuned to the world and various elements within it. Your character is capable of recognizing the political leadership of your place of origin. They have access to general information on D Ranked techniques.
- Intelligence: C:
This level of intelligence brings a character competency amongst profession academics. At this level, your character has a high degree of talent in the art of learning and applying of knowledge. Characters at this level are capable of retaining fair amounts of knowledge over a short period of time and have a decent repository of information. Your character is capable of recognizing the political leadership of foreign nations as well as their own. They have access to general information on B Ranked and below techniques. You have a basic tactical awareness allowing you to make the basic precognitive logic leaps once in a while in combat. (EX: Figuring out an ability you've seen a few times and a simple way to counter it)
- Intelligence: B: 4 Post Pre-Cognition Analysis | Gain 1 Precognition Save | May learn techniques 2 Ranks above their current Rank.
This level of intelligence is considered to elite even among professional academics. Your character is truly gifted with respect to logic and reasoning. They have such a strong command over a wide breadth of information that they are often sought as advisors and strategists for their nation's government. Characters at this level can recognize Missing Ninja and state actors of A Rank and above. They have access to general information about 1 rank above their class. You usually survey the battlefield before you do anything else.
- Intelligence: A: 2 Post Pre-Cognition Analysis | Gain 2 Precognition Saves | May learn techniques 3 ranks above their current Rank.
Your character's level of intelligence is considered to be in the top 1% of the planet. A character with this rank of intelligence has an eidetic(photographic) memory and their capacity for an understanding of real world physics that is on-par with the greatest of geniuses. They can innovate for the toughest solutions and are often rewarded with titles or senior positions of leadership amongst other advisors, strategists, and scientists. Characters at this level can recognize Missing Ninja and state actors of B Rank and above. They have access to general information about techniques 2 ranks above their class.

Your character's level of intelligence is considered to be in the top 1% in the history of recorded human existence. A character with this rank of intelligence is said to have such a wealth of knowledge that they are capable of multi-layered planning across a wide variety of disciplines. Characters at this level can recognize Missing Ninja and State Actors of C Rank and above. They have access to general information about techniques 3 ranks above their class.

Your character's intellect cannot be measured by human instrumentation. You are able to deconstruct all the principles of existence from the natural to the supernatural giving you general information on every technique in existence.

This is your character's spatial awareness and their sensory organ's capability of processing information from their surroundings. Perception isn't just visual (sense of sight), but also auditory (sense of hearing), olfactory (sense of smell), kinetic (sense of touch), gustatory (sense of taste). Stat Comparison and Description: - Perception: E:
You are basically an ignorant and inattentive child who has trouble focusing without the help of someone forcing you to look carefully. You are easily caught in illusions and you cannot predict attacks.
- Perception: D:
The average person has this level of awareness. You can detect obvious flaws in your surroundings in order to get yourself out of illusions. Your senses can keep up with your foes at the most basic human levels. Sometimes you just can't seem to focus though.
- Perception: C: You are not the average Joe. Some would consider you sharp, even. Your senses can sort of keep up with things that move beyond the normal eye and you are more easily able to decipher flaws in enemy genjutsu.
- Perception: B:
You are acute with your senses. You re capable of identifying basic genjutsu with ease and maybe even some of the tricky ones. All of your senses are refined to the point where they can compensate for each other -- such as blindness (while still a hindrance) is not a fatal handicap. You may perceive major stimuli and changes in the environment despite blindness or any other handicap in one of your major senses. On top of that, you gain the ability to track high speed movement -- with only the greatest of speedsters giving you a hard time.
- Perception: A: Can taste poisons (up to A-Rank) before ingesting it.
You are a master of tracking and following quick-moving stimuli. Your ability to follow rapid-time-events allows you a much greater chance of preparing strategies for different scenarios. Your senses are not only impeccable, but approaching superhuman levels of ability allowing you to smell with the accuracy of a trained Ninken. Your mind and senses are as sharp as a Kage-Level ninja. You are also capable of detecting most genjutsu -- save for the most elite users. On top of that, you gain the ability to track high speed movement with little to no difficulty at all.
- Perception: S:
Your mastery of your physical senses is the stuff of prophecy. Each of your senses is honed to a superhuman degree allowing you to perfectly perceive stimuli as normal even while blinded or handicapped in another sense. You are capable of detecting virtually any Genjutsu. Your senses are acute enough to follow anyone's trail, though you may not necessarily be able to do anything about it.
- Perception: X: Capable of tracking X Rank Speed and Coordination
You are a Daredevil-like seer capable of perceiving the world with superhuman accuracy despite complete sensory deprivation. You are able to smell, hear, and see to a near superhuman degree granting you a special 'sixth sense' so acute that many confuse your abilities with ESP (Extra Sensory Perception).
