After years in the Academy it was apparent that he was a natural born fighter and he graduated the Academy with honors. He was now a Genin proving his worth as a ninja.

Genin ARC: Mission after painstaking mission. Satomi completed without fail, even though most of his missions were trivial amongst the citizens of Kiri helping them out with even the most tedious tasks. But he did them nevertheless and he was quite popular for it was well. He was put on a team with respectable members and they got along fine enough to progress their missions and such. After going on countless D and C ranked missions they all requested a higher ranking mission to their sensei. So their sensei got them a B rank mission where they had to protect a feudal lord on his journey to a neighboring town for an important meeting dealing with the problems with rebels. Ironic enough they ran into a group of them who had ambushed the company everyone defended themselves but were unable to defeat them except their Sensei who flawlessly took out all the rebels. They completed the mission soon after.

But Satomi noticed the big gap in powers between him and the world. He noticed just how weak he was compared to others, especially his teammates who began to take notice in this gap. But after a years worth of being a Genin it was time for the Chuunin exams. Difficult and arduous as the tasks were Satomi proved himself worthy and was promoted to Chuunin with flying colors. At the expense that his so called friends shunned him because of his abilities. So Satomi then began to stop being so opened with other people to avoid situations like that.

Chuunin ARC: People were beginning to see just how powerful Satomi was going to become. His appearance was drastically changing from handsome to kind of deadly handsome. But he was also becoming very dark in his personality. Usually a very open and charming, was now somewhat distant and dark. This was probably due to the many harder and difficult missions he was now taking. Alot of blood had been shed by his blade. And the mental affect was taking its tole. It was highly unnecessary for so much blood to be shed but it needed to be done to keep the safety of the village and any other being. After being elevated to the prestigious rank of Chuunin Satomi was bound solely to the commitment to his village. He had taken a team compromised completely of Genin. And he was a great leader. They went on many missions and completed them flawlessly.

And his first team grew up over the years together and they too became Chuunin like himself. Over the time the Hokage watched his prowess and was pleased to see that he was exceptional on all levels. Leadership, power, and strategy was all apart of Satomi, and the Hokage liked that. So after his final mission as a Chuunin he was promoted to Jounin and was given another team as well. He was well on his way to acquiring true power.

Jounin ARC: It was well developed after going on the dangerous missions with his team he was suddenly very aware of the situation with himself. It was around this time in his life where he had made his first friendly kill. It wasn't a grand relief to finally be rid of the bad guy like a lot people thought. For the person he had killed was his friend, someone who had the betrayed the Village and went AWOL. It was the hardest thing he had ever had to do in his life, something that would haunt him for years to come, but would eventually fade. As a person whole and wide. He was on his way to achieving great power.

The Hokage had given him the task as with other High-ranking ninjas to kill or capture any Missing Nin sighted within their land. But they never got the chance to fight any dangerous Missing Nin. They seemed to have had disappeared. Throughout the land and word of there whereabouts was unheard of. Satomi was infuriated at this thought. His thoughts of getting rid of them and using this opportunity to get his recommendation to be one the ANBU, out the window. Though he was the more powerful of the Jounin's at the time did know that the Village Elder's did not trust him. They used this opportunity behind the Hokages back to send assassins after Satomi on his search for the Missing Nin.

They assumed a hunter would not expect to be hunted. They were unaware of Satomi's evolved prowess and the assassins were defeated. Finding out by extracting information from one of the assassins, that the true culprits were some of the Village Elders. His plan for revenge in the Shadows begun. The Hokage would not let him exact the justice he wanted on them for this betrayal.

Personality:

Satomi cannot be compared to those who wish for destruction but has it in his heart to destroy anything that gets in his way. But he is not one of insane killers that kills for no reason. He only kills when he needs to. But even then that is not for sure depending on his attitude for the time being. He is also not very forgiving. Failure is not an option in his book. Though he wasn't like this in the beginning. At first he was charming and a more aloof person, dedicated only to the preservation of his village.

But things changed when the Village elders passed him up for promotion to join the ANBU, to be assassinated instead. After defeating the assassins his personality changed completely. He no longer cared for anyone. He knew just how cruel and deceiving people could be. He began to turn colder and colder after that day. And his mercy is known to no one. If he ever shows it. Its for a purpose. To the members he works with he tends to keep it emotionless if possible. But he doesn't like failure from either. His rage could be terrible if you are at the receiving end.

Satomi's coldness knew no boundaries and has it out personally for the Village Hidden in the Leaf elders. His purpose is to completely destroy the higher caste of the entire village. Depending on the circumstances he would does not want the burden of being the Kage to avoid such problems. He became obsessed with obtaining bijuu to further his plans of revenge. With these amounted plans he has trained himself in unlimited patience. The capture of the Bijuu's could take years and was almost impossible. But the prospect of the destruction of the village elders and his eventual ascension to find more power would propel the Leaf into the future. Many organizations are delaying this inevitable but they would fall sooner or later. And then he would help usher in a new reign of peace.

The Mist village followed its leaders orders and all sorts of ninja from Jounin to Genin begun their assault. Kirito being the strongest being in the village, took no time leading the fight ahead. Being ANBU Commander his name suggest that being in the front lines was his thing. He instantly went into his chakra Sage mode, a powerful form capable of challenging even the strongest of legends. He performed a destructive taking out the gates and a large part of the village.

This impacted the army behind it as well and there was large explosion that would be quick to find the source. To their dismay it would be the Monster of Kiri. Kirito. However the true danger in particular was the Mizukage whom everyone avoided fighting as it would mean certain death.

Shadow (Satomi's doppleganger) walked alonside Satomi as their soldiers pushed past them to fight the opposing army. They were hardly prepared for the full might of the Mist, however they still prepared to fight.

Jiren was in front of is forces killing indiscriminately amongst the Mist ninjas. However the combat lulled as everyone noticed the figures making its way through the fighting. Jiren and his canine stared at the Mizukage with renewed vigor. A figure appeared next to the Amekage, the Jounin Ichi, that they received intel on prior to coming. No match for the likes of Satomi and his Shadow.

"You brought this on yourself Jiren."

This being the cue for Shadow to let loose. Simultaneously they both activated their Rinnegan. A medium sized black ball formed in Shadows hands and he said, "I've been meaning to test this technique out."

It didn't seem dangerous in the slightest. The black ball liften from his hands and sailed far into the air above them. Shadow then clapped his hands together and said, "Chibaku Tensei!" Total devastion followed as the ground and buildings along with people begun to draw itself to the black satellite. The force was impossibly strong and it threatened to kill the better part of the Ame's forces. Satomi and his comrades unaffected by his will.

For the Bloodline leave it as just the Sharingan. If you want Tomoe 3 you can spend 1500 experience, which I'm quite sure that's what you planned by grabbing 1500 experience viable the chosen UA. Mention that you are claiming Tomoe 3 in your experience spending and you will be set. You can find examples how to do this by viewing some approved character applications such as THIS.

Unique Abilities:

Good Spending: A player may have a permanent 50% discount within their village regarding buying tools or raw materials, but never both without an appropriate drawback.

Seal-less Combat: A player may choose to perform technique of a certain skill without hand seals. However, this is only gesture-less casting. The player must still "charge" their chakra and follow the other "tells" or triggers such technique requires.

These are Free-be UAs. By free-be, they can only be claimed by a character without a clan. This is to somewhat round out the edges and balance a non-clan character versus one with a unique clan or BL.

You can benefit from these particular UAs, they just require a drawback. For example:

Good Spending can be had for tools if you choose to lower the quality of the tools you buy by one rank. Generic tools bought at the shop are C-grade quality. By purchasing half price tools they will increase be D-grade quality.

Seal-less Combat can be had by increasing the cost of using a technique without seals. You may be able to cast a certain technique without weaving hand seals, but when doing so will cost you twice the amount of chakra. In addition, this is only limited to one element or skill. So you would need to specify that. Another alternative is one-handed seals, which the drawback for that would simply be a one-rank decrease in Coordination when performing one handed seals.
